[白川鄉]夏天の合掌村值得去嗎?!台幣1100一日玩爆合掌村!!飛驒牛美食狂吃!!世界文化遺產の三小屋!GO!

Those who are afraid of raw food might want to consider this It’s super tender and melts in your mouth, so delicious!! The seasonal fruits are incredibly juicy! The peaches are so tasty and juicy! Save some for me! Look at this meat, it’s really thick and the pieces are huge!! And it’s salt-grilled! So chewy ! Hida beef is actually a type of Wagyu beef they also offer free samples of miso soup it is very flavorful!! Delicious! Highly recommended! This is actually a cafe tea house it’s said to be one of the locations featured in the One Piece manga. The water pudding is famous with three layers a transparent jelly bottom a rich pudding middle and a caramel top. We also found a truck falling into the farmland here. This is for buying drinks… not for washing your hands… could it be ditch water?!” We took two and a half hours to the Miyagawa Morning Market in Hida Takayama. Because it was a morning market, it was almost noon, so many stalls were already closing up. Each of those white tents was a stall selling vegetables and fruits. In this season they mainly sold peaches Many tourists were buying them. The peaches here are probably a little cheaper than in Nagoya. Let’s go in and see what they sell, Sammy! Sammy! Look at their market! They’re all buying vegetables here— watermelons, cantaloupes, pumpkins! Hello! I’m Stan, welcome to my channel. This channel mainly shares local sightseeing, food, and experiences If you haven’t subscribed yet, please subscribe! In this episode, we’re on a day trip to Nagoya to see the Miyagawa Morning Market in the mountains, the old town of Hida, and the Shirakawa-go Gassho-zukuri village—a must-visit destination in your lifetime! How beautiful is the Gassho-zukuri village in summer? Let’s go! There’s a must-buy souvenir here a baby monkey (Sarubobo). Its red body symbolizes good fortune and protection from evil. They also come in other colors, such as pink for love luck and green for academic success. Remember to buy one to pray for good luck! When you come here, be sure to enjoy the local cuisine, especially Hida beef. Hida beef is a top-grade Wagyu beef from the Hida region of Gifu Prefecture, known for its fine marbling, fat, and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness . Known for its rich and delicious flavor, and hailed as one of the finest Wagyu beef in Japan let’s try the Hida beef bun first! This Hida beef bun is packed with meat! It’s so bouncy and chewy~ I highly recommend buying this bun! We’ve now arrived at Hida Old Town a mountain town resembling a mini-Kyoto in the Northern Alps. It’s famous for its well-preserved Edo-period traditional craftsmanship and Hida beef cuisine. This is an ideal place to experience the charm of Japanese rural life and handicrafts (Glasses removed) The shop’s interior is retro with seating and ice water. All dishes are made to order so you can sit, relax, and enjoy some ice water while waiting for your food. Let’s try this Hida beef sushi I ordered a wasabi shio… The wasabi… and the salted Hida beef… it’s not fully cooked, so if you’re not comfortable with raw food, you might want to consider this. Let me try it… Mmm~ Super tender!! The beef is so tender, it melts in your mouth, so delicious!! Sammy~ Do you want some? I’ll remove the wasabi for you. You’re too scared to eat wasabi So delicious! It melts in your mouth. you bite it in half! bite it in half! in half! Melt in your mouth, right? Yummy!!! Sooo… cute!! Yummy!!! It’s peach season now, so we ordered a momo ice cream, which is peach ice cream. I just saw them slicing peaches right now. I just saw them slicing peaches right now. Let’s try this peach ice cream! So sweet! It has a rich milky flavor! pretty sweat! The peaches are freshly sliced! super juicy !! Fruit in season very fresh and tasty peaches are delicious, super juicy !! But the ice cream may be a little bit too sweet the peaches are really delicious! Don’t forget to save it for me ! We joined a one day tour which is purchased online through Klook for Hida, Takayama, and Shirakawa-go Gassho-zukuri Village and world Heritage Sites, the itinerary was very rushed! we only had an hour and a half in the old town. We just tried the Hida beef buns and Hida beef sushi. Now we need to hurry and find some Hida beef skewers. The owner kindly reminded us that there’s a vending machine here to order Now it’s my turn to try this Hida beef skewer. Look, the meat is really thick the pieces are really big And it’s salt-grilled!! Very chewy, It smells really great! very delicious! this meat has a firm texture! Hida beef is actually a type of Wagyu beef very tender! You must order this Hida beef skewer It’s amazing! Highly-recommended! There’s also the famous miso here they offer free samples alright! we got a cup of free sample they offer the cups for the free samples let’s try it! so tasty! very smooth not overly salty! it is addictively good! cannot stop drinking it! Sammy ~ how does it taste? Because the weather is scorching hot I ordered a popsicle which is made by orange to the kid should be really good! because he didn’t leave me a bite for me The expense of the one-day tour we joined for a adult, it’s about 1100 NTD for kid 900 NTD or so hit the road at 9 am from the Nagoya main station took almost 3 hours to Hida by sightseeing bus the advantage is that you don’t need to do any investigation the tour guide can use chinese to make the explaination for the tourist spots and highly recommended food as well as restaurants the drawback is that the trip is kinda rushed and streeful no time to sit and enjoy the must try fool leisurely of course! it’s a group tour in terms of time. It is really stressful! we just got to Hida old street had several must try beef food we took one and half hours bus riding finally, we arrived the Historic Villages of Shirakawa-go and Gokayama the houses behind me are Villages of Shirakawa-go and Gokayama why do we call it as Gassho-style Because its roof is just like hands with 60 degrees that’s why people named them Gassho-style It’s actually most beautiful in winter because the rooftops are covered in snow and there’s a lighting ceremony in January. In summer, it’s extremely hot, around 38 or 39 degrees Celsius. This is the largest Gassho-zukuri village in the world. There’s also a smaller one at the foot of Mount Fuji, but this is the largest in the world. I recommend coming in winter because it’s really hot and the village is much more beautiful then with the lighting ceremony being quite lovely. Let’s see what Gassho-zukuri looks like in summer at 39 degrees Celsius. Let’s go take a look! We found a cute warning sign here. Because it snows heavily in winter, and the eaves are angled at 45 degrees , there’s a warning sign reminding people to be careful when it snows. On this trip we didn’t go up to the Gassho-zukuri observation deck but instead walked directly into the village to enjoy the scenery There are over a hundred thatched-roof houses built in the Gassho style surrounded by mountain views—it’s truly spectacular. This place is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, a fairytale-like mountain village The simple, harmonious life of Japan, where people live in harmony with nature. Although the altitude is high the temperature can still reach 38 or 39 degrees Celsius in summer. In autumn, you can come to enjoy the autumn leaves and in winter, needless to say you can come to admire the snowscape and the lighting ceremony. Okay, okay let’s not go on like that Here, there’s a photo spot recommended by the tour guide, called ” Three Huts. It’s actually a cafe, and it’s said to be one of the filming locations for the One Piece manga, so many tourists take photos here. There’s also a very famous pudding shop here, but due to the long queue, we didn’t have time to try it. I heard that the pudding here is called “water pudding,” and it has three layers: a transparent jelly bottom, a rich pudding middle , and a caramel top. It sounds pretty delicious, right? If you happen to be passing by remember to queue up and check it out! As we walked, we came to a rest area provided by the locals. Remember to take off your shoes before going in. Inside, it’s a very traditional wooden house with tatami floors. If you get tired, you can rest here, but there’s no air conditioning, and it’s actually a bit stuffy We even found a car that had accidentally driven into a field. There seemed to be no one inside. The police were there taking pictures and making a record. They left. let’s go! Sammy! Do you turn into the Water Hashira? Yeah! I turned into the Water Hashira! Shirakawa-kazakura Gassho-zukuri Village is located at a high altitude and is famous for its clear water. Oh, we even found some plump fish in the ditch! That must be one of the wonders of the place. If you want to experience the rural life of yesteryear, the most recommended place is the Wada family home, the village chief’s house, as well as the Kanda and Nagase families These three houses are all Gassho-zukuri buildings that can be visited. The Wada family home , where the former village chief lived, is the most representative. There are many souvenir shops selling magnets, handkerchiefs, and designs of Gassho- zukuri Village . If you’re on a day trip, remember to set aside ten or twenty minutes to visit the souvenir shops and pick out some charms or food souvenirs to take home. We only stayed here for two hours, which was a rather rushed itinerary. But if you have more time, there’s also a café here. Come in and enjoy a coffee while admiring the beautiful scenery of the Gassho-zukuri village! Our trip is nearing its end and we’ll be heading back to the tour bus to meet up. We we’ll pass the Encounter Bridge Encounter Bridge is a 107-meter-long steel cable suspension bridge and the main access point to and from Gassho-zukuri village. Crossing the Encounter Bridge symbolizes stepping into this fairytale-like village surrounded by mountains making it a beautiful spot for photos. Since Gassho-zukuri village is a World Heritage Site there are no trach bins in the Village please remember to take your trash with you when you leave. Back at the tour bus parking lot there’s a shop selling Hida beef skewers. Sammy was hungry, so we bought him a skewer. So, if you want to try Hida beef, this is the last stop .
