伊勢原 八幡谷戸遊水池から幡蔵寺へ歩く｜Japan Kanagawa 4K Walking Tour

If they don’t create works with the same impact and soul as those by Unkei and Kaikei, Although it’s dilapidated, I prefer works from the Edo period like this. The era name was Kaei, so it must have been about 170 years ago. It’s not that old. Is that Mt. Oyama? It’s hard to tell when you’re close. Next is Tokuunji Temple I can hear the sounds of gunfire coming from the nearby Isehara Shooting Range. 6 Jizo. It’s unusual that it’s not covered with red cloth. Maybe it’s because it has no roof. I wonder if they’re collecting old gravestones to make a tower? It is near the Isehara-Oyama Interchange on the expressway. I think it was an archaeological excavation site. Beautiful red soil. 伊勢原の町を歩き、八幡谷戸遊水池に立ち寄る。かつては水田だったという場所は、今は整備されたガーデンとなり、鳥威しが静かな風に揺れていた。扇状地の平野部を抜けて幡蔵寺へ。境内には新しく造られた石像や六地蔵が並んでおり、現代的な造形が印象に残る。一方で、江戸期に作られたという古びた石仏も残されていて、苔むしたその姿からは長い時の流れと祈りの重みが伝わってきた。刻まれた元号「嘉永」は170年前のもの。大きな歴史の中では短い時間かもしれないが、人々が寄せた願いを今に伝えている。ふと目を上げれば大山の山並みが近くに迫り、その存在感が町の風景を包み込んでいた。さらに歩いて徳雲寺へ。屋根のない六地蔵は赤い布を身につけず、素朴な祈りの姿を見せていた。古い墓石が積まれて塔のように立ち、祈りの記憶を静かに刻んでいる。やがて伊勢原大山IC付近へと出ると、赤土の関東ローム層がむき出しになった発掘現場が広がり、大地そのものが時間を語っていた。日常と歴史が交差する道を歩きながら、町に残る祈りの風景を確かめる旅となった。
