有人騎腳踏車來賞屋嗎🤣從天王寺騎到浪速區看超美透天一戶建!超多細節的 …|小新新講

Today we’re in Osaka, Japan, and we’ve arranged to meet Ruby to look at houses. What kind of houses are we looking at today? We’re looking for a unique trip , maybe a filming trip to Mount Fuji. Besides being a great way to relax and rejuvenate, if you’re interested, check out the first comment. There’s an OP (Occupant) here ; you can rent one directly. Taking the subway is too much trouble, just scan and set it up. Everyone can apply, and it will jump up and start riding. Anyone want to ride a bicycle to see houses? Not bad, another way to sightsee in Japan. Let’s continue walking and return the bike. It’s actually quite convenient. Look for Ruby up ahead. I also want to own my own house in Japan. When I miss home, I can stay there. I don’t want it to be vacant. I’ll pay the management fee. I’m considering entrusting a detached house to a company. When it’s vacant, I can earn income to use for vacations or stay in my own room. Welcome to come to Japan to see houses and sightsee! I saw Ruby from afar. Ruby, this whole area is your building 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. I deliberately rode my bike to meet you to see your houses. This whole area is your company’s houses. Yes , there are five buildings here. Wow, it seems like all the lights are on. Today, we can only see one building. We need to hurry and see the next one. Someone wants it. No wonder you’re here. Which building is this? Asuka is our guesthouse. The trash cans don’t need to be sorted by guests. Ruby Let me share with you the house. The foundation itself is raised by more than 60 centimeters, which can prevent insects and moisture. The higher the foundation is for a detached house, the higher the cost. The integrated exterior wall is less prone to water leakage, reducing the risk of leakage. The simple landscaping enhances the overall atmosphere. This is the most beautiful building in the area. Let’s go in and take off our shoes. Ruby will show us around. It’s my first time here. There’s another double room on the right. The natural light is on, and it’s bright when the curtains are drawn. There are so many details. To avoid bumping your fingers, the soft furnishings have specially applied anti-collision stickers. The wallpaper and wardrobes are also great. The first floor layout actually has two rooms! Wow, the washing machine area is very clean. This is a constant temperature water heater. The constant temperature bathtub water will keep circulating and won’t get cold. There are two double rooms on the first floor. The Ryukyu layered weave is more dense and less prone to water seepage, with anti-corrosion function. There are so many details. The storage wardrobe is large and the colors are suitable. The pillows and wallpaper colors echo each other. This cyan color was chosen by the homeowner and matched by the designer. The second floor has a huge dining table and a large mirror. It has a full set of kitchen utensils. Taiwanese houses are getting smaller and smaller. It’s hard to have a large kitchen. All the appliances are visible. The super large 70-inch TV is great. The windows are about the same size as mine, enough to watch movies. I play video games every day. The balcony has windows and a view out to the second floor. The second floor is open-plan, and the third floor has a skylight. A Japanese girl group filmed here. Doing more of this design would cost more money. The structure also has airtight windows. The YKK skylights are also done differently, letting the scenery in. Each room has its own style. Next, we’ll go to the third floor, which should be the room area. There are two more rooms upstairs. This is a four-bedroom room with two double beds and a large wardrobe. The color is solid, and the door panels echo each other. I really like this room. It’s really livable. The light shines in through the open -plan room next door . Although it’s cloudy today, it’s still beautiful. There are also YKK airtight windows upstairs. I really like this room. I really want to move it. All these furniture pieces cost a lot of money, which is included in the total price. The lights and decorations are beautiful. A dressing table and chair cost 30,000 to 40,000 yen. These are in Japanese yen. How much would it cost to get it all done? How much would it cost to buy a regular detached house and then set it up again ? I really like the color, Ruby. Do you offer interior design or renovation services? We have top-tier designers and construction services available. For those who are unable to choose, don’t speak Japanese, and don’t have a phone number , we also offer installation and delivery services. If you have any requests, I’ll contact you later. This is for real men! Today, I’ll show you houses in Naniwa Ward, not just Nishinari, Chuo, Tennoji, and Kita Wards . Land prices are high now, so we have houses built as guesthouses, some costing hundreds of millions of yen, but those aren’t suitable for guesthouses. Please be realistic and not just pretend things aren’t right. Be kind to our users. If you’re interested, ask Ruby for a QR code. If you’re coming to Osaka to view properties or want to learn more, join the owner’s LINE group. See you next time ! Planning a trip to Osaka? Choose Ruby! Experience authentic Japanese style with our living room, dining table, Wagyu beef, bidet, toilet, and washing machine. Welcome to book!
