I love Shikoku and the people in that area. I studied abroad at Okayama University and traveled around the Seto Naikai and even to Kagawa. There's something about all the steep hills with the citrus close to the sea. This was a lovely natsukashii video for me :). Can't wait to to see more!
More like a unagi video with yuzu as a side topic LOL. Didn't see a single yuzu picked.
Thanks for the great content 😊 appreciate your hard work
Love the content. I just wish the background music matched the whole vibe. That's the only thing throwing me off! Something more mellow to capture the essence of the village.
Loved the video! Just a heads up in case you don't know though, Japanese eel is an endangered species due to overfishing and habitat loss and it's thus recommended not to consume it. I don't want to pass on any judgement, but just wanted to give a heads up to you and anyone watching who might be tempted to order it. Most eel species are endangered so even if it's imported from outside Japan it's best to be avoided so we can sustain the species for future generations and local ecosystems <3
please do make the part 2
For most of these shots, especially of still scenes, are you mostly using manual focus to keep your camera from hunting around?
I love that there is so much laughter in this video. It really stood out to me throughout the video. ❤
Would love to see more on Japanese beer production. They have scored 2025 more prizes than classic beer producers in Germany and the Czech Republic. So Japan is on the rise, and more and more small local beer breweries pop up.
I am passionate about your publications
Thankyou for this beautiful video. First time here. Subscribed. Would love see yuzu harvesting season. Thanks again!
I love yuzu. I spent months trying to find some here in Tasmania. I recently found the paste and the most divine Yuzu vinegar! Hope to try in Japan soon
One of the most beautiful videos I've ever seen.
Instant follow! Amazing video thanks so much
Yuzu tea tastes so good. I wanna try this Gaikkon drink….. looks so tasty!
Very similar to the calamansi lemon but probably sweeter?

美しいユズの村の風景で、とても静かで穏やかな雰囲気が感じられます。

Oh my goodness, I am a organic grower in the USA and find such inspiration in both your channel- Umaji Village! You did an incredible job on this project, thank you for sharing 🙂
I have a (very)small yuzu tree in the Netherlands since a few years. Last year all the branches grew very well and my first 3 yuzu fruits are getting thicker right now 🙂 I would like to know how to prune the branches; is it necessary and how should it be done?
AI voice…yikes!
I dont know if you have your shorts on instagram reels. But it would literally filter everyone to your youtube channel. Quality and creativity of your videos are amazing. Better than most youtubers. Love the reno content and lifestyle. 🙏❤
Okay so I want to live and work there. Yep. I'd like to die under a yuzu tree. Weeds are fine. We say hello. They enjoy being whacked around. Peaceful job. 😊 Let the eel go free.
I truly love your almost documentary-like series on this village!
More beautiful Japan. Thanks! It is the country I'd like to visit.
