館鼻岸壁朝市は青森県八戸市で毎週日曜に開かれる、日本最大級の朝市の一つです。
夜明けとともに約300店が岸壁沿いに並び、その長さは800mにもまります。
新鮮な魚介類や郷土料理、焼き立てパン、手作り雑貨など多彩な魅力にあふれています。
2025年12月に発生した地震の影響で一時は開催への不安もありましたが、安全確認と対策を重ね、港町の活気と笑顔を取り戻しつつあります。
復興への思いが感じられる朝市は、今も多くの人を惹きつけています。
1日に2万人以上訪れることも多いため、朝4時半の比較的人が少ない時間から撮影を行いました。

The Tatehana Quay Morning Market, held every Sunday in Hachinohe City, Aomori Prefecture, is one of Japan’s largest morning markets.
At dawn, approximately 300 stalls line the quay, stretching for 800 meters.
It brims with diverse charms, including fresh seafood, local cuisine, freshly baked bread, and handmade goods.
Although concerns arose about its continuation following the earthquake in December 2025, repeated safety checks and countermeasures have been implemented, gradually restoring the port town’s vitality and smiles.
This morning market, where the spirit of recovery is palpable, continues to draw many visitors today.
As it often attracts over 20,000 visitors per day, filming began at 4:30 AM, a time when crowds are relatively sparse.
