Peru: Amazonia The Final Conquest

In Peru, David sets out for the Amazon to gather wood and provide for his family, risking his life on crumbling roads battered by El Niño and extreme weather linked to global warming.
In one of the world’s last intact rainforests, gas exploration and deforestation are rapidly destroying the jungle, forcing local communities to take part in its devastation to survive.
At the end of his journey live the Masho Piro, one of the last isolated Indigenous peoples, now facing extinction as the Peruvian Amazon loses 145,000 hectares of forest each year.

  1. Make a documentary film Vehicles on the Trans Papua Indonesia road… Dangerous roads, logistics transportation vehicles can be stuck in traffic for months, months, and some are even stranded for a year on the way…
Freight rates are calculated per kilogram…
Vehicle drivers have to bring their own cooking utensils and are threatened by malaria mosquito attacks…
It must be very interesting to make a documentary film… 😊

  6. Awesome documentary, I just have 1 gripe. The translations are not accurate. Words are change for no reason and it takes away from what they are saying. There are other videos that the person describes something in detail and the translation is just 1 simple word. a quick example 4:59 he says only one person? and the translation says Climb! this way!

  7. El Niño is not caused by global warming, it is caused by a periodic wind dynamic in the pacific ocean.
