There was a laundry machine (a separate washer and dryer) in the women’s onsen. Maybe not enough for all the women at the hotel but did manage to do a load of laundry. The room is small especially with luggage. Carry-on size is okay for two people just don’t expect floor space. The room is good for close friends or one adult. The location is ideal for Shinjuku and is easily accessible as much as Shinjuku station can be easily navigated. The staff are incredible helpful and walked me through shipping luggage forms and helped call some places for reservations. The breakfast is delicious and there are a lot of options. Excellent location. The onsen in the hotel had great waterjets. There are numerous APA hotels in this neighborhood. Be sure you are booking APA Hotel Shinjuku Kabukicho TOWER. Note that the room is small, maybe 8′ x 10′, most hotel rooms in this area are this small. Check room dimensions and convert meters into square feet. The bed takes up majority of room. Has a small desk and chair. This is hotel is located in the heart of Shinjuku, which is very similar to Times Square, and in the middle of all of the bars. So if you want to get home safely after a long night out, this is the perfect place. It’s also not far from the Shinjuku train station so you can easily get to other places. Very nice place to stay. Near train station n it’s easy to find it. Wat I like is once U get out for the door dun need to worry abt hungry. Dun need to worry dunno whr to go. Staff thr is frenly too. May b my holidays date travel is not perfect. Other date is slightly cheaper. Hotel’s standard is always consistant among other locations. Though the area outside is a bit messy, but overall this chain keeps its standard. Clean rooms and facilities. First time in Shinjuku and yet we are so happy with our hotel accommodation. Clean, nice and cozy. Will recommend this place to anyone. Location of the hotel is near the metro which makes it easy to travel around Tokyo. Staffs are friendly and buffet breakfast is ok. The receptionist and the security was really polite and professional. So conveniently located. Service. I enjoyed the central location of this place. Beds are very soft and not fir everyone but i slept good the 7 nights i spend there. Good value fir the price in this location. Located at a convenient spot just a few minutes away from the train station. Has a public bath as well, overall a pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything is perfect! I have stayed here at least 22 times in the last 4 years . U will gladly return in November 25.
