Japan’s Micro Pig Cafe! Play With Piglets in a Forest Hideaway🐷🌳
Visiting Japan’s Hidden Forest Micro Pig Cafe! Super cute piglets! Step into a fairytale world🐷 Hello! I’m visiting pignic farm & cafe today! This is a ranch-style cafe where you can play with micro pigs. It’s located in the nature-rich city of Akiruno, about two hours by train from Tokyo Station. There are several micro pig cafes in central Tokyo, but few are as spacious as this one. The renovated lodge makes you feel like you’re visiting a cozy cabin in the forest. I see some micro pigs already! There are some outside too, but let’s start indoors! Wow! There are even baby piglets here🐷 This one is Emma. She’s so cute. The pigs live stress-free in this spacious area. Nice to meet you, Emma. Oh no, she’s too cute😂 Emma was born on August 16, just one month ago. She was born right here on this farm. Her name comes from the actress Emma Watson. Emma Watson. We’d love to meet Emma Watson someday. We’re working hard on TikTok right now, dreaming that this little one will be able to meet Emma Watson someday. (Who’s Emma?) 😍 Emma isn’t the only baby piglet here. Here are two black pig brothers, two months old. They keep climbing onto my lap without asking! Emma, stop digging😂 This one is Inosuke. He’s named after Inosuke from Demon Slayer (Kimetsu no Yaiba). So cute & looks like him! And this one is Zenitsu. So cute & not alike😂 The Demon Slayer duo! Now I get to play with them in a private room. The manager kindly showed me how to sit. You can sit cross-legged or stretch your legs out. They’ll hop onto your lap on their own. When they do, use this blanket to protect your legs. Cute!🤣 Let’s see if Emma wants to sit too. These pink ones are Annie and Poppy. They’re five months old—like middle schoolers in human age! Pigs love having their bellies rubbed firmly like this. It feels so good that they often fall asleep. Their legs stretch straight out when they relax. (Feels so good…) Alright, my turn to play with them. Will they come sit on my lap too? Oh, here they come! So cute. Their hair is surprisingly coarse. I wonder if Emma will come over too. Zenitsu, don’t chew my slipper😂 I could listen to this sound all day. And here comes Emma. (Pick me up too!) She fell asleep… So relaxing. Her ears are twitching. By the way, how are micro pigs different from regular pigs? The difference lies mainly in their size and weight. While regular pigs weigh between 100–300 kg, micro pigs weigh around 20–40 kg. Because of their small size, they’re called “micro pigs,” but it’s not an official breed. And the pigs at pignic are even smaller—only 10–20 kg! Their tiny size was scientifically proven in Japan for the first time by a veterinarian. They were born by breeding smaller pigs together. However, their size can vary depending on how much they eat. I can’t wait to see how the babies grow🤭 They’re actually oinking—it’s cute. Come here, everyone! Inosuke and Zenitsu quickly return to their usual spots. They look alike, but their noses are different colors. Zenitsu’s nose is black, and Inosuke’s is pink. Emma doesn’t want to lose and climbs on top of them! Pig dango complete🍡 (What are you doing?) Perfect fit. When Inosuke and Zenitsu leave, Emma suddenly gets shy. You were coming to me just a moment ago😂 (Who is this person?) Now I’m shy too—or should I say, pig-shy. Awkward. Emma. Oh good, she came over. Massage strategy. Failed. Just like humans, pigs need time to build trust too. (Don’t stare at me like that) Emma, can you do a spin? Spin! So fast!🤣 She’s not usually this fast! Cute. My turn. But it’s hard! Got it! Here you go! Emma, one more time! Oh! Good job! Cute. (I can’t resist anymore!!) Thank you, Emma. I wonder if we got a little closer. Emma’s spinning around. All the snacks are gone now. (More, please!) That was delicious. I got to hold Emma. Make a circle with your hands like this. OK. Right now, she’s rooting with her nose—that means she’s relaxed. Eighth “cute” of the day. If I let my guard down, my subtitles will just say “cute” the whole time. Emma. Manager: Cute. She froze😂 (Put me down!) Maybe too long! Sorry, thank you. Seems like she has her own time limit for being held. Foreign visitors all seem to love their butts. Do they wag their tails like dogs when they’re happy? No, their tails usually move all the time. When they’re focused, their tails go down. When they’re focused? For example, when their bellies are being rubbed. Their tails start moving slower. Their attention goes to the belly. When they get treats, their tails stick straight out. That’s when they’re super happy. They also have a habit of rooting soft spots with their noses. That hurts a bit, doesn’t it? It does😂 It’s called “nose rooting.” They do it when they want to nurse from their mothers. Emma, calm down😂 These little legs are so cute. Oh no, everyone’s coming into the room! This is our boss. Boss!? Her name is Clara. She’s a year and a half old now. Treat time! Please release your fingers quickly. If you’re scared, it’s okay to toss the treats instead. Their energy is insane! They completely change when treats appear. So hard. They almost bite my fingers😂 Nice job! I can’t seem to feed the one I want to😹 I want to give some to Annie and Poppy too. Then how about giving them to the little ones in a private room? Zenitsu! Inosuke! Annie & Poppy! Such a noisy eater😂 Emma can’t eat yet. You got this! Nice! The treats disappeared in seconds. Everyone’s calmer than before. Emma can’t eat yet, so the manager’s holding her. Maybe if the veggies are cut smaller, she might eat them. Emma tries veggies for the first time! She did it! You can already eat carrots? Amazing. Time for me to have some sweets too. Organic pig-themed sweets! So cute. These are macarons. And donuts and ice cream. Eating together with the pigs🐷 Pig fights happen every day. Mealtime can get pretty chaotic. This ice cream tastes so good. Pigs are omnivores, so they can eat most things humans can. Things they shouldn’t eat include onions. And avocados—they’re actually toxic to pigs. Other than that, they can eat almost anything. Pigs may look gentle, but they actually fight a lot. It’s a world where you can’t let your guard down. This one is the oldest of them all. The bigger they are, the stronger they tend to be. When they fight, we usually don’t interfere—just watch to make sure they don’t get seriously hurt. Sorry. This is Gracie. She looks like the boss! Yes, she’s the boss’s sister! No wonder they look so alike😂 (Which one am I?) (The answer is Gracie.) And this one’s Clara. That was a tough quiz😂 I’m so into them I can’t focus on eating. I bet everyone feels the same way. All of them are wagging their tails. If you want to visit a pig paradise, this is the place. Emma! Since she’s still small, Emma often gets chased by the others. I hope she grows up strong so she won’t lose to them. And then… something happened. Next, to the outdoor lawn area! Around 20 micro pigs live outside too! Let’s go! Everyone’s full of energy! Let’s give them some veggies too. Oh wow! The outdoor pigs are just as eager. When lots of pigs go outside at once, the competition gets intense. That’s all of them. Pig fever. Even among micro pigs, there are so many colors. But maybe they’re calmer than the indoor ones. Yes, as they grow, they’ve learned to wait their turn. Cute. It’s such a nice day today. There’s plenty of shade too. Manager: Watch out for poop in the back area. OK. Having an outdoor area like this is one of Pignic Café’s special features! They may be small, but they’re stronger than they look. Pignic Café also has branches in Asakusa, Kichijoji, Yokohama, and Yoyogi Park. You can play indoors or even go for a walk with the pigs. I’d love to visit someday! Me: This one’s black and white. Manager: Yes, her name is Catherine. Pigs with big ears and slim bodies are from England. The black ones here are British pigs. Even among micro pigs, there are many different breeds! The one that just climbed onto your lap is a potbelly pig, same as Emma. Thank you, everyone. Post-meal splash time. Catherine! They regularly cool off by bathing like this. They look so comfy! Manager: Be careful, the pigs are wet. Me: I don’t mind getting muddy at all😂 The staff cut up the veggies used for their treats. Micro pigs eat about 200–400 grams of food per day. Since I’m here, let’s play one more time. They still look ready to play! There’s a clever one waiting right in front. It’s so much fun playing with pigs under the blue sky. Long time no see, Emma. I spent my final moments here with Emma, just the two of us. So happy. We’ve gotten so much closer since the start! I wish I could take you home with me. That wish can actually come true. At pignic cafe, you can adopt your favorite piglet as a pet! (What!?) Even first-time owners will be supported by the knowledgeable staff. Micro pigs live for about 10 to 15 years and will become precious family members. Having such an adorable family member would make anyone happy every day. They need an environment similar to dogs. Vaccinations and care can be a lot of work, but the happiness they bring is worth it. Thank you, Emma! I’ll come see you again! I just hope no one adopts you before then. Either way, I’ll always wish for your happiness. Thank you so much. I was so into the pigs that I forgot—drinks are free here! And not just one—unlimited refills during your stay! But you’ll probably forget to drink anyway😂 That was so much fun! And if you leave a Google review, you get a free sticker! Here’s the price list for the Pig Café! (USD and EUR for reference) Snack prices🍩 I extended my stay so many times that the total was ¥7,900!😂 The merch is adorable too! Mug: ¥2,000 ($13.24/€11.36) Plush toy: ¥2,200 ($14.57/€12.50) Postcard: ¥250 ($1.66/€1.42) Everything is so cute. I bought this mug! It was such a wonderful place surrounded by nature. It’s hard to believe this is still Tokyo. The air was so fresh, and the pigs looked so happy and free. Since I’m here, I’ll do a bit of sightseeing before heading home. There’s a hot spring nearby, so let’s go check it out. It’s about a 10-minute bus ride from Tokura Bus Stop. Arrived at Jurigi Bus Stop! The hot spring is located in a place called Akigawa Valley. Akigawa Valley is a beautiful 20 km gorge stretching from Akiruno City to Hinohara Village in Tokyo. You can enjoy fishing, barbecues, and stunning scenery through every season—from fresh greenery to autumn leaves. Look, a fish jumped! It’s amazing that you can reach this nature from central Tokyo in just about an hour. Maybe this is a healing spot for people tired of the city crowds. Arrived at the hot spring! I hear you can not only enjoy the hot springs here but also stay overnight! The bathing fee was ¥1,300, including a towel. You can soak while enjoying the view of nature. That felt amazing. Let’s have dinner and head home. Demi-glace hamburger steak! With rice. And miso soup. This one’s sashimi konnyaku. Let’s eat! Delicious! A thick and juicy hamburger steak packed with flavor! It’s even better with the fried egg on top. I hope this hamburger isn’t made of pork😂 It makes me crave rice. The miso soup is great too. Lots of veggies—so nice. You dip the konnyaku in miso sauce before eating. Everything was delicious! So satisfying! Thank you for the meal. There was even a foot bath nearby. At night, it’s a bit dark here—no streetlights. Welcome to the world of darkness. I made it back alive. For a moment, I thought a ghost was going to take me away. And that’s the end of today’s trip! How did you like this trip with adorable micro pigs and Akigawa Valley? If you enjoyed it, please leave a Hype and a comment below!🐷 Check out pignic Cafe’s website in the description. マイクロブタちゃんが可愛いと思ったらグッドボタン🐷
They are grunting so cute.😀
🐷🐽

👍👍🐽🐽🐷🐷😍😍
Thank you for the wonderful video! Emma the piglet is possibly the cutest little life on the planet! OMG I adore her. Really grateful for the video. Looks like you had a wonderful time. I really love your content!
They're so cute 🥰
Emma looks very content with you
Looks like you and Emma have a connection
They are cute, but I worry from everything I’ve read “micro” pig is a myth. They’re either piglets, or they’re under fed to stunt their growth.
Why is Emma away from her mother so young? I would be interested in seeing her parents before considering adoption. Also, I don’t think pigs even enjoy living indoors. I would also want many client references.
도쿄의 마이크로 피그 카페군요.
귀엽고 이쁜 아기 돼지들이네요. like 492
マイクロブタちゃん可愛すぎるんだが⁉😆😆😆
Cute.
I hate to be a Debbie Downer but in truth, micro pigs dont exist. They look that way due to being underfed to stunt their growth. Remember how huge Esther the pig was? She was sold as a micro pig and look how big she got!
Emma is just so precious 🥲💕
Too freaking adorable!
what adorable piggies. how could anyone eat these?
와 한번 꼭 가보고 싶다 ^^
Emme so cute 🥰🐖
