【オランダ・アムステルダム】(後編)定番観光地をリーズナブルな公共交通機関で巡る

Hello, we are “Jaane” The second part of Amsterdam begins. Good morning Today is September 17th. I’m currently in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. It’s about 8:20. What’s the weather like this morning? It’s 14 degrees right now. It’s expected to reach 18 degrees, with a low of 13 degrees. Where are you going today? I’m finally heading to the Anne Frank House. I made the reservation 60 days in advance. I made the reservation pretty early. It’s cloudy today, and the forecast calls for rain. The weather isn’t very good. Well, I’m off. I just got off the train and am heading to the Anne Frank House. Bicycles are amazing, aren’t they? Wow! So many people commuting to work and school on bicycles! Cars stop, but bicycles don’t. There are quite a few places without traffic lights. The Netherlands is a bicycle kingdom. That’s a really impressive number. As you can imagine, Bicycles are speeding by. Scary, scary, scary, scary, scary, scary. Unfortunately, it’s raining heavily. Photography is prohibited inside the Anne Frank House, so there is no footage. This is the building where Anne Frank actually hid. The movable bookshelf that covered the entrance to the hiding place still exists. While touring the building, I was reminded of the scenes at Auschwitz and my eyes welled up. I’ve included the official website URL in the description. After the tour, I took a break at the museum’s cafe. I just finished visiting the Anne Frank House. It’s raining, but I think I’ll go and check out the windmills. It’s about an hour’s bus ride away. Built in 1636, it was used to pump water from low-lying areas. It’s located in a landscape frequently sketched by the painter Rembrandt. It was established in 1957 as a place associated with him. I came to De Rieker Windmill. I remember the bus stop I used to come here from. There’s no one here. Isn’t this not a tourist spot? It’s a tourist spot and it shows up on Google Maps. I’ve been there before, so I’m coming. Do you want to go back because you’ve been there before? It’s raining, so I can’t go anywhere I want to go. It’s cold today. I should have worn my Heattech. I vaguely remember it. It’s a place I visited on a solo trip. I remember this too. Is it worth the effort? I never thought I’d come back. Is that all? That’s all. I’m hungry, let’s go home! I’ve come to Rembrant and the windmill! It’s cold, I want to go home. I’m hungry. My buddy is always hungry. Give me something to eat! Give me something to eat! If the weather’s nice, the view is amazing. Just look the other way. If the weather’s nice, This river is so beautiful. That’s a shame. That’s a shame. It’s autumn in Amsterdam. Right now, I was on bus number 62, and it said it was a direct bus. But then I got off at the station. The 62 changed to the 63. I had to get back on it again (lol). Google Maps integration isn’t very good in the Netherlands. I really don’t know where to go. It’s a little hard to use. Transportation is There’s a place called “FEBO.” I went to a fast food chain in Amsterdam. I heard it’s delicious. So there’s a set like this! Let’s go in! Thank you! I wanted croquettes. Croquettes are €3 (¥540). This set is €9.7 (¥1,750). Are the fries freshly fried? All this came to about 3,600 yen. I’m shaking (lol) Potatoes. Freshly fried potatoes. This is the famous croquette. Beef croquette? They fried it for me. It’s freshly fried, so I think it’s delicious. I’ll try the croquette. 600 yen croquette 600 yen croquette This one costs 3 euros. It’s hard. It’s pretty hard. Why don’t you crack it open? Heave-ho, heave-ho ? What? It looks like tuna. But it’s beef… It’s not cold, right? It’s okay, right? Is it cooked properly inside? Crispy. Is it fried? How’s that? Shouldn’t you add this? Ketchup Something amazing. It tastes like tuna. It feels so well-kneaded. It’s got a nice flavor. It’s creamy. No cheese in it? It tastes like beef and seafood. It tastes like sausage. I think it has cheese in it. You ordered the same thing as me, so why does it taste different? A flavor not found in Japan There are no customers right now, so I’ll take a photo of the store. A special treat made just for you. I’m back at the hotel. Cup noodles. I saw soba noodles like this, but I never realized they were instant noodles. In-cup noodles for 500 yen each. Cheers! I only have one chair, so I eat like this (lol). Good morning. We are “Jaane” Today is September 18th, and it’s about 9:45 AM. I’m in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Today’s temperature is expected to reach 18-20 degrees, with a low of 17 degrees. Where are you going today? I’m heading out to see the Zaanse Schans windmills. Well, I’m off now. I’ll be taking buses 395 and 391. The GVB 72-hour ticket is not valid. I paid with a credit card because the bus company is EBS. It was difficult to distinguish bus companies on Google Maps. This is the Zaans Museum. This is the entrance. Unfortunately, the weather is terrible. It seemed like the rain would stop today. The forecast was for cloudy weather. There’s no sign of it stopping at all. Places like this… You have to be outside on a nice day. Because the weather’s bad. It’s like you can just go inside the Zanschans. If you just walk around normally… Dressed like this This is terrible. Mountain retreat Weaver’s House Free Cheese Express But it probably won’t be free. It looks like they’ll be offering tastings. I’ll go in. A cheese factory like this. Is it fake? (lol) Of course! (lol) There was a video showing the cheese-making process. I wonder if they stir it. Putting on wooden shoes Now it’s time for the tasting. Now we enter the shop. There’s a wide variety of samples available. €13.95 (¥2,510) each There are so many different kinds, so even a little bit at a time is satisfying (lol). €30.95 (¥5,600) This scenery really feels like Holland. Don’t think that the whole of Holland is full of windmills (lol). Even when the weather’s bad, there are people making a mess. I went to a cheese factory for a tasting. This is a tourist area that recreates an 18th-century rural landscape. The area is free, but there’s a fee to see inside the windmill. There are windmills all along this river. They’re just a long line of windmills. It looks good. It looks good. I wish the weather was nice. I wish the sky was blue. That’s such a shame. Let’s make it a blue sky! It’s hard to capture on video. I walked along the river, enjoying the scenery. It’s a great place to learn about traditional Dutch culture. We’re probably way up here. We’re around here. It takes about 20 minutes to walk slowly from the entrance to the edge of the area. If it’s sunny, it’s a nice walk. The sun came out for a little while, but It’s gone back down again. “Paint manufacturing windmills (Verfmolen) in operation.” Recreational boats are prohibited from mooring here. Paper cup coffee is €4 (JPY 700) too expensive, so I’ll reject it! This is a place where the old townscape has been preserved. There are some houses still inhabited today. This waterway also seems to have been raised when boats passed through. It’s no longer raised, but it seems this is how it was used in the past. Giants. Giants’ shoes. You can make wooden shoes here. €29.95 (¥5,400) And there’s always more. There’s also a demonstration by a craftsman. They cut each shoe to the same size from a single mold. Cutting out the holes for the feet. Looks like they’re finished. The finished shoes were also for sale. €42.95 (¥7,730) Not for practical use (lol) Touch the yellow machine for EBS buses. Having enjoyed myself, I’m heading to my next destination. Heading to Central Station. There were lots of sightseeing boats. Looks like a Sumida River sightseeing boat. We’re sailing in a tiny boat. This is Central Station. Amsterdam. Where did we go? Even in such a rural area (lol) My hat got blown off. This is Amsterdam Central Station. Looks like you can go to London from here. UK Terminal. There’s an underground mall. There’s a ferry terminal. I’m glad I finally made it here (lol) I’m glad I finally made it here I almost went home because I misunderstood. Let’s take the ferry to get a feel for everyday life in Amsterdam. I’ll take the ferry to the other side first. Just a round trip from here (lol) It’s something like this. Just go to the other side. It takes a while to get there. You’re on a ferry. Just go to the other side and come back. Apparently, there are several ferries like this in Amsterdam. I was surprised! Central Station is huge. I remember now (too late!) Memories of riding this ferry have come back to me. We’ve arrived! We were there. Everyone disembarked all at once. We took the ferry back to Amsterdam Central Station. We returned to Central Station. Amsterdam Central Station has a ticket gate in the middle. Like Akihabara Station or Kinshicho Station, you have to go under the overpass. You have to go to the other side. That’s all for now (lol). I’m hungry. Give me something to eat! Find it yourself. Where to eat?! I came out the other side. It feels like Amsterdam. Oh man, there are so many people. There’s plenty of food on the back streets. It seems pretty reasonable. Isn’t it a little cheap? Italian Pizza Seeak House I found this steakhouse myself (lol) Okay, let’s go for it! You can choose from the options when ordering tea. Unfortunately, it rained on the last day. The staff were incredibly friendly. If a plate breaks, do you patch it up and reuse it? A meaty, meaty meal for about 10,000 yen! It’s for two. Mixed grill. It’s 12,000 yen. I wonder if I can eat that much. It’s been a while since I’ve had meat. I’m so happy. That’s a huge portion. Does it have bones in it? It’s rib steak. Can I eat rib steak with my hands? Can’t I? Please eat it with a fork. I’ll eat it. It’s soft. It’s soft. One serving is €33 (¥5,940), but two servings are €59 (¥10,620). So it’s €10 (¥1,800) cheaper? Makes me want to bite into it. Why not? Go for it! Just bite into it! I’ve got a wet towel! Soft Delicious, right? The sauce is a little sweet. I eat it with my hands. That’s a lot. This is going to get tough. It’s all steak. Are you talking about the ribs? I don’t know. Leg Delicious. Delicious. I haven’t seen it at all. It’s chicken. It’s really delicious. The ribs were probably the best part. Yes! ??? ??? ? Delicious? How does it taste? Are they all delicious? Okay? Delicious. My partner is very satisfied. Well, he’s been buying snacks all this time! So I wanted meat. It’s cooked to perfection, isn’t it? I’ll eat this with chili sauce. Very satisfying. Awesome! Finally, I was given some fresh wet wipes! Chocolate I bought from a Belgian chocolate shop. €8.7 (¥1,527) Let’s go! It’s beautiful! Chocolate What do you think? These nut-like things There’s four layers of them (lol) There’s quite a lot. They’re pink, sweet and sour, and delicious. They’re delicious. They melt, so I can’t take them to Turkey. Good morning, we are “Jaane” The weather in Amsterdam today is currently 16 degrees. The forecast is for a high of 25 degrees and a low of 16 degrees. It rained the entire three days I was in Amsterdam. It looks like it’s sunny today. I’m very sorry. I’m heading to Turkey now. I’m getting on a plane now. what time will you arrive in Turkey? We’re scheduled to arrive at 4:00 PM Turkish time. I’m heading to the airport now. I’m off now. I’m off now. We bought 72 hours of GVB time. You can get to the airport by bus. The cheapest option is probably bus number 369. The bus arrived at D16. Schiphol Airport is right in front of you. The touts are amazing. Put your luggage in the cart. There’s no flight for us. Number 21, SUNEXPRESS. Let’s check in first. We’ve arrived at the SUNEXPRESS check-in counter. Which one is it? Walking around looking for a lounge It looks like this one Looking for a lounge Walking around Lounge 2 I think it’s upstairs Airline lounges 40-41 Let’s go up the stairs. They’re all together. I finally found the lounge, but… The system was to scan a QR code and wait in line. The lounges at Schiphol Airport are pointless. I’ll go to this cafe. There’s a 100-seat wait for the Priority Pass lounge (LOL). I can’t get in. Boarding time is almost here. So I went to the cafe right next door. This is €21 (¥3,780). It’s super expensive. It’s got a whole chunk of apple in it. The cinnamon really hits home. It’s got loads of cream. It’s delicious. Expensive, but delicious. I think it’s the plane with that logo. It’s a Dutch airline. We’re a Turkish low-cost carrier, so I think it’s at the very back. Let’s go. Four minutes here feels like eight minutes to us (lol). Maybe we just have short legs. (LOL) Yes, that’s right. It’s unlikely we’ll get there in four minutes. Four minutes have passed already. An hour has passed. Checking lounge availability. 46th in line. There’s no way I can get in. There’s a drinking station. We’re delayed and boarding hasn’t started yet. It says there. The weather forecast for Kayseri is here. The weather looks good. It looks like we’ve finally arrived. After waiting for just under two hours, we finally made it into the lounge. But no one has the patience to wait that long. It’s time to board. Our departure time is almost 11:00. I’ve been waiting here forever. I was told to hurry up and get in line, so I did. I was told to get in line if I was number 24 or above, so I’ve been standing here for 15 minutes. I wish they’d call me when they were ready. It finally started at 11:00. Boarding Finally, we were able to board. I think I was made to stand for about 30 minutes. The planning was so bad (lol). We’re sitting second to last. This is it. This flight is from Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport to Turkey’s Erikki International Airport. This is my first time flying on Turkish low-cost carrier SunExpress. The aircraft is a Boeing 737-800. It’s a low-cost carrier, so I don’t think they serve meals. It’s a 3-3 flight. Mid-size plane I thought it would be cold, but it’s hot. The weather’s turned out so nice. How frustrating. I’m looking at the meal menu, and somehow this one seems better. It seems cheaper than eating at the airport. €9.99 (¥1,800) with a drink. This one looks so delicious, but with a drink it’s €12.99 (¥2,340). This one is the same. €8.99 (¥1,620). Did I make a mistake? I have the impression that the inside of an airplane is expensive. The airport is even more expensive. If you’re using a low-cost carrier, maybe it’s better to eat inside? Even though we were about to take off, They didn’t say anything even when I hadn’t put my seat back in. They didn’t even say anything even when I had my laptop open. What a free country! The flight from Schiphol to Erkilet took about four hours. The fare per person was €132 (JPY23,000). SunExpress Airlines is an airline based in Antalya, Turkey. It seems to be somewhere between a low-cost carrier and a full-service carrier. I prioritized the travel time from the Netherlands to Göreme, so I think the ticket price is a little high. There were people on the phone as soon as we landed. Will our luggage arrive? It’s 18 degrees in Kayseri, Turkey. 4:28 PM We just arrived in Kayseri, Turkey. Is this Elkiret International Airport? It’s cold! It was sunny in Amsterdam, but it’s cloudy here. I just came out! It’s 5:16 PM now. My luggage took a long time to come out. I’m sharing a ride with someone, so I’m waiting for them to arrive. The handsome guy in black seems to be the driver. The passenger I was supposed to share a ride with canceled. We ended up getting a ride just for the two of us. From the airport to our hotel in Göreme, it cost 1,070 yen per person (booked in advance). It was about an hour’s drive. Just the two of us in a beautiful Mercedes van. It was a rather luxurious ride. Next episode will finally begin with our Turkey segment. We’ll start with Cappadocia, known for its unique rock formations. I’ll also share with you the progress of the hot air balloon tour I finally got to ride. A look at the Red Tour through the underground city. The journey is packed with touching encounters and moments. Thank you for your likes! Your comments are encouraging. The journey continues, so please subscribe and wait. See you in the next video! See you soon!
