Hello, this is tabino. Today, I’ll be sharing a day in autumn in London. The leaves are so beautiful. Halloween is coming up, so the decorations are all up! 🎃 These decorations are so authentic! 🎃 Now, I’m off to the flea market. Autumn is the season for food. “Delicious!” I visited the Kensington flea market, which is held irregularly. Let’s take a look. The displays are so stylish. These ceramic cherries are so pretty! 🍒 What a lovely picture! 🌼 Plates with gorgeous patterns. There are so many fallen leaves! 🍂 They make a lovely display. There are pumpkins everywhere! 🎃 The cafe is decorated with pumpkins and ghosts! 👻🎃 There are plenty of popular Hornsea products on display. Very charming tableware from England. I spotted an owl! 🦉 The kitty pot is so cute! 🐈 The floral-patterned glasses are adorable. There are so many glasses lined up. I found a lovely squirrel figurine. There’s also lots of stylish furniture. The buildings near the venue are beautiful and fun to look at. A dog ​​and his owner shopped together. It was fun shopping. I made a detour to Portobello Market, near Kensington. Let’s go treasure hunting. Queen Elizabeth II memorabilia I found this treasure! I’ll show you my purchases at the end of the video. It’s a beautiful autumn day today. The ceramic container is so cute 🐇🦌 This shop has a great selection. I was told about their Instagram, so if you’re interested, check it out 👇 @portobello_treasures This strawberry plate is so cute 🍓 I’ll also buy this mini plate. There are lots of commemorative mugs from the Royal Family. They have everything from items over 100 years old to more recent ones. Japanese kokeshi dolls are popular in the UK. The brass animals are so cute. This one’s lovely too, so I’ll buy it! 👼 There are lots of pumpkins here too! 🎃 The selection here is amazing! 👏 I found my favorite series! 🙌 The swan figurine is cute, too! 🦢 I managed to buy a few nice things. I’m hungry. I’m going to have lunch at the bookstore’s cafe. Foyles is a stylishly decorated bookstore. It feels like I’m in an art museum. 👆 They also sell lovely eco-bags. Now, let’s go to the cafe. There’s a long line, so it looks like we’ll have to wait a little. Maybe because it’s Saturday lunchtime, it’s very crowded. There are plenty of seats, so I think I’ll be able to find a seat. They have scones! But today I want a sandwich. The cake looks delicious, too. I ordered a coronation chicken sandwich and tea. What is coronation chicken? It’s a name you’re probably unfamiliar with. Coronation chicken was created for Queen Elizabeth’s coronation in 1953. It’s a mildly curry-flavored chicken. It’s rich, slightly sweet, and perfectly balanced. Tender chicken is tossed in curry-flavored mayonnaise and sometimes garnished with raisins or mango chutney. Originally created for the Queen and still beloved by many, this dish is a must-try for fans of the British royal family! Let’s eat. This cafe’s coronation chicken sandwich is delicious! 😋 It’s hearty and satisfying. Now, let’s go and feel the autumn. Regent’s Park in central London was at its peak of autumn foliage. 🍂 I had planned to stop by another book cafe after this, but it was full . I hope to come back someday. I’m at the chain CAFE NERO. Thank you for the heart-shaped latte art! ♡ Now, let’s head home. Let me introduce some of my purchases. (As I own a vintage shop, some of the items are for sale in the shop.) First, a brass squirrel figurine. Lovely. It looks like it’s eating something. Squirrel figurine is rare, so I’m happy I found one. The big tail is its charming feature. I also love the aged texture.♡ Next up is a figurine of a cat nestled in boots. The Industrial Revolution in the 18th and 19th centuries in Britain led to the development of a nationwide railway network. Travel, previously reserved for the wealthy, became accessible to the middle class. Around this time, the practice of bringing back souvenirs from the towns one visited became widespread. Ceramic accessories bearing the town’s coat of arms, like this figurine, became popular. Cameras weren’t common at the time, so people sought tangible proof of their travels. This figurine appears to have been made between 1910 and 1930. It features the coat of arms of Ashburton, a town in Devon, England. It’s now a popular antique, enjoyed by collectors. It’s also adorable as a match holder.🐈♡ Next up is a floral swan figurine.🦢 The floral patterns on the left and right are different. There’s no backstamp, so the maker is unknown. The beak is adorned with gold, giving it a subtle yet elegant look. This can also be used to hold small items. ♪ Next up is a floral mini plate. It could be used as an accessory tray or tea bag dish. It’s from Royal Crown Derby’s popular Derby Posey series. The elegant flowers are captivating. The gold-plated rim is lovely. Next up is a cat milk jug. Isn’t that round mouth so cute? I love this series, so I always buy it when I see it. The back view and the curve of the tail are also lovely. Tony Wood’s animal series is popular in the UK. Prices have risen there, making them harder to find. It’s adorable even from the side. Next up is a ceramic angel wall decoration. 👼 The three-dimensional angel’s face is so adorable you ‘ll want to stroke it. The pure white ceramic is also elegant. I’d love to hang it on the wall and display dried flowers on it. 🌼 The holes are so small, it probably won’t fit very well, though. Next up is a strawberry-motif plate. 🍓 I was drawn to its realistic, three-dimensional design. The single, three-dimensional strawberry on the plate is so cute! 🍓 The delicious, deep red color is also beautiful. I wonder what to put on it. Next up is a commemorative item from Queen Elizabeth’s 1953 coronation. It’s about 70 years old. It has a design similar to Wedgwood Jasperware, but this one is made of ceramic, not stoneware. The puffy, three-dimensional design is very beautiful. There are a few chips on the lid. It’s been around for 70 years, so that’s to be expected. The brand name and year are inscribed on the lid and the body. It’s a trinket box that makes you want to keep something precious inside. Next, let me introduce a tea set I recently found. The plate has a beautiful, eye-catching floral pattern. Spode is a porcelain brand founded in Stoke-on-Trent in the late 18th century and holds a very important place in the history of British ceramics. This is from the Gainsborough series. I’m captivated by the gorgeous pattern. I was lucky enough to be able to purchase the cup and saucer along with it. There is a floral pattern on the inside of the cup ♡ and also on the handle. You can really feel the attention to detail in the design 🌼 The saucer is also decorated with a floral pattern 🙌 I really love this tea set. The hand-painted pattern has a gentle touch that is soothing. And the highlight is the floral pattern on the base! This part is designed with a three-dimensional uneven surface. It’s just too cute. A small snack plate. Made of thin but durable bone china. A small sugar bowl. This one also has a cute base. The shape of the milk jug is also nice ♡ The base is also cute. And finally, the teapot. This teapot has a lovely pattern and a beautiful shape . It’s small, so it’s perfect for tea time alone.
