【52歳主婦の世界一周🌏43】モロッコの白い街ティトゥアン🤍緑の扉が並ぶ迷宮メディナ🕌何百羽のコウノトリの飛翔に感動🪽ローカル市場の買い物は難しい😵💫
I need to go to the bathroom, but I need money. I just used it and paid 5DH. There were no luggage hooks in the bathroom, so this was the first time I’d used it with my 8kg backpack. There was just a hole and a flowing waterway. My knees were shaking when I stood up, but I managed to get up. Now I’ve leveled up as a backpacker. Now, I’m about to walk for 26 minutes. Should I cross here? It’s hot. I’ll cross with this person. Oh, scary, scary, scary. I was so scared. No cars were stopping. The taxis are blue. I turn here and go through here? Ah, it’s quiet here. This is the hotel, and the market is over there. This doorbell? It’s a riad-style house, and this is my room. There’s a bed, and the room leads to the courtyard. I’m wearing traditional clothing, but it’s big, so it’s just for room decoration. The sink is gold. The switch is tilted. The shower and toilet are separate. There’s no shampoo, so I’ll get some later. This is the toilet. The rooftop has an amazing view. I’m going to the market to buy some Muscat grapes. I’m having dinner here, watching the sunset. It’s expensive. That’s because a taxi from here to the airport costs 10DH! I won’t buy it again. Is it a tourist price? 20DH is expensive. Huh? Am I being scammed? I don’t understand. How much is it for two of these? I’m so tired. It was only about 30 minutes, but I’m so tired. The smell is a mixture of spices and fishy smells. foreign country is tiring. The sun is still out. I didn’t put on sunscreen. Is the sunrise coming this way? Because that’s over there, to the west. Shopping at the market is really difficult. Figs. Oh, so this is how I tear them and eat them. I washed the grapes and put them in a ziplock bag. No good. There are seeds. I’m eating the seeds. The walnuts were sold next to the spices, so they smell like spices. Is that bird flying in the picture? storks. Good morning. I missed the dawn. The sun is just rising. Wow, so beautiful. Wow, the city is lit up in the sun. Look. That’s me. The sun rising is something we take for granted, but it’s still so moving. I just booked a taxi for tomorrow at the hotel, and they said it would cost 10 euros to the airport. That’s 100 DH in local currency. The taxi fare I heard in Chefchaouen was 10 euros. I understand the miscalculation It’s strange that the figs I bought yesterday cost the same as the taxi fare. The smell of the market has permeated my jeans. The chickens at the market aren’t for food; the eggs they lay are the product. There are rows of green doors. What is this place? I just went to the museum. It was interesting, but the explanations were in Arabic and French, so I didn’t really understand. Another interesting thing is that security guards follow I around. He gives directions and explain things in French. I’m on my way to a cafe, but it’s a maze. Google Maps is my only option. There are signs, but I don’t understand them. Oh, the shops are opening. All the green doors are shops. This is the royal palace. I can’t go inside, but it is the royal palace. There were only men sitting on the terrace, no women. It looked delicious. Should I go to the next table? There’s a bee. Which one looks delicious? Do they have a croissant? Should I go to a seat? I got a seat. It was a struggle. came with bees. I was right to order something savory. The tart was very sweet. This cafe is popular with women. Women don’t sit at the outdoor seats. Are the nuts caramelized? They have a slightly bitter, delicious taste. I’m going to that church. It’s hot. It’s a Muslim country, but it has a Christian church, so it’s a very open-minded city. It was a small, beautiful church. I only knew Morocco as a French colony, but Chefchaouen and Tetouan were historically Spanish colonies. They greet people in Spanish, and many people speak Spanish. I went to the museum. There are lots of interesting paintings, but it’s hot inside. There’s no air conditioning, probably to save money. It’s free, so it can’t be helped. It’s hot. It’s really hot. I’m heading to the sandwich shop. It’s in the shade, so it’s easy to walk here. Is this it? Chicken is being grilled. The sandwich is huge. Shopping success. I’m back again today. The sun is setting. My impressions of Morocco. The good thing about it is the excitement of being at the westernmost point for a Japanese person. I also get to experience scenery and culture that I can’t get in Japan. The view of rows of olives and the mountains seen from the bus are completely different from those in Japan. The food is also delicious. Tagine and couscous. Both are lightly seasoned, healthy, and delicious. I feel close to nature. I was able to watch the sunset and sunrise. Living in a place with lots of houses, I don’t really feel the sun. Another thing that made an impression on me in Morocco were the bees. They’re always flying around near sweet treats. Is it because nature is so close that the bees come to the city’s pastry shop? Or is it because they don’t spray pesticides that kill insects? I’m not sure, but it doesn’t feel dirty. People who hate insects will be surprised, but I thought it was a good thing. Storks are still flying back! Tetouan is home to an abundance of storks, and hundreds of them return just as the sun sets. The next scary thing is that the cars never stop. Even when the pedestrian light is green, cars turning right still rush into us. They seem to think that drivers are superior, and have no manners. What confused me was that in Japan, when talking about prices, the only unit is the yen. In Morocco, when talking about prices, they talk about the local currency and the euro. A lot has happened, but I’m going to have a sandwich. I’m taking a taxi to the airport now. I’ve just arrived at the airport. I’ve just entered the boarding gate. There’s a police officer next to me at immigration, so it’s quite tense. It’s a little different from other airports. I’ll buy breakfast at the kiosk with the remaining 70DH. It’s funny to see everyone walking to the plane!
白い街ティトゥアンで滞在した理由は、シャウエンからヨーロッパへ戻るときに飛行機の発着があったという理由だけなのですが、モロッコのガイドブックを見ても街の紹介が無くて選択に失敗したかなと思っていました。
しかし、その結果は大正解！
シャウエンより街の規模は大きいですが、おそらく人気の観光地タンジェやマラケシュよりは小さく、日本の感覚で言うと観光都市になりきれない地方都市という表現が当てはまると思います。
そして宿の屋上テラスが最高すぎました。北側にメディナの全貌が見え、南側にはコウノトリの営巣地になっている大きな木があります。
そこで私は日の出を見て、夕焼け空と共に帰って来るコウノトリをずっと眺めているのが日課になっていました。
また、そんな風に空を見ていたのは私だけではなく、南側の民家の屋上ではスカーフを被った女性が昇る朝日を見ている姿に、彼女は毎朝の忙しい時間に一度手を止めて朝日を眺めているんだろうなと想像したり、日の入りには西側の民家の屋上に出て来た男性に向かって手を振りました。
彼は私に気付いてコウノトリの巣がある大木を指さして、親指を上に立てるジェスチャーをしました。「どうだ、すごいだろう。」と言っているようで、街の人達もコウノトリがたくさん飛んでいるこの街を誇りに思っている様子を知ることができました。

色さん、こんにちは。モロッコの動画とても楽しく見させていただきました。他のユーチューバーさんでモロッコ飲食店ではは1階が男性のみ2階が女性とその家族と言うことを言っていました。なので男性ばかり1階にいるんですね。続きも楽しみにしてます。
モロッコって楽しみにしてました。お部屋いい感じです。しかしながら市場は戦いでしたね。食べ物を得るのが大変そうでした。😅
フランス語もスペイン語も、ユーロもディルハムも、でなんか混乱しちゃいそうです。
日本では、なんてことない買い物でも外国だと言語が違うし市場だと、ボラれる?可能性があるから、これはもう、かなりエネルギーがいりますね

コウノトリが自由に飛んでいるのが見えるって、なんかやっぱりすごく異国を感じます☺西ヨーロッパとは全く異なった雰囲気ですね(当たり前ですが)。マイペースで旅を楽しんでいるaiiroさんの旅、見ていると「あるある」🤭とか「え〜っ！」😳とかあって楽しいです♪
２つの通貨ですが、タクシー代を教えてもらったら私もAiiroさんと同じように間違えて解釈してしまいそうです💦

Hi, for the dried fruits and nuts, between 12 and 20dh portion, you were not being scammed as dried fruits and nuts are some of the hardest food to produce (tree maturity). To give you a reference 10dh = 0.10 cents of euro/dollar. You will find no amount of food anywhere on the planet for such a portion at 10 cents of standard currency. It's actually a very good price for fruit and nuts, very local. In Europe/West, the kilo of walnuts for example is close to 15euros per kilo = 150dh. You got a great portion for 12 or 20 cents.

これぞモロッコと思い出しました。バカンスの時期にはフランス人で賑わっていたのは植民地だったからなのかしら？コウノトリはアルザス地方、コルマールの人形に出会ったけれど、こんなに美しく飛翔しているのは初めて見ました。平和の鳥、子供を運んでくる鳥と言われるのが納得できます。美しいモロッコをシェアしてくださってありがとうございました。続けて楽しい旅を楽しんでくださいね。
