東京近郊のグランピング – 埼玉県越生町オーパークおごせ
[Music] Ever wondered what it’s like to go glamping in the countryside of Japan? Well, in this video, I’m going to take you along. So, we are here in Saitama today uh in the area called Ogo. And I am staying at this glamping well uh camping/lamping slash you know things uh you can do a lot of things uh place called O park o and I am staying at this glamping cabin and I’m going to take you along. So uh we booked a barbecue dinner for tonight and we are going to have some breakfast on this uh what’s this called? It’s not a garden. Um, it’s like roofed, but yeah, uh, we’re gonna have dinner here and breakfast here. And that’s, uh, our baby stroller. So, I’m going to take you along. And the good thing is that you can park your car right over there. So, um, that’s not my car. That’s not my husband’s car. I am here with my baby and my parents, Tokyo Foodie Mama, and Tokyo Foodie Papa. And that is because, um, it was meant to be a family trip. But uh this morning my husband had a fever so I am here with my parents instead. But yes um we have the sink here. Here they have the dishes and cutleries which I cannot open whatever. Um here’s the barbecue grill which I’m probably going to show you tonight. And over here in this cooling box, uh we have all the ingredients for tonight. So they prepared everything for us for the meat barbecue for tonight. Look at that. Look how cozy that looks in the middle of nowhere. Wow. And I’m going to show you the room. Let’s go in. There’s so many mosquitoes inside, so going to be quick. Okay. So, when you go on the right hand side, there’s a room with two beds. That’s um the baby’s bed, by the way. Uh it’s quite cozy. So, we’ve got like everything uh spread out right now. Nice and air conditioned. And then you go out of this room. Okay, let’s go for the bathroom first. There’s a shower room and a toilet. Uh what’s this called? A wash basin. And you can rent out a baby bath if you want. So that’s the bath for our baby uh to put him in the onen. And nice and clean, very nice. And then you go out of the bathroom and that bit is the living room. And there we’ve got three beds. So there I’m going to show it to you later because my my dad and the baby are like, you know, uh playing together. So you can see his elbow over there. But uh yeah, let’s go for the bedroom first. Here are three bunk beds. So I think it’s not is it single size? Do you think it’s single? Tokyo 30 mama make an appearance. Well, not appearance. Your voice appears. Yeah, it’s a small size single bed. How do you say that? Uh semi- single semi. Semi- single I think. Yeah, it’s smaller than a single bed. So, if you are um a big person, this might not be very comfortable. But yeah, we have got two bunk beds here. So, in total, five people can stay at this cabin if you want. Uh but today, it’s three adults. And from here, you can look outside. Amazing. Very nice and quiet, by the way. That’s Tokyo Foody Mama’s socks. Okay, so that’s the living room. Well, that’s sofa area. That’s Hokkeri Papa socks. And yeah, we’ve got the towels over here. Very handy if you want to go to the onen later. And then the kitchen. Um, it’s fully equipped, I guess. Uh, that’s wine. My parents got uh some seasonings and kettle, a microwave. Fine. Uh, some glasses and cups. Oh, and wine glasses. That’s cool. So, you can also borrow like uh roomware like pajamas. Oh, that’s very cute. Yeah, that’s what I got from the front desk. Very handy. So, we just arrived at around uh 4:00 p.m. and it’s like now No, no, no. 5:00 p.m., sorry. Uh and uh it’s almost like 5:30 now. So, we’re probably just going to chill for a bit and uh go to the onen, take turns because we need to take care of the baby. And yeah, we’re going to stay here for one night and just chill in the countryside. Yay. Yay. Okay, mama. How do you like this place? Really nice. Really nice. Um, you weren’t planning to stay here. No, plans changed this morning. I was telling my viewers that uh my husband couldn’t make it. So, yes, like a last minute reserve. Last minute rescue person. So, yeah. Uh, baby’s playing with Tokyo Freddy Papa. We need to give him a name. Who? Baby. The baby. Usually on YouTube they call like if they’re not going to um mention the real name, they mention like baby something. Baby Chang. Baby Chang. Baby Chang or baby. Why? I was his name before he was born. Yes. Not Puru. No. Poku. Long story short. Yeah. Yeah. We can think of one. Or maybe Yeah. I don’t know. I don’t know. We’ll see. Yes. Uh, see you at the main building where they have the onenoo. So, we are now walking towards the main building to go for the onsent. And yeah, as I was saying, we are staying at the glamping cabin, but there are also these uh like glamping domes uh which are like character themes. And it might be too dark, but there’s also like the floating dome uh which sounded really cool and I wanted to stay there, but there are no toilets inside. The glamping cabin is the only one with toilets inside. And you know, I have to wake up in the middle of the night to feed uh the baby. So I thought, you know, having a toilet within the the room will be very important. So these are like the floating domes. Quite cute, isn’t it? But yeah, like I said, these don’t have toilets inside. And that is our main building. Let’s go in. That’s it. That’s the logo of the O park. Oops. [Music] You can also buy these uh fireworks, like sticks of firework uh for 1,200 yen for 10 sticks. Wow. And you can enjoy them like in front of your house. Nice. Oh, there’s also a shop that sells moon and stuff. That is so cute. And this a fin. Oh, I think that’s the mug we have in the room. That’s cute. and some oh snacks and drinks if you want alcohol. There’s beer, soda, and some food for the barbecue if you want to have some extra. There’s also an amenity bar, so you can get like toothbrush, hairbrush, uh hair tie, cotton, what’s that? razor, uh, kids soap, kids, uh, emulsion, and kids toothbrush and diapers. Oh, diapers are 100 yen. And, uh, you can also rent these. Um, we borrowed the baby bath for free, but you can also borrow like a crib, um, you know, a lot of these things for kids and, uh, like air purifier, you know, things for adults like iron, uh, hair curler and stuff like that. Wow. And there’s also a restaurant. So, if you want to have lunch after checking out, um you can definitely do that. Apparently, they use like, you know, local veggies. Uh if you’re into that, that’s also very handy. So, this area has a lot of comics and uh magazines. And here they have like couches, TV, and a massage chair over there. Ooh. The whole reason why we decided to stay here is because it seemed really kids friendly as you can probably already tell. Um and uh it seems like you can really enjoy this facility to the fullest. So we don’t need to like you know go somewhere and then um you know spend time outside. We can actually like spend most of our times inside uh the facility. So that is why we chose this place. So of course not sponsored or anything. We just uh wanted to share a little family trip uh with you guys. Yay. Okay. Okay, so we’re going to go on for dinner. And these are the cutleries and dishes. Oo, wow. And the great thing is that you can use them and not wash them at the end. You can just put these back in. That’s pretty handy. And uh I put the baby to sleep, thankfully. And here’s all the food. So um because I was going to stay with my husband, the food is for two people. And that’s the salad. Uh that’s uh yaki onigiri like roasted onigiri rice balls and oh my god that’s so much meat. So that’s the meat and that’s going to be breakfast tomorrow. Okay, let’s stop the baby from crying. So Tokyo foodie papa is setting up the meat. It’s been like 15 20 minutes to put the baby to sleep. But yes, we are finally starting dinner. Yay. Let’s get started. Finally. It’s like past 7:00 a.m. uh 700 p.m. already. So, I’m having this lemon soda from the convenience store. Cheers. And oh, by the way, I changed into their um pajamas. It’s quite comfy. It’s nice. Tokyo food. How do you like this place? Very nice. Quiet. You can only hear the voices of insects. The crickets. The crickets. Yes, that’s true. And very cozy. Very cozy. Yeah, it’s actually a lot nicer than I expected. How was the onsent? Oh, that was very good. Okay. Okay. Yeah. And the gamboku, the hot stone. They have two style of gambyaku which is only for ladies and then for couples. Oh, very nice. By the way, Tokyo Foody Mama now offers tours on our Shinto uh service. So if you want a tour with Tokyo foodie mama, she has decades of experience in Tokyo, specialized in isizakayas and uh yeah, culture, you know, anything local and sake and sake. Well, I guess that ties in with isakaya, but yeah, um if you want a tour, do check out our link in the description down below. So, we actually get a lot of meat. We got like uh two slices of the chicken thighs and some um sausages and this big sausage which Tokyo Foodie Mama is cutting and sharing. Thank you. Um yeah, like I said, this is actually for two people. So um it’s more than enough. Tokyo Foodie Mama and Papa are enjoying this red wine. Well, are going to enjoy this red wine after their beer. So yes. So let’s try the sausage. M. Oh, and we got mustard as well. How nice. The sausage is good. M. Very juicy. There’s more meat. We’ve got uh beef now. Oh my god, the oniiri looks so good. And oh my god, it’s pretty dark outside. All right, that was dinner. And uh I will see you tomorrow at breakfast. Good morning. It is the morning after and we are here for breakfast. So I’m going to show you what the breakfast has. Um even though my mom and dad already kind of started. Okay, so the breakfast had six slices of this small bos and the sausage was actually from yesterday and a small potato salad, yogurt, butter, uh not okay, jam. Uh that’s what we got. That’s also what we got in addition. Um and these are some soup. What was it? Tomato and shrimp. Shrimp bisque. And that’s uh tea. So we thought they give us coffee, but they don’t. So um we got some tea from the um main building yesterday. So we’re having that. But I really really wanted coffee. So that’s one thing. Um if you’re coming here, get coffee. Yes. And that’s our bread in action this morning. Unfortunately, it started raining this morning, but it’s all like fully roofed up here, so it’s not a problem. Just a bit chilly today, but uh yeah, it’s still very nice. We’re in the middle of nature um with all the birds chanting over there in the background. And yeah, it’s a very nice, beautiful morning. So, we had that breakfast and uh we got ready as you can probably tell from my face. And it stopped raining, so we’re probably going to check out very soon. It’s still like 10:00 a.m. Um, check out time is actually 11:00 a.m. So, that’s pretty late, which is actually really good. So, you can like um, you know, enjoy the really nice chill time at this table. But, uh, yeah. Uh, we are, you know, we want to head towards Tokyo a bit earlier, so we are checking out soon. Such a peaceful morning. There’s also an area where you can enjoy campfire. Oh my god, that’s going to be really fun. Especially in the winter when it’s like cold, you you get to be nice and cozy. And yeah, you can borrow all the fire equipment at the main um main building. There’s an extra charge for that, but I don’t think it was that expensive. And I thought I’d finish off with the view of the glamping cabin. So, um yeah, this was actually my first time traveling with the baby. So, um I thought it might give you some inspiration on if you’re tra if you want to travel to the countryides of uh Japan with kids or if you just want to, you know, um watch a fun chill vlog. Even though we went by car this time, there’s actually a free shuttle bus from Ogose Station to O Park Ogose — so it’s accessible even if you’re travelling by public transport! 🚌✨
Would you try glamping in Japan?

Japan is far but her beautiful spirit is in my heart romance in the air red rose in my hand on bended knee I propose dear Japan will you marry me? she said: a red thread binds us as one never to be cut. Her gentle words felt like falling snow a quiet moment. Dear Japan, may your life flourishes like luxuriant tree may you continue to give out light and radiance. Thick and fast stream my thoughts of you Like the layers of endlessly falling snow upon the cedars. Come to me at night, my dear Japan. I never visited Japan yet this love I feel for her nature feels like a long river running. She is my warm honey my sweet cream and cherry my candy JOY in a small bite sweetness on the tongue happy memory. Enjoy your time, meditate, write something on sand, have a sip of amazake, don't think, feel, you are Japanese 😉 Mata chikaiuchini o ai shimashou, here on earth or maybe on Mars LOL who knows 😉
