Okay. So, we’re here to prepare for tomorrow. We’re going to be having dried mushrooms. There’s two types of dried mushrooms in here. And I’m going to rinse it so they become full tomorrow. And also defrosting a block of meat. I don’t know what it is. I don’t know if it’s pork or beef. Well, we’re going to find out. I got this longer mushrooms poo antid. And also another dried mini shitake. 17%. Wow. High in sugar. They said 17% in juice boxes. And they give these to kids and they think it’s healthy. Tastes so good. Damn. All right. So, what we’re dealing today is again green onions. Just the whitish part. Keep it big. Keep them in big pieces. And some ginger. Get a few slices. Serving of ramen noodles, high temperature oil. Put in your gingers and your green onion. Let it fry up a little bit. [Music] I think this many mushrooms enough for me. Chinese cooking wine. Bring it to high heat. That’s hot water, by the way. I love the color. Don’t you love the color? Bring it back to medium heat. Bring it back to medium heat. Grab a spoon and dig in. Keep them small in case it doesn’t boil correctly. Actually though, I defrost this is overnight. I mean, the reason why I usually do that is because I would use all of the meat that’s prepared. Use all of this meat in another dish. Yeah, I already defrosted it. I don’t think it’s a good idea to frost it again. I’m always right. Shut up. Follow my lead, dude. I was a dish I mean, I was a kitchen prep. I was a cook. I was a cook in a Michelin. Trust me. We’re going to let it reduce now. So, uh, bye. You don’t have to cut them long like this. This is just for fanciness. Fanciness. [Music] This is not looking too bad, isn’t it? Extremely fine grind grinded. Grounded pepper. This is like MSG to me. Extremely fine grounded pepper. Like extreme. so extreme that it like flies around in the air and makes you sneeze. Makes you sneeze. Sesame oil. It’s not optional. It’s roasted sesame oil. It’s what you have to put in this dish. Fresh soy sauce. That was like two teaspoons. And one teaspoon of this specifically, Chinese dark vinegar. [Music] More like half a teaspoon. [Music] So that’s it. It’s nice. I’m actually pretty proud of this and I’m going to dig in. We’ll give it a try for you guys. 10 out of 10. 12 out of 10. [Music] Okay. Bye-bye. I eat. [Music]

cured my sore throat so i give it 10/10
