These Places in British Columbia Look UNREAL S9 EP 20 | Yoho National Park | Pakistan to Americas
Unbelievable, look at this lake and its color. It’s so beautiful. Breakfast has been served. Yesterday I tried some eggs here, today I decided to try something different. I have banana bread, fruits and yogurt. Today, I am going to an area where I will have good food. But still, I thought to have a heavy breakfast and leave from here. The weather is getting better now, so let’s see. And of course, cappuccino. Assalam-o-Alaikum everyone and welcome back to the channel from Banff. I have been exploring this area for the last 2-3 days. It’s been a comfortable stay here. I hope you have enjoyed the Banff videos. Now it’s time to leave Banff. Today, I will leave from here and go to Yoho National Park, Emerald Lake. It’s a beautiful lake with some waterfalls. I am planning to cover about 350 km today. It will take some time to see some attractions. From here, I will go to Golden and then towards Revelstoke. I will most likely spend the night in Revelstoke. Hassan is standing here. Thank you so much. It’s a pleasure to have you here. I am pleased to meet you. Thank you so much. I never thought that I would host and meet you in Banff. But it is lovely. Thank you so much and best wishes for you. You have just recently arrived. Hopefully, you will have a good transition period. Thank you. I hope to see you sometime. (Prayer for journey) May I have a safe and blessed day ahead. It’s not going to be a long ride today. But it could be, depending on how many kilometers I cover. I’ll take you on a short tour of Banff town. You can see a small and beautiful church on the right side. I found the town to be very beautiful. Especially the main avenue and main road. It makes you feel like you are in a mountain region town. Because all the towns that I have seen so far, were very different. This town makes you feel like you are in an interesting town. The fuel prices vary here. Like in big cities, there is a difference of 15 to 20 cents. But if you visit a small town or a remote location, I have paid $2.25 to $2.5 per liter in some places. The first stop is Emerald Lake. It’s about 92 km from here. Tourists are standing along the sign of Banff. I have entered Yoho National Park. This is Emerald Lake. It’s about 7 km from here. The ride was great. I have covered about 90 km. It’s fun to ride here in the morning. The fresh air of the mountains. It’s cloudy today. This is the parking lot of Emerald Lake. And check this out. It’s fully occupied. Let’s go ahead and see if I can find parking. This area of Canada has unbelievable natural beauty. Jasper National Park started about 60 to 70 km before Jasper. So far, I have seen many beautiful lakes. The lakes that you’ve seen in my videos, had easy access, along the roads. I could easily ride there. I think there are thousands of beautiful lakes where you can hike for a few hours or days. But it’s unbelievable. Look at this lake and its color. It’s so beautiful. Gentle rays of the sun are drifting over this place. Before this, I visited Bow Lake, one of my favorites. Then Moraine and Lewis Lake. It has a dark turquoise color. Maybe because of the sunlight, you can see a slight change in color. They have a small restaurant or cafe here. Let’s go and check it out. Now, I will leave from here. I will go towards the main road. I have missed an attraction at the back. That is Takaka Waterfalls. Let’s go there. Where there are sharp curves, people are not used to drive on such roads. They get stuck. Especially if there is a big camper van in front. But this valley is very beautiful. It’s called Yoho Valley. There is a river flowing alongside. It’s a small road. It’s fun to ride on such roads. You can go at a slow speed. There is not much traffic. And the scenery is amazing. Check out this beautiful waterfall. I think it’s at least 300 meters high. The water level is quite high. You can see a beautiful river flowing down there. It’s a peaceful place. The weather is also great. The temperature is around 19-20 degrees. It’s sunny. They have made beautiful spots to sit here. You can sit on benches and enjoy your picnic. So, I’m making the most of it and taking a short break here. I have some food with me. Let’s eat and enjoy. And then I will go ahead. How was the fire? I didn’t see the fire over there. The fire started just after I crossed that area. So, maybe the fire was in the Northwest. Where are you from? Originally, I was born in Central America. In Salvador. I would like to go to El Salvador. It’s nice now. Because I am crossing… You are going to ride it? Yes. Have you heard of a guy named Che Guevara? Che Guevara rode a motorcycle. He rode a motorcycle from… From Argentina. I don’t know if it was Argentina or to Mexico. It’s like a few people. They say back then, in the jungle, there was no road. It was just trails. Now, there is only one area. It’s very dangerous to cross. So, you are stopping in every country. One day, I want to do that. Will you go back to El Salvador? No, I haven’t since I left. Now, I heard the situation is getting better in El Salvador. When I left it’s like every country. It was terrorist, but you learn to live with it. If you don’t mess with them, they don’t mess with you. If you get caught in the crossfire, there is a problem. If it’s a gangster It was bad for games. But now, some of the travelers cross through El Salvador and they said it’s safe. Oh, no. Right now, it’s really safe. A lot of friends, they travel there. It’s still a little bit cheaper than Mexico, right? Because they want to attract all the tourists. So, it’s safe now. Because even if one kills a month, that person gets caught and put in jail. He’s making a lot of money. We have people in jail, right? So, that’s pretty neat. So, you’re from Pakistan. Yes. So, you flew to Alaska? I flew to Alaska and bought this motorcycle in Anchorage. Then, I went to the Arctic Ocean. That was, you know, Delta Island. Then, to Dawson City. And from here, you headed to BC? Yeah, to Vancouver and then to BC. This guy was from El Salvador. So, I told him that I have to pass through his area. The conditions there were pretty bad. But now, it’s relatively safer. You meet a lot of interesting and nice people during the journey. It’s fun to chat with them. So, I am about 10 km away from Golden. I am about to reach there. So he messaged me from Winnipeg. When I had a meetup in Calgary. But I couldn’t meet him there. But now, I’ll meet him. She is his wife. Amandeep He has a daughter sitting here. She is scared of me. And her mother is from Ludhiana. It was nice to meet you. Thank you so much. So, this is Canada’s highest suspension bridge. It’s called the Golden Sky Bridge. If you have seen my videos in Pakistan, or of other travelers in Pakistan, Nepal or India, this type of suspension bridge is very common there. To connect one valley to another. Cars pass through it in a few sections as well. Otherwise, people use walking bridges or motorcycles. But it’s not that common here. That’s why it’s a tourist attraction. It’s about 150 meters long. And it’s height It might be a little more than this. If you look ahead, you’ll see the beautiful scenery of the canyon. There’s a small waterfall as well. At this time, not many people are walking on the bridge. But it’s still shaking a lot. So, if you are afraid of heights, then this might not be for you. But it’s a good tourist attraction. I would say, especially if you are coming from Pakistan, then you must have seen a lot of such suspension bridges in the North. Because they are very common there. I am leaving Golden now. I have to go to Revelstoke for a night stay. I have booked a hotel through bookme.pk. According to navigation, it’s about 150 km from here. I will reach there in about 2 hours. So, welcome to Revelstoke. Finally, I have reached here. Before going to the hotel, I decided to eat something. Later on, who knows, all the shops might already be closed. This seems like the downtown area. Check it out, it’s almost closed. Nothing is open. This is the main road here. Something should be open here. This is Pedro’s Pizza. It will work. I think, in this tour, I mostly ate pizzas. And it looks like this. Because whenever I reach small cities, there are limited options there. Since it’s already late, the remaining options are closed too. I found this Pedrino Pizza. I checked it on Google. They have Halal Chicken. So, I decided to have Chicken Pizza today. Otherwise, I usually eat cheese pizza. I paid $21 for this. But with pesto sauce. I hope it tastes good. Pizza is good. There was an Indian restaurant nearby. It was already closed. So, I am lucky. One thing that I don’t understand in US and Canada, I knew that the tip culture is very big here. I mean, you have to tip. But when a person orders on the counter, and then picks it up from there, then you have to throw it in the dustbin, like I did. I don’t understand, what tip do you have to give in this? Except that they took the order. Nothing else. Even then, you have to pay 15–25% when you pay with the card, it pops up. I am about to reach. I have to ride another 2 km. Then I will reach the hotel. So, this is my hotel. Where should I park? For now, I am thinking of parking it here, Unload the unload stuff, go to the room. This is my room in Revelstock. As soon as you enter, you’ll see the washroom on the left. Here you will see 2 big beds. It’s a very open and decent room. There is some space to sit here. Revelstock is also a tourist place. And the rates are also very high here. I have paid $180 CAD for this room. It will be around $130 USD. All the touristy places I have been to, the rates are mostly high there. Anyway, I got a decent room. Now I will spend the night comfortably here. I will see in the morning if I will be able to reach Vancouver or I will have to spend another night somewhere else. I hope you liked the video. Do hit the like button so that this video can reach more people. Remember me in your prayers and see you in the next one. Bye

Yeah good point Abrar, take away fast food places should not expect a tip and it's been recent in Canada, I have been to Canada many times and noticing it's rise every time, glad we don't have this tip culture here in Australia, you only pay what you see on the menu, no taxes on top or tip, I love it here.
