【日帰り信州】秋に染まる大絶景！冬季通行止め直前, 標高2000ｍの日本百名山への旅｜DUCATI Scrambler1100 TributePro｜休日バイク Vlog【美ケ原高原 ビーナスライン】
Hi, I’m Seaman. Today, I’m heading out on a ride with a friend for the first time in a while. So, I’ll be doing a lot of talking this time! 😀 I think this might be my first time eating this at Futaba. I’ve only ever had bread here. I ordered Hoto (noodles stew), but… it’s taking forever to come. Time to dig in! So good! This morning Hoto, the warmth just soaks into your body. Thanks for the meal! Found a gachapon machine for my favorite, “Panda! Go, Panda!” Today’s ride is completely unplanned, by the way. It’s pretty big, right? Shut up! 😅 So, after a serious meeting, we decided to head to the Venus Line, which is closing soon for the winter. The grip heater… to medium. Alright, heading out towards Nagano Prefecture! Gotta fill up the tank before we hit the mountains. Speaking of which… what ever happened to Japan’s extra gasoline tax? FYI, the Venus Line is scheduled to close at 11 AM on 11/19. This is a pretty last-minute attack on the road. 😌 And now, joining the Venus Line. There were still some autumn colors left. Wait, there are barely any bikes out. The Venus Line is probably too cold now, right? 😶 About an hour after leaving Futaba SA, we arrived at our first destination. Alright, we’ve made it to my favorite observation deck. Oh, wow! Getting my friend to take a picture of me! 😀 I took a picture of him in return. Next up, we’re heading towards the Shirakaba Lake area. Anyway, the weather is fantastic, this is the best. We’ve made it to Shirakaba Lake. The weather’s great today. We’re even getting to enjoy the autumn colors. Shirakaba Lake. Not an art museum, what’s that place called again? The roadside station… Utsukushigahara Kogen? We’re debating whether to go to Utsukushigahara Highlands. Since we didn’t plan anything, we don’t even know if the roadside station is open. Today is the last day. Today is the final day of business. Oh, really? You wanted to see the white birch trees, right? Where are the white birch trees? The white birch is right near Utsukushigahara… Ah, here it is. This is Utsukushigahara, and this is the white birch area. To go or not to go… We’re being super indecisive. Checking the mountain weather forecast, the temperature in Utsukushigahara is supposedly 0 degrees. This is the live camera. Oh, this… Ah, it says the temperature! It’s 5℃! Oh, 5℃… We can just about make it! So, we decided to go to Utsukushigahara Highlands. I think it’s been about five years since I last went to Utsukushigahara. A two-minute wait at the light. We’ve got plenty of time. Can enjoy the view. Amazing! What a view! As we get closer to Utsukushigahara, it gets super steep. I really hate this part. 😅 We’re here! Almost there! And we safely arrived at Utsukushigahara. We conquered the steep slope. I have a feeling the view is going to be amazing. The wind is definitely strong up in the mountains. The felt temperature is below zero. A day like this doesn’t happen often. Isn’t that the place? Ueda City (Nagano Pref.) Ueda City, right! Where’s Ueda City? Around there. How about this side? And that area? Matsumoto City (Nagano Pref.) It’s Matsumoto City. Wow, amazing. Enthusiastically recommending the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route. It’s in the direction of my phone. Isn’t that Tateyama? That one, a bit to the right. Northern Japan Alps. It’s too cold… I’m freezing. Looking for souvenirs. These are cute! Should I buy socks? For who? For me! We really want to eat *Oyaki* (savory stuffed bun). It wasn’t for sale since it’s the last day of business. A quick look around the second floor. Should I get this? Fluffy B… Bûche de… What’s a Bûche? Two hot coffees, and one Cow Bûche… and one pudding. That’s all. That will be ¥1,700. It was so cold I wore my hood the whole time. In the end, I chose the pudding! 💛 This is incredibly delicious. At 2,000m elevation, the view stretches clear into the distance! Today is the best riding weather. Alright, making a quick detour here. Heading for the white birch forest. Moving carefully since it looks like it might be icy. The ice is seriously no joke! Arrived at my beloved Shirakaba-daira (White Birch Plateau). Wow, amazing. It really is incredible. Isn’t this absolutely stunning? Couldn’t stay long, but I’m glad I made it here. The last time I visited was in 2016, by the way. Alright, let’s go. I’m so happy I could come back to this fairy-tale-like place. We made it back. I bought Shinshu soba. *I usually ride in the front.* The mountains are so yellow. For lunch, we’re heading to my usual, all-time favorite spot. Cheers with non-alcoholic beer! Grilling it in the Gikei-nabe pot. We ordered lamb (Genghis Khan) and skirt steak. Seriously delicious!! And that concludes our trip to Nagano. Alright, time to rush home so I can catch MotoGP! Fukusuke, I’m home.

しーまん太郎ちゃんお疲れ、今回のnaganoは、定番コースですね。信州はいつ行っても良きです。12月に入ったらnaganoのツーリングコースはにはミツバチちゃん達はいなくなりますね。
冬季はマシンのメンテナンス時期に入るんですかね。
ちょうどその日私もバイクで長野(奈良井宿や妻籠宿のあたり)を走ってました。朝7時半くらいに諏訪湖SAの辺にいたのですがもう少しでニアミスでしたね！
朝の中央道が−1度だったので震えが止まりませんでしたが、ビーナスラインも相当寒かったようですね。でも晩秋のビーナスもいい感じです。

しーまんお疲れ様です。ビーナスライン行ったんですね、自分も通行止めの前日18日に行きましたょ。(19日水曜日のお昼で終了)
ライダーも20人くらいすれ違いと霧の駅に居ましたね。燃料の暫定税率は11月の半ばから始まってますょ。
12月半ばには暫定税率の25円は無くなりますね。ちなみに諏訪南のGSで入れてましたが、長野県は全国一位の高い県です。
今年はビーナスライン行けなかったから…来年は必ず😊👍

Thanks for an amazing trip. The weather looked great with suuny skies even though it was cold. It was so cute seeing you get so excited winning the panda from the machine. The scenery was incredible and the fall colors looked so awesome in spots. The curvy roads looked fun to ride and the steep part would have been the best. Your camera work was fantastic as always. What kind of mount do you have on the handlebars? The views were spectacular at the places you stopped. All the food looked delicious and the grill places are fun. Happy you made it home safe and in time for motot GP. The beer looked good and always nice after a ride. Take care and stay safe. Looking forward to your next journey!🥰❤🐼
