日本の隠れた名店を巡る(観光客禁止、地元民限定) | 宮崎県(九州)
join us for a 24-hour Journey as we discover local hidden gems in Japan we head to restaurants in the kushu countryside with less than 100 reviews to try delicious and underrated Foods at spots most tourists have never heard of [Music] this is this shuh okay this look different to the normal today’s car mukbang I have [Music] a oh what was that crunch it’s so soft I feel crunchy it’s a salt birad with red bean inside that’s actually so good it’s like the red bean is a little bit sweet and then the outside is salty and it’s buttery and the bread itself is so soft and crunchy on the outside literally everywhere we go we get a sausage roll this time the sausage roll looks different this bread is a little bit more chewy compared to the Salt bread where sausage is delicious this three pastries for 6503 lb we’re in a now and we just decided to stop at this dumpling restaurant and get a quick takeaway I just saw in Google whil passing by open this those [Music] that was actually so funny the owner of the place is half Japanese and half Chinese and I was struggling with Japanese and then in the end just imagine The Dumping look pretty good I’m pretty excited to try it because it looks legit and all they do is make dumplings there if you can see that the flavor inside is pretty strong but also this is a thicker skin dumping I guess it depends on your personal preference but I think it tastes really good and this whole Packer was 390 Yen finish it w that was so good we didn’t really have GPS at a and so we picked a random restaurant to go to We’ve Ended up in an onigiri restaurant I’m really hoping it’s open but it looked really good from the Google reviews but I’m kind of in the middle of nowhere but I guess that’s like the beauty of road trips and also there’s a huge parking lot outside this door hi set hey look at the view we have outside whil eating lunch I got the set with fried chicken and then Ian got the set without fried chicken a chicken Kar it smells like there’s some sort of cry spice to it as well m W it’s so juicy and it’s definitely freshly fried as well wow it’s like a show you thing mhm there like two egg yolks in here M have a bite with the eggo you Ain got like the wagu be I’m prob of like mine better yeah mine have no soy sou we also have some miso soup and some pickles m this one is a shitake mushroom with bamboo this looks like bamboo [Music] right I like the rice they use here too I do think these rice balls have a lot of rice of all the ones we tried I think our least favorite was the wagy beef one only because it felt like it didn’t have enough sauce but I would say this egg one is phenomenal I think this one has like the best riceing ratio in total this was 1,76 Yen 980 for my set and then 780 for Ian set so adding on the Fried Chicken was 200 yen which was 1 lb it’s good it’s good Cafe we’re heading back to Mia konojo which is where we’re going to be staying tonight and we are stopping by this Cafe in natu hi CL this Cafe is called Cafe AMU but on Google Maps it’s mat for City drip coffee peu soda this Cafe is actually super cute and I got a drip coffee Ethiopian light [Music] Rose it’s a Yu [Music] soda and I also bought some shitake mushrooms which is actually G to Miyazaki and it was only 250 which is a lot cheaper than what you get in the UK so I’m pretty happy apparently the owner of this place likes to grow shitake mushrooms we’ve come to a cute neighborhood Cafe for some dinner this Cafe is so cute I think this place is called Oya there are probably like two 4 six like eight seats here and it’s like a home Cafe almost there just one person running [Music] it we ordered a neopolitan pasta and also beef steak rice [Music] set it looks so good [Music] MH NE is like a pasta you can get in Japan and it’s basically like tomato sauce pasta m M so good it’s all done [Music] spaghetti so delicious going to go to the mall first for f gotcha Pond time I need to pick a really cute one I really wanted this [Music] there do you think this one’s cute I want I did this one or maybe the [Music] tupp oh no you got the pot [Music] they’re so cheap here I get number two hot yeah this one is mild [Music] [Music] emoi that you can fry too heavy right that [Music] is too big right [Music] what you Miaki mango jelly yeah my guilty pleasure in Japan is eating expensive fruit and I think grapes are in season now so these grapes actually taste at cting candy grapes I also just came back from shopping and buying lots of Japanese products like K because it’s so much more expensive in the UK and it’s only like 150 here but I can’t carry that much so I went moderate we also bought some souvenirs so hopefully those will be delicious because we haven’t really tried it but it looked pretty [Music]
