My recommendations for the acorns… all of them, but I definitely recommend the Chikuwapan. I’ve never tried Ajiki, but it’s a great snack . It feels a bit like fried chicken. If you’re a fan of Mentaiko , you’ll probably be hooked. The number one sweet item was the chestnut butter, which I think was a little too good. But I think it’s probably seasonal, so please come in the fall. The oil melts in your mouth. It has zero odor. It’s the least odorous lamb I’ve ever eaten in my life. A recommendation for meat fans! I’m going to “Higenoushi,” a place recommended as the No. 1 Genghis Khan in my life after trying all 21 Sapporo gourmet dishes! This is Araki Aruki’s first Genghis Khan. I didn’t like lamb as a child, so I chose lamb shoulder loin. They recommend medium rare . It looks delicious. So, I’ll have it with salt . Delicious and tender! The fat melts in your mouth and there’s no odor! It’s so delicious. Hokkaido lamb is so tasty! I want more ! I’ll try the lamb tongue. I’ll top it with green onions. It’s plump and delicious . Also, this lamb shoulder roll with bean sprouts is so delicious, this restaurant is so good. Thank you so much! The special fillet meat is lightly seared rare and delicious. It’s amazing.
