In this eye-opening travel short, we take you inside Kampong Ayer — the world’s largest floating village, home to thousands living on stilt houses over water. Just across the river stands the breathtaking Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque, one of the richest and most stunning mosques in the world, covered in real gold.

🏝️ Is this paradise or paradox?

  1. The mosque 🕌 (masjid) it shows the respect and superiority of religion in the hearts of Muslims…

  2. The Sultan lives in unbelievable opulence.
Then we have the ordinary people living in dilapidated conditions like this. To begin with, having a single religion and being dominated by it is like a never-ending prison term. Since they have never seen anything different, this lifetime prison sentence is very normal for them.
