I took a walk through Kamigamo Shrine and the nearby Shakemachi in Kyoto.
This quiet neighborhood, once home to generations of Shinto priests, is lined with traditional houses and gently flowing streams.
The white-plastered walls and wooden fences create a serene atmosphere, reflecting the calm passage of time.
