As we stroll along the moat, keep an eye out for a local resident—a fluffy cat walking confidently among the tourists, enjoying the sunny day just as much as we are.
The contrast is stunning: the ancient, formidable stone walls (“Ishigaki”), the calm water of the moat, the vivid yellow ginkgo trees, and the lively atmosphere of people enjoying the holiday. This is the heart of Osaka’s culture and history.
