Cycling Around Misawa: Lake Ogawara, Veedol Beach and more! | Pat the Traveller
hey guys welcome back to another video this one is my second bike trip second group ride here in Misawa so if you remember from last time we went around Lake ogawara beautiful animals and beautiful nature likewise we will be biking around Misawa and seeing the many amazing landmarks here and if you remember as well last time it was just the four of us which consisted of me my dad his co-workers Duncan and cariaso but now we also have nedik Nan and the hams so this feels even more like a group ride even more fun and more amazing if you haven’t watched our previous B trip to Lara you can watch that too for this trip we will be biking around Misawa and going to its many different landmarks especially the beaches and the forests Misawa is a place with loads of gems also compared to places like Sendai amui hachimantai andada where the views show themselves for you Misawa was the opposite so you really have to explore for yourself in order to truly see the real beauty of Misawa with that I hope you enjoy the video and I also hope that this will inspire you to explore and appreciate maawa even more let’s go early morning ride literally no one here know oh r I was like the L hello hello yeah I can see you guys for a while there we go WEA Ice Arena nice got it performance having a nice time riding again so yeah very nice enjoying it nice views and um haven’t been to any of these places before so yeah we take this view in as we ride dude we were in um so this is the place where Elijah rain and Clyde and I actually went to yeah it was my first time that time so this is my second time going here but my first time with a bicycle this is a nice place man this is the Pacific Ocean So Over the Horizon yep if you were to swim across You’ probably get to either Canada or the United States and this is a great site powerful waves and just a wonderful view in general last time [Music] o who aren’t those Eagles up oh I’m just going uh I got to film going up okay guys we’re in the small Road chill path for now very nice starting to see the sea again seeing the sea seeing the ocean oh waa look at this WOW let’s keep on going we keep on running into dead ends these places are not unlocked yet so we’ll have to go to the main road yes sir yes this is about to be epic let’s go it’s amazing man oh wow really nice there we go we just got on top next to us um to our right side is the ocean like a while ago oh yeah nice very nice amazing ride I’m liking this man I’m enjoying it this very nice hav been to this place as well before so um my first time here as well and it’s very nice very amazing I like it you want to go surfing the all right hello looks very nice in here very peaceful quiet you take your nice time look at the views here very nice trees and nice flowers and look they have leaves on the trunks is really nice really nice oh my Kur muru Park the Miss vle heading back to the forest this is the park where Miss V is the moral at least hyr oh wow you might have to wipe your this one after cuz if you wash your hand it’s going to get on your again and then oh yeah baby at that just amazing absolutely amazing you have the ocean have everything here you got the viewing deck viewing Tower you have the Mis veto model and there the ocean I was here last time so good to be back here again like 30 this is actually my second time being here first time quite windy today it’s not as windy so I’m not scared because this Tower moves as well because of the wind but I’m not scared this time which is delightful and the views just absolutely enjoyable just bread taking that’s literally the Pacific Ocean so this is something something very very nice we have people going to surf as well and we already have people surfing in the ocean this one is like the old old models like I think it’s all up to like third or I thought you’re over there take care man have a good weekend I need the sand block going back to the forest now as you can see o it’s really nice over here man this while of Misawa it’s a nice blend of forests and beaches and Farms it’s crazy and it’s got a nice urban area as well which is quite small but still manageable hey here kind of sights over here very nice actually we’ve been here before just to look at the firew works but we never actually camped here before but it would be nice to go here and go camping and here we have Lake oraw ooh very nice you have people paddle boarding this is the area where we camped before I remember because the yellow building just the general geography of the place and live this side which is very very peaceful super peaceful and super quiet just very tranquil in general if you want to meditate man this is a great place this place is absolutely peaceful absolutely quiet absolutely just Zen it’s the place it’s called Misawa UT camp area and this Pond is o i Pond here we go incline let’s go that was a pretty nice incline especially with my single speed bike yep very amazing incline huh yeah definitely did not just take all the oxygen out of my body glad we’ve got some shade right now because it’s very hot today un likee last time it was cloudy and Misty today is hot and sunny so I’m glad we have some shade right now provided by the trees so I’m very glad let’s keep going this is from my perspective my phone’s actually low battery right now so I’m charging it that’s why I have my uh cord out because I charge my phone and then uncharge it so I can video back to the cycling road if you continue straight you’ll get to the Misawa Air Museum which is a fantastic Place amazing place to visit he haven’t been to yet I’ve been there before and from my experience I loved it absolutely amazing you should go check it out too maawa City cycling road so as you can see over here at the entrance to miss airport we actually have some apples here but they’re not ripe yet but that’s very interesting that they have apples growing here and I guess these are cherries we also have these fruits here as well I don’t know what they are but they look pretty tasty so this playground right here is actually one of the places where I took Refuge when I got lost after the air Fest so after the air festive last year I went to the Japanese exit because I wanted to to go where the Japanese people were going exiting but that led to off base and I didn’t know that part of off base so I had to actually explore these less popular places of Misawa and I remember this place because of the playground as well as that house over there it’s got that interesting shape at the roofs like a horseshoe I remember this place well well so I just contined going straight until it led me to Seria and then I knew I was home because I went to sto right after I found the place and then I just went back here and then leads to there The Familiar place so we’ve just returned to downtown Misawa with the festival being set up and this is the Misawa festival for its 100th anniversary so it’s actually quite nice I like it it’s a tree Day event it actually started yesterday which was Friday today Saturday so today’s like the climax and then there’s also one tomorrow but this one will be the peak I would say so very special 100 anniversary this is going to be for a different video by the way so I’m going to end this video here I’ll see you in the next one you still have to get changed and take a shower and all and prepare for the festival that’s to come later on I’ll see you guys later
