So, I’m going to cook it because when there’s a discount, it cannot stay that much longer. So, I’ll cook it with this onions and a bit of chicken buon and salt and extra virgin oil. So, let’s see how it will turns out. If you like this recipe, let me know. And if you cook it, let me know how it turns out to you. But this is how I cook it. and let me know how you cook bell peppers when you have like this. I always cook it twice a week. So, because I like it a lot. There are lots of benefits of the those bell peppers to the health of us. So, it’s very important to eat it once or twice a week when you have the chance. Do you like bell peppers? Let me know because me, I like a lot bell peppers. Let me let me break down to you what are the benefits of these bell peppers. Okay, I have the list. So let’s say the onions and garlic the aromatic duo more than a taste good packed with antioxidant and support heart and immune system prebiotic to fuel your gut your guts and good bacteria prebiotic always that’s why I’m always start with garlic and onions and anti-inflammatory antimicrobial properties galore So now let’s go to the bell peppers. What are the benefit of the bell peppers? The bell bell peppers support health and improve digestion. That’s why for people who has digestion is very digestion problems. If you have it is very cool for you because very cool for me. It might also help to weight loss weight management. Excellent source of vitamin C and A and for healthy skin and protects against cell damage is good for the to have a healthy skin and self damage and support our collagen. Collagen is very important in our skin the more we get older. So I always have this because that’s one of my secret for my that I have to my skin and also it helps our eyes too and for the vision is important. The brun is enhanced taste and tons of mineral inside like potassium. So let’s add a bit of olive oil, extra virgin oil here. Let’s put a bit of extra virgin oil here. There’s so much mosquitoes here as you can imagine. I’m trying to cook here in my humble kitchen. Welcome to my humble kitchen under the oak. This is where the warmth begins. And these are my stage where I cook the meal every day. So in today’s menu, we have the bell peppers with assorted colors of red, green, and yellows. Look at that. How are you today? I hope that you are well. And if you like the bell peppers, let me know. Tell me what kind of recipes or what kind of ingredients are you using when you cook a bell pepper. Me is always simple as this. The starting is garlic and onion as always with this. Today I use two mediumsiz of onions and three cloves of garlic. So now it’s ready hot. We’re going to cook it just like that. As you can see, it’s almost brown. Yes, you can see that. Then we’re going to add our bell peppers. I go slowly. Okay. It’s 1 kilo of bell peppers that has a 30% discount. I bought it because it’s very important for me to have this every week. I add it sometimes to my pizza, also to my, for example, if I have a pasta. I like it a lot with the pasta, too. Many things that you can cook with this. know when the vegetables like this like bell peppers there many varieties that you can do it I’m sure you know how to do it and let me know how you cook it and me I always like to do like this just to soak it a bit and then I will put it in the fridge I can put it into my fried rice too as I mentioned and you can put it in your omelette too many many ways cuz it’s good for the skin for collagen collagen everyone who wants to have collagen always eat bell peppers and of course that one that I said to you last time, I told you last time with the I don’t already watch my video about the soup. With my pumpkin soup, I’m always putting sweet potatoes. Sweet potatoes are very and potatoes assorted of potatoes. I like it a lot too. So, you will just put like it’s very simple. Once you s the onions and garlic becomes brown, then you are going to add the bell peppers. That’s it. And then you wait until it’s cooked. You can skip the bion too if you don’t want to put it. You can also add the vegetable beyond if you want or don’t need to add if you want. So this one when you put in the fridge can stay 3 4 days maybe even 5 days but don’t let it too much because the flavor goes when you left it in the fridge. I’m you know I’m I cut tecton so sometimes the bell pepper is a bit big so I will cut it like that. So how was your day today? busy today. I bought my one week one week regular recipes for the whole week and there’s a lot of 30% discount in Aldi. I’m very happy with that. When there’s a lot of discount today, I eat a lot of fruits because every fruits of 500 grams, there’s 30% of discount for the peach, for the kiwis. You want me to show to you? I want to show to you how it was. Everything is a discount including this bell peppers. And I love discount. You know, 30% is a big deal because with that discount, you can buy something else. For example, last time I bought a shoes, a shoes of leather. It was €60 and I bought it for 50% off, almost 60% off, I guess. But the leather shoes is a white one. I bought it and I like it a lot because not only it’s leather, it stays low. My shoes stays maybe five, sometimes it’s 10 years is still there. So, I bought affordable items that I’m using like shoes and leather belts for instance and of course clothes like jacket that cost a bit expensive when it’s normal. But mostly I got it for 50% off and it does and it lasts long because it’s a cool materials. So when you get old you only have few items few few items but always with quality you have to buy. And also when it comes to the food is the same. When there’s a 30% or something like that, you always need to buy. For example, last time I bought a mushroom. There are lots 30% off discount. So I cook it like this and assorted mushroom like shiake. I always like shitake every week because it’s very cool for our for our menu like that. See, I’m just cooking like that with medium heat. Remember that. Always whatever you do always put your heart onto it and you will see how amazing it will turn out more than you can imagine. Always put your heart on what you are doing and it will turns out very very well. Have this positive vibes always happy. I already cut the salad of our dinner is like this. See this is our salad. We will just eat it. No sauce. We eat it the way it is. And of course we already had our fruits. Variety of fruits that I bought today. I bought a prune, fresh prune of fruits and then raisin. 500 gram of raisin. We already had it. 500 gram of raisin and 500 g of prunes. And then peach, kiwis, and bananas. Yes, that’s what we eat when we arrive. So when we don’t eat, we focus into the vegetables and fruits because normally if you can, you need to eat five types of fruits. That’s how you do because it’s very important to have a fruits and if you can have as much fruits and vegetables as you can that would be the best. So I’m trying to focus on that. Normally when you don’t eat I do that. So that’s how you do. You always compensate with something with just with onion. I I will add a bit of what we call uh dry herbs and uh how we call that? A L’Oreal if I can. Yeah, you can add soy sauce, fish sauce, or just salt, plain. You do it like that. That’s how I do it. And I don’t know how you cook it, but let me know on the comments below how you cook your bell peppers. Do you like it too like me? Because it’s very, very important. As long as as we get older, at my age or reaching middle age, you always need to have a lots of bell peppers. And of course, never forget the mushrooms. That’s those kind of a lot of vitamin C and sweet potatoes are very important when we having our menopause. These are the key ingredients to help us to our menopost things and middle age is very very important for the eyes. It’s cool too and pumpkin those things like that as I mentioned to you very very important vegetable. Always put a lot of garlics and onion when you can. That’s how I do it. See, you just do like that with the most medium lowest heat. I like to cook and I always uh buy a lot of fry pans. I ordered again two fry pans and one walk because I don’t like to when when when my fry pan got a scratch, I change it because they said when there’s a scratch in your fry pan, it’s not good. So I only buy Prian and things like that when it’s a bargain, an affordable price. I don’t go more than €50 per each. So if it’s expensive, around €30 is my budget. Always when it comes to using to my equipments, I always put a lot of I always put uh I always choose a quick one. So when it comes to fry pan or casserole those stuff like that for my kitchen I always choose a full quality and of course when it comes to my skin care affordable and cool quality always. And of course when the one that I’m using for my editing and stuff like that always with the cool deal and cool quality. I focus on that. you you don’t need a lot of things in your life. As long there’s a minimum things, but as long the quality is good, it’s great. And if you can buy in the percentage of the sales, 30%, 40%, 50%, why not? Always look for the sales. And me, I like to buy when it’s sales. So that’s why I s I told you I bought this time I bought a jacket. It’s a jacket that uh I bought in Mango Outlet. I got a very cool discount 60% off of my shoes and my jacket. I will show you next time when it becomes a bit cold and I bought it and it’s a very cool deal. I’m so happy because the quality is linen. I like it a lot with linen and cotton and the shoes is leather. It’s for the summer. It’s perfect. Normally you’ll buy it for €60 and I bought it just for 15 60 almost 16 approximately. But I like it a lot because I got to put them in and one spoon of soy sauce. I don’t know if I already you already saw it in my post. I today I went to Bon area and Brunie. Those are the places where I can buy. But in bone area that I mentioned is a market supermarket in nearby to my area. They have uh this one is ecology. So it’s a quite it’s a bit double price. But the one that I find the soy sauce there is around just €6. So next time maybe I’ll try that one because it’s half price and it’s soy sauce. So I always wanted to have a soy sauce in my kitchen. M smells good for adding a bit of salt. 1/4 teaspoon I guess. Don’t put too much salt or you cannot be too much salty because it’s not good for the body. So that’s how I do it. Very very simple. And then you add a bit of dry herbs if you have L’Oreal if you have. So that’s how it looks like when it’s cooked. I’ll make it to cool down and put it in our fridge. See there’s a trace of those herbs, dry herbs that I add inside. And that’s how you I cook my bell peppers. How? Let me know in the comment below how it turns out to you. If you do the same recipe or you what kind of ingredients did you add the seasoning me today I put a bit of soy sauce a little bit of buon and a bit of Himalaya salt just a bit a bit the seasoning is depends on what you like the way you wanted it. So it’s up to you to to do in your own style to adapt to your own style. So that’s how I the style that I’m doing it. Let me know how it turns out to you, okay? In the comment below, please. – Are Sautéed Peppers Healthy? You Bet They Are
Sautéed peppers aren’t just a treat for your taste buds, they’re a win for your health too! The key is in how you cook them. A quick sauté in high-quality olive oil or grass-fed butter keeps things light and nutritious. Just don’t let them get mushy—overcooking can zap away those precious nutrients.
– A light sauté preserves their vibrant color, satisfying crunch, and all that vitamin C goodness. In fact, just one serving packs a punch of fiber, healthy fats (from the oil), and a whole lot of nutritional flair.
For seasoning, I like to keep things flavorful but simple: a sprinkle of Himalayan salt, a dash of chicken bouillon, a splash of soy sauce, and a generous shake of dried oregano and assorted herbs. The result? A savory, aromatic side dish that’s as easy as it is delicious.
– The best part? Minimal effort, maximum flavor. Just chop up your peppers and onions, toss them in a hot pan, and let the magic happen.

💡 Tips & Tricks for Pepper Perfection
-If things start to burn, lower the heat. We want golden caramelization, not crispy sadness.
-Not using a non-stick skillet? Add a splash more olive oil to keep things smooth and sizzle ready.
-Want extra flair? Try adding a dash of smoked paprika or a squeeze of lemon juice for a zesty twist.
This dish is colorful, flavorful, and ridiculously easy. Chop, sauté, and let the peppers do the talki
