【温泉宿まとめ】泊まって良かった!旅好きがおすすめする料理がおいしい宿・ホテル5選♨️【下呂・黒川・山形・青森・新潟・猫】

Hello everyone. When it gets cold, don’t you miss hot springs? In this video, I’ve compiled a list of hot spring inns I’ve stayed at and found to have delicious food. Some of these inns are new to this channel. Please watch until the end. Masuya Ryokan in Gero Onsen (Gifu) has six rooms. It’s a compact, homey hot spring inn. They even have self-service coffee. And here’s Mito-chan, the young proprietress. Apparently , she wandered in as a child and was rescued. Let’s head to our room . It accommodates two people. It’s a Japanese-style room with the relaxing scent of tatami mats. There’s tea and snacks on the table. Hand soap, a hairdryer, and a toothbrush are in the bathroom. There’s also a toilet with a washlet. Yukata robes and towels are in the closet. There’s also a small TV. There’s beer and tea in the refrigerator (for a fee). You’re welcome to bring your own drinks! The view… our room overlooked the Hida River. I came to see Mito-chan, but she was asleep. I was worried I’d wake her if I touched her. Mito’s Instagram is here. About the bath: This inn has a family bath, and apparently you can lock it from the inside . So it’s essentially a private bath. Let’s get in the bath. There are two baths: Yama-no-yu and Kawa-no-yu. Usage time is limited to 30 minutes. The changing room looks like this. They also have makeup remover and skincare products! There were hair ties and brushes. This is Yama-no-yu. Inside, there’s cleansing oil, foaming facial cleanser, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. There are three faucets. The water is quite hot. It says you should limit your bath time to 30 minutes, but I doubt you’ll be able to stay in that amount. The source of Gero Onsen is about 80 degrees. It’s an alkaline simple spring. It’s colorless and transparent. They apparently add water to lower the temperature, but it’s still incredibly warm! It leaves your skin feeling smooth! Truly a beauty bath! It’s almost dinner time, but they’re not currently serving dinner (there is a breakfast option available) . I let Mito play with me. Apparently, they also have a cat named Kou. It’s my last day! I take a private open-air bath. Oh, the cypress smells amazing. Apparently, the water in the kettle is Pronto Water, reduced hydrogen water. This bath doesn’t have a washing area. It’s more like a bath for enjoying the hot water. Good night. The next day is Kawa no Yu. I’ve been soaking in hot springs, including a foot bath, since yesterday. I feel like I’m getting hungry quickly. By the way, there’s Wi-Fi in the room. Breakfast is also plentiful! Hot rice and miso soup. They even have udon! I love the unique ryokan breakfast. Now, let’s eat! Let’s eat ! Sweet and sour sweetfish. It was so soft, even the bones, I could eat it all. I thought the amount of rice was a little too much, but the side dishes were so delicious that I ate it all! I ate it all! I think it’s enough to satisfy even a man. Kurokawa Onsen (Kumamoto) This time, I’m heading to Kurokawa Onsen in Kumamoto, a popular hot spring resort I’ve always wanted to visit. Located deep within Aso in Kumamoto Prefecture, on the border with Oita Prefecture, Kurokawa Onsen was so hidden that its name didn’t even appear on maps published by local newspapers until 2000. Thanks to the popularity of its hot spring pass, it’s now a popular hot spring resort known nationwide. Finally, we’ve arrived at Kurokawa Onsen. Our lodging is Okyakuya, a truly historic establishment , founded 300 years ago. It dates back to the 7th year of the Kyoho era, during the reign of Tokugawa Yoshimune, during the Edo Shogunate. It’s a two-story wooden building with no elevator, but it’s clear that the historic building has been well-preserved . Photography of the room is permitted, so we immediately began our room tour. I think I booked an 8-tatami room, but after editing, it seems like it was a 10-tatami room. I haven’t confirmed this, but perhaps they kindly gave me a larger room . The view of the green maples from the window was beautiful. I’ll also introduce the room’s amenities . The use of baskets is lovely, without ruining the atmosphere. There was also a basket to use when moving around the hot spring. In the cupboard were towels with the guesthouse logo and tabi socks for after a bath. Other cupboards contained cups, bottle openers, a hair dryer, and a refrigerator. By the way, the system for providing necessary amenities was to collect them upon check-in. They were placed in a cute basket. Also, when I entered my room, I noticed an incense burner, and the faint aroma of tea wafted through the air. While the room didn’t have a shower or other bathing facilities, it did have a bathroom. It was very clean. The tap water was drinkable. The cookies and tea were delicious. I’m off to the inn’s hot spring! The bath was amazing. The water is a sodium chloride sulfate spring. It’s quite hot , so I can’t stay in it for long, but it left my skin feeling so smooth. It also contains natural moisturizing ingredients, making my skin so supple it almost felt like a waste to apply lotion. The standing bath, 130cm deep, was an interesting experience. It was a refreshing experience to float while holding onto a log . Now, it’s time for dinner, which I’ve been looking forward to. Videos are not allowed, so I only took photos. Today’s menu looks like this. I ordered the “Tachigae Yuagari Bijin” Pale Ale. Here’s the drink menu. When you think of Kumamoto, you think of horse sashimi, right? Vegetables from our own farm and caldera trout sashimi. It was fresh and delicious. The Higo Akadori chicken steamed in a bamboo steamer was delicious. It was soft and went perfectly with the vegetables. Deep-fried Oguni daikon radish. Salt-grilled spring water trout. New onion potage. Rice, miso soup, pickles, and my first attempt at caldera trout namero. The dessert was also refreshing. Thank you for the meal. The next morning, I was a little worried about hearing the voices of tourists from my room facing the street , but it was completely quiet when I went to bed, and I slept well . To wake up, I went to the bath I missed the night before. It was wonderful to have it all to myself. But there’s more to look forward to: breakfast. The breakfast was also sumptuous, featuring vegetables from the hotel’s own farm and other local ingredients. It included rolled omelet made with free-range eggs, yogurt made with Oguni Jersey milk, and a salad of vegetables from the hotel’s own farm and Higo Akadori chicken. Here’s horse-powered natto (fermented soybeans) with horse meat. It was absolutely delicious. The handmade tofu was also a treat. Tsuruoka Pekingda Onsen (Yamagata) – I’d always wanted to stay at this hotel. Designed by architect Shigeru Ban, the “Suiden Terrace” seems to float above the rice paddies. The moment I opened my door, I could smell the delightful aroma, even through my mask. The chairs, made from paper tubes, are Shigeru Ban’s signature. I chose a room with a countryside view. The hotel has a hot spring, but the room also has its own bath. The toilet is clean. The air conditioner is neatly hidden. A safe and air purifier are provided. A refrigerator and roasted green tea set. Toothbrush, hairbrush, razor, body towel. Hair dryer and towel. Now, I’m off to the bath. The sounds of insects, the scent of the rice paddies, and the sound of the water all soothed me. There didn’t seem to be many restaurants near the hotel, so I ordered dinner from the front desk using the tablet in my room. This photo was taken during the COVID-19 pandemic. The restaurant is now open. At the time of this photo shoot, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, meals were served in the room and in bento boxes. Gassan beer is also available. The hotel is beautiful at night. Good night. The next morning, I went to the morning bath. There were various baths, with men and women alternated. This is a response to the COVID-19 pandemic. It appears to now be a buffet. Breakfast was made with local ingredients . It was delicious and satisfying. I also visited the library. The atmosphere was very relaxing. I could stay here all day. “A hotel floating on the rice paddies, where you can spend time farming and reading in the rain.” This space truly fits that concept. Oirase Gorge Hot Springs (Aomori) Oirase Gorge is a scenic spot not to be missed on any Aomori sightseeing trip. I’d like to introduce you to a nearby inn. Oirase Onsen “Lights and Maples”: An inn near Oirase. The tatami flooring creates a relaxing atmosphere. Simple Japanese-style rooms. They also had a hot spring set. The water is free-flowing from the source, slightly warm, making it relaxing. Above all, the food is delicious! A full course of Aomori Shamrock and Towada vegetables. The wide selection of alcoholic beverages is also excellent! Shabu-shabu with Aomori Shamrock broth. Lemongrass tea and almond tofu were refreshing. After dinner, I was allowed to relax on the sofa. I imagine they light the fireplace in winter. It ‘s an award-winning establishment, so I understand why. The next day, breakfast consisted of a plate and hot tofu. The local dish, “soba kakke,” was also served. Yahiko Onsen (Niigata) Tsubame-Sanjo is famous for its metalwork, but it also boasts a variety of hot springs. It’s about a 30-minute drive from Tsubame-Sanjo to Yahiko Onsen. It’s also about a 30-minute train ride to Yahiko Station. Shiki no Yado Minoya. Founded in 1701, this long-established inn has been around for over 300 years. Check-in. The front desk exudes the air of a long-established establishment. Women can choose their favorite yukata. There’s also a souvenir shop . Entering the room. Here’s the room tour. There’s water in here . This is the bathroom. There’s also a hair dryer. The room also has a bathtub. The room was a 10-12 tatami Japanese-style room. There were hangers and towels here , and a men’s yukata. I’d just borrowed a yukata. There were towels and tabi socks to take to the large bath, too . This is the view outside . I headed to the hot spring on the top floor. It was practically private, overlooking Mt. Yahiko. The alkaline simple hot spring left my skin feeling moisturized. They had makeup remover and other skincare products, as well as a shampoo bar. Finally, it was time! I chose the monthly kaiseki course. We toasted with Iyahiko Ale. It included rice and roasted seaweed! It had a unique flavor. A small hot pot of clams, new wakame seaweed, bamboo shoots, and spring vegetables. Mekabu seaweed, cod tempura, firefly squid, monkfish, and chicken grilled with koji. Yellowtail , sea bream, bluefin tuna, and Nanban shrimp . The white part was the belly, and the red part? The back? Kuroge Wagyu beef teppanyaki, spring vegetables. Red sea bream chawanmushi. Shrimp terrine, scallops, crab, Tosa vinegar jelly. Grilled silver cod wrapped in hosho paper. Goes well with local sake. Craft gin from Niigata Prefecture. Iyahiko rice, presented to the Imperial Household. As you’d expect from a rice-producing region! Delicious. Coffee jelly, Catalan cheese, strawberries. Everything was delicious. Very satisfied! Breakfast. Breakfast buffet! Everything was delicious, and we ate a lot from the morning. My husband’s appetite also exploded. While looking at this view. Original blend coffee, too. Don’t forget the dessert. Breakfast was also very satisfying. Thank you for watching until the end. I hope this is helpful.
