中央区の高層マンション販売中 – 完全見学(限定販売)
Hello, this is Ron with Rising Sun Properties. Today we are taking a tour of a property that you won’t normally see on this channel. I I’m usually showing aas around that uh 10, 15, 20 million yen mark. This is a condo, high-rise condo on the 12th floor in the Chuaw, the Akashicho neighborhood in Tokyo. So, it’s a short walk from St. Luke’s Hospital and about a 25minute walk from Tokyo Station. So, prime location. This property is starting at over 200 million yen. Uh so, like I said, not the typical property you’d see on this channel, but it is an exclusive property for sale through Rising Sun Properties. If you’re not interested in this property, it’ll give you a little insight to to what you can get out there in Tokyo and what some of the prices are. So, thank you so much, guys, for watching. Enjoy the tour. And here is the building. We are in the neighborhood of Ober Akashicho residence. 210 million yen. That’s 1.38 million USD. 12th of 12th floor. It’s on the corner. 69 square meter 3LDK built in 2014. And it’s in a very prime location. I actually walked to the apartment from Tokyo Station about 25 minutes. Here’s St. Luke’s Hospital. That’s right down the street about a 3minut walk. There are a lot of uh residents there that are living here. Shinto MO station is the closest station and just a great neighborhood. Lots of little shops. I stopped by this cafe which was delicious. Had the salami sandwich. Don’t see that very often. It’s about a block away from the apartment. So, very nice location. It’s in the city but has a a great neighborhood feel and, you know, not that noisy or busy for being in Tokyo. Here is the entrance of the condo. And of course, a 7-Eleven is right down the street, just on the corner, less than a block away. So, you’re never too far from a convenini here in Japan. The entrance way, you need a key fob to get in. And they do have staff working here. And here is the lounge area. Lots of good books on the shelf. I believe you’re free to, you know, quote check them out. And here we are on the 12th floor again, which is the the top floor of this condo. You have a very urban view of Tokyo. And again, it’s just a well connected, very prime location here in Tokyo. Here’s the entrance way to the condo. So, it doesn’t need much renovation. You might want to, you know, change the wallpaper, upgrade the aircons, but overall it’s been very well taken care of and good to go. Some storage at the entrance. Got the mirror there when you walk in. And here’s a look at the hallway with the doors open and the doors closed. So, there’s two rooms close to the entrance. One here on the left. It’s 8 square meters with a built-in closet. Have the aircon installed there. Those air cons are about 10 years old. Can be used if you want and if not the owner will remove them. Look at the room with the closets closed and open. Very high ceilings and I’ll do a height check later on in the video. Here’s the second room with a walk-in closet. It’s nine square meters total. Again, you see the aircon. This does have a balcony. shelfing, storage, clothes racks here in this walk-in closet. And you see the balcony entrance off to the back right there. Lots of natural light coming into the apartment through the windows. Has dimmer lights here and in the main room. There’s these vents that are adjustable throughout the entire house. They do have filters that you can change out. And the small balcony here towards the front of the home. onto the hallway. Down to the right is the toilet. Shelving and sink washlet installed. So, look at the the small sink that is installed here. The towel rack on the wall. Some additional storage before we walk into the main room. There’s your breaker as you saw. Here’s the kitchen living room area with the bath off to the right. Kitchen is about 5 square meters in total. Gas burners installed. Dishwasher. Everything’s clean and working. Got a built-in water filter there at your sink. Plenty of storage in the kitchen. Room for cooking. Again, I don’t think you really need to remodel or do anything with it unless you have a very specific idea of what you want in here, but everything is clean and newer looking, and I think it’s fine the way it is. So, this was originally two separate rooms, but here’s the living dining area and then a room in the back. does have a heated floor. That’s what this panel here is for. So, in the winter, that’s quite nice. These two rooms are about 24 square meters total in size. Here’s a shelf with some storage underneath. So, some of these condos have a wall here that was built separating the two rooms. This is open. Gives it a little bit more spacious feel. There are no main light fixtures at this time, but those can be easily installed, of course. See, a bit of a cloudy day, but plenty of natural sunlight coming into the home. All right, I’m out on the balcony and you can see the balcony door is very tall, so plenty of clearance there. Very spacious apartment. All of the doors are quite high. Again, I’m right under 6t and this is easily clear in my head. Usually the apartments I’m showing with the Japanese style are coming up to here. So, very spacious, very comfortable apartment in a very desirable location here in Tokyo. Couple of still shots of this area. You can see the vents on the walls, place for your aircon. This actually has a 200 and 100vt plugin, so you can exchange out if you want a bigger or smaller aircon installed. And you can also install another aircon in that room if you’d like. There’s a a place for it ready to go. Let’s step out onto the balcony. So, there’s a front and back balcony. This is looking out towards the front of the the condo where we first walked in. St. Luke’s is off to the left. And into the bath area. sink with storage in the mirrors and down below. Place for your washing machine. Extra shelf for storage there. A vent in this room as well as in the bath itself. Typical storage underneath the sink. I guess I forgot to look into the mirror, but there’s storage there as well. And a little bit more shelving here. Here’s the bath. Larger bath. Of course, it has the operation to autofill and reheat as well as that dryer above. That makes it a lot easier to dry your clothes, especially in the winter. And as always in Japanese homes, there’s a um control for the bath in the kitchen. Here’s the trash. So, there’s no really any t time of day or week to take out your trash. It’s always open, so you can take your trash out here. Here’s a modest place to wash your dog, I guess. Uh, never saw anybody using it, but it’s there. I guess it’s for smaller dogs. No one’s going to have larger dogs here. Does have bicycle parking. That would be additional. There is bicycle parking available. And this door goes straight out onto the street out on the front where we first walked in. There is car parking. However, there’s no car parking available at this time. Here are your mailboxes. So, you just hit your key fob on that button there and your box pops open. There’s a other place here that will store larger boxes. And when you come in, it’ll give you a certain beep to let you know that something is there and and to look for it. There is a car share here as well. Here’s the car. It’s available to all residents. Just have to to book it, but it’s quite affordable. So, if you want to if you don’t have a car and want to get out somewhere, you can use the car share. So, there is the apartment here in Akashicho Chuward of Tokyo. If you’re interested in this apartment, have any questions, please reach out anytime. It’s 20 x more than I could afford, but could you share the monthly building fees?
Thanks for sharing something quite different. Nice property, not 215 million yen nice though. Location is impt, but not at that price.
It certainly is a great apartment as the finishes look top quality . Location is fabulous too with close proximity to Tokyo.
