Lemon cypress trees have been given importance. We have a terrace area in front. This house sits on a total of 73 m² on the ground floor. The villa has a total usable area of ​​200 m², including two levels of terraces . I can see that we have sunshades on the upper level. Today I'm speaking to you about a villa project with a private pool and a 21-square-meter overflowing waterfall . Our engine room and balance tank are located opposite. I can see that we have a green landscaped area at the back. And since there is an automatic irrigation system in the garden, the motors are also located here in the center. Looking at the exterior of our villa, we can see that there are white colors, light gray anthracite colors, and wood colors on the upper part . Our villa is completely surrounded by walls on all four sides. So, if you have a pet, this house might be suitable for you. We are coming towards the entrance of our villa. Our ground floor is 73 m². On the upper level, with the extensions, it sits at 100 m². Now let's get to know the interior of this beautiful villa together. We are currently at the entrance of our villa with underfloor heating and a smart home system . Here we have a Sur brand steel door in anthracite colors, and attention has been paid to providing a toilet and a shower right at the entrance. Of course , it has to be on the ground floor. Our smart home system has a large screen and is from the Audio brand. Behind our steel door, there's a coat rack. A bedroom has been planned for our elders, with a dressing closet and a makeup mirror. The air conditioning infrastructure is already in place. We continue. I can feel the open, full-of-grey doors when I shake them . The steps leading upstairs are marble . The floors are covered with cream-colored ceramic tiles , about 60×120 cm, designed as portraits . I'm really happy that the kitchen is in a separate section. For some reason, I prefer it to be in a separate area rather than inside the living room . Because there's a kind of pocket here. The kitchen has been placed here. Looking at our countertop, I can see that light colors have been chosen . Anthracite colors have been combined in the kitchen furniture. I think a nice combination has been made. Our lower cabinets are in softer, lighter colors. Here, we have the oven area, the hob area, and above it, the hood has been carefully placed; the infrastructure is complete. You bring your appliances and then you come here and settle into the villa. We have D number of electrical outlets. We have a house. By the way, our faucets are really nicely designed in gray. Our dishwasher and refrigerator are also located here. If you want, we have a terrace where you can make some small snacks. This terrace is about 30 m² and you can easily access the pool from here. I can also see the sea view very clearly from the ground floor of this villa. But of course, we can't always show the view like this on cameras. There's a difference in angle. Since we took the picture in the afternoon, the blue of the sea is gone. Therefore, you need to come here and see this view with your own eyes. When I continue towards the living room, it's quite a spacious living room. Normally, I like the living rooms in villas with private pools to be large. For some reason, the living rooms are a bit small. Of course, construction companies want to make them large. However, in terms of square meters… Because of the zoning regulations, if they make the living room large, they can't build a room on the ground floor. But here, the zoning allows for a combination , and because our architect designed it so beautifully, they've really done a great job. Behind me, there's a nice TV unit that's been given importance. We have wooden cladding. In front, we have a terrace, which is L-shaped. As I mentioned, our sunshades are on top. From here, I can see the landscape, the sea view, and the unique mountains of the National Park . Right opposite, our air conditioning infrastructure hasn't been forgotten either. Look, we have a storage area under the stairs. The underfloor heating manifolds are also hidden inside the wall. This is also very logical. One of the most important aspects is that some of our clients really love houses with such high gallery spaces. Yes, it really feels very spacious. As I said, the architect of the house really designed it beautifully. We have a high gallery space here . And next to me, we have our staircase , the steps leading to the upper floor . I think that when you hang such a beautiful pendant light or chandelier from above, depending on the furniture you choose, this will create a wonderful living space with a beautiful combination. Our steps are marble. We have handrails as you go upstairs, which give you a feeling of security and support. The handrails are made of wood. The colors are very similar; they've matched the color tones beautifully. The frame is also designed in metal. I am eagerly looking forward to seeing the upper floor of this beautiful villa. I want to tell you that this floor is 100 m² . And here we have an entrance hall. As I mentioned below, we have a gallery space. You can hang your pendant chandelier from here. Yes, our phones never stop ringing. Our customers are calling. I immediately put them on silent. I will call them back immediately. When we come to the entrance hall, there are three bedrooms here. This is the best advantage. Each bedroom in our villa has its own toilet and shower. I want to start with the front bedroom for you. As I enter the bedroom, I see a door. As soon as I step inside, I can see a toilet and a shower area right in front of me. I want to briefly introduce this area to you. The materials used are Grue faucets. Green's built-in fixtures are used, and look, the shower faucets are also Grue , and the shower set is surface-mounted. The rainwater also comes from above. Because we have two windows in our bedroom, I can see that it's incredibly bright and spacious. There's a wardrobe nicely positioned on the left side. The air conditioning infrastructure is opposite. I wish the roofs of these houses were flat instead of tiled. If you could also use the roof , you could extend it by another 3 meters and enjoy an even better sea view.
