The under floor look wasn’t as bad as you think it is. The pillars appeared to be dry, as well as the ground around it, which is a good thing. But the house settling looks like it probably has over 3° of tilt from what I saw on that door. The bigger hit should come from the door, heights and unmatched renovation floor, heights. It means chances are the carpentry wasn’t all that great.
