On a clear winter day, I went to Ashigakubo in Yokoze Town, Saitama Prefecture, to see the icicles.
Even though I’m close to Tokyo, I felt like I was in a faraway northern land.
I drank the amazake I was given while warming myself by the stove.
As darkness fell, the lights finally began to come on.
The only sound is natural sounds recorded on-site.
