シェムリアップのトンレサップ湖とコンポン・プロック村ツアー | カンボジア エピソード3
hey there traveler welcome back to the channel today I’m taking you to Kong PL and tless sop in cm rape Cambodia I’ll be sharing all the incredible things I discovered how you can experience this yourself and how much this tour costs so be sure to watch till the [Music] end our journey started at around 1:30 p.m. when our tour bus picked us up from the hotel we booked this tour for $820 to bot which is about $24 per person this covered the bus ride boat transfers bottled water and a guided tour Kong PL is about an hour’s ride from CM reaps City Center it’s located on tasab a massive lake in Northwest Cambodia that’s actually the largest freshwater lake in Southeast Asia it’s part of the mechon river system and in 1997 UNESCO designated it as a biosphere Reserve because of its incredible biodiversity pretty cool right we’re on the bus we’re wearing I’m to plan coordination so we’re going to T us up what’s what Thum us up I don’t know that’s why we have a so it’s like a they’re floating village in the Philippines we have something similar it’s theel tribe yeah but they live in stilled houses in the water I’m I’m curious as to how or why the houses are like that it’s going to be an interesting question [Music] C it’s a cute mini bus and I looked it up in Google Maps I thought it would be close but we seems like we are an hour away so this is going to be quite a long ride but we’re going to have a lot of things to see from outside yes and after we drop off 10 minutes for the bathroom so we are right in the boat station so we changed our bus to the boat the big boat today so our company so we have the two group for in choice Su for visit the sunset and after we CH in the bus to on the boat so we had a Time 25 minutes for visit the river of today suit we before we arriv [Music] [Music] so guys uh we’re on the boat to the comp floating Market I’m cloting Village um it’s vibrating and I feel the vibrations in my head bro here let me show you what it looks like vibrate my head to the boat yeah let’s go s s we will use our swiming [Music] lessons at first The Experience felt like a typical tourist boat red relaxing with beautiful views from our double decker boat but as we got closer to the Village reality hit me I won’t pretend this was a luxury experience but it was definitely eye opening from what I’ve learned the people of Kong pluk rely mostly on fishing which isn’t always stable due to seasonal changes on top of that they face struggles from past political turmoil and lied government support it reminded me a lot of the bajou people in the Philippines they are C Nomads who also live in stilled houses often in the middle of the ocean do think experience really experience reminded yeah it’s very humbling yeah it’s very humbling it’s nice to see their the way they live their culture and how they how they earn we saw how they they how they how you say released the fishes into their boat into the fishes uhhuh and now we’re um passing by an area the mang gr Forest this is like the mang mang gr so yeah we will show you the mang Forest it was fascinating to see how the locals have adapted their homes and daily lives to the waterers changing ties even government buildings schools and Clinics were built on stilts we even saw floating restaurants resting on bamboo rafts next we took the peaceful 30 minute boat ride through the flooded Forest which cost $6 per [Music] [Music] person um guys so na an me we’re here at the Kong floating village uh and we are riding uh the boat it’s $6 per person so for us we paid $12 where are we were we are through the mangrove forest it’s really nice really well preserved and it’s such a peaceful ride yeah I think it’s it’s very touristy I think yeah we’re in the really touristy spot but yeah it’s a cool experience and I think it’s also a nice way to um give income no or give give a job give jobs so tourism really gives jobs to locals so we’ll be here for the next 30 minutes and just riding we’ll show you the view right [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] if you enjoying this video let me know by hitting that like And subscribe button it’s nice it’s a coming yes so different from t look our view from above [Music] [Music] after the boat ride we had a short break at the dock where we checked out some local products and even got to see some interesting animals [Music] next we hopped back on the boat and headed to the middle of T the stop just in time for a breathtaking Sunset he here you can look over there La our left side L and here also D with the sunset over there Thailand and over there also for the Vietnam and the river Capital you can see the tower there over there so far from here in the border of the M River and also to the capital 375 [Music] km and everyone so they go to the lady family yeah for the lady I [Music] they yeah it is very popular for their happy New Year and also the skin here for the cows the SK the cow skin some drum they making from Pon skin yeah and this when the is not good sound it’s like this so the try and understand one hour more a different sound like this life isn’t easy especially for us Southeast Asians from countries that face economic challenges but that also makes us resilient despite everything it was heartwarming to see the locals singing and dancing as the sun went down I guess it’s true that strong people still find reasons to smile and be kind even in tough conditions hi everyone so I think we’re nearing the end now we saw some people dancing and there was music and Cambodian music so it was so fun seeing the um the foreigners the tourists interacting and talking to the locals did you have fun I did it’s very for me this was like one of our peaceful more peaceful tours yeah I had so much fun the air so nice and we’re on this huge huge Lake and what do we call this lake lake lake and on one side there’s Vietnam on the North there’s Thailand there’s what was the other one Vietnam Thailand Malay Malaysia I don’t know anyway so we’re in the we’re in the middle and on the sides so well of course it’s kind of far away for us now but then basically in the middle of three different countries that’s so cool so what did we learn a lot of things we saw and think we experienced so many things that was um that we would never have seen ever if we had not come here so nice yeah I I would I thought it would be just you know we riding a lake passing by going in the mangr forest it was so nice and then we saw the sunset and I think well the sun is really res setting now and then we’ll be going back so this place is about an hour away from where we were started yeah so this is this place is really far but it’s really nice it’s a lake so it’s not salty like it doesn’t really does smell like salt the ocean yes yes but it is vast like you cannot see any other Island so I think um if you guys want this tour I’ll put the link in the description box below this is on CL and yeah our final stop was a deeper tour of the village where we got to meet some of the locals with the guidance of our tour guide who is actually a former monk from the village mango Sal number one but we can do with a morning glor soup very nice yeah I didn’t film much during this part because it felt too personal and I wanted to respect their privacy but I learned a lot about their way of life fishing is their main livelihood and since parents are often busy working the children have a lot of freedom to explore we saw markings on the houses showing how high the water rises during the rainy season most homes shelter three to five families Under One Roof so if a newly wed couple wanted some privacy they’d have to row a boat to the mangar forest as we made our way back the night Breeze turned chilly so if you ever visit bring a scarf or something warm for the ride home this entire experience was was truly humbling and gave me a deeper understanding of life beyond my own thank you so much for watching I hope you found value in this video see you and carp Dum go and see the day
