I can’t say how it tastes, but the portions are enough Try this one — my wife says she’s already full No reason not to Pigeon (suckling pigeon) Marinated (lu shui) items And the dessert hasn’t arrived yet The egg tart has arrived We can’t finish all three dishes We need to pack them up today We saw an island on the map There’s a restaurant by the island’s edge So I came here I just picked it randomly on the map Riverside This is the place We’ve arrived Go around once There’s a residential complex, a very upscale housing development Above it is a levee This place is called Peninsula Road It’s an island There is an embankment on it — we’ll go take a look soon East Point Park We’ll be eating here in a moment Because we’ve walked past, let’s turn around once more Packed with cars So beautiful Bicycle station Third and fourth floors At Half Moon River: dim sum, meals, hot pot Everyone, let’s have morning tea (yum cha) But it might have turned into a place for meals. Not important We are located in Nanhai Come here to eat; having roast goose is even better Lychee wood — the chef roasts it here It’s better to eat roast goose This roast This place is impressive — the bike shop is open for business There are special offers every day Today is Saturday Lotus root stew 9.9 yuan For dim sum here, please go up to the third floor Half Moon River, third floor First-floor lychee wood roasted goose Let’s go up and see what it’s like Having dim sum is great Very tidy There are also single-person set meals Dim sum / tea drinking The décor is very stylish I saw the uncle here adding a fan — that’s so over the top Come in and walk around before commenting You can see the river from here Very comfortable Quickly found a seat again Whether you have dim sum or a full meal doesn’t really matter Find a place to sit Enjoy the view The feeling of escaping the city What’s this called? Half Moon River Here we go again, dazzled and confused trying to read the menu They all order by scanning a QR code I just saw that the dim sum is very creative This one Blue Dream Butterfly mixed-grain dumplings I don’t know what this is Fresh shrimp with seaweed rolls — this I know A bite-sized juicy glutinous rice ball I haven’t eaten this, and I haven’t even heard of it Lingzhi rice cake Black garlic soup dumplings Playful bean curd skin rolls Very creative dim sum Lingzhi steamed buns I know this one — I’ve eaten the steamed pork ribs. I’ve also had the squab. The squab is cheap, 28 yuan. The squab is cheap, 28 yuan Also Black garlic and chrysanthemum siu mai Black truffle and fresh shrimp siu mai I’ve had the steamed chicken feet here before Everything else I’m hearing for the first time You can roughly guess what they are We’ve also had quite a few teas We’ve tried the dried tangerine peel beef meatballs Beef short ribs These next ones will be a bit more traditional Deqing bamboo-pole rice noodle Pork chop rice Double-boiled chicken soup This one is Stuffed river clams A river clam stuffed and steamed on top of meat Very special Steamed dumplings — usually when we look at the price These are really good First, there are pictures Second, the prices are written on the back So you don’t need to worry about having to check how much it costs again Red rice sausage People returning from abroad Foreigners, if they come to China for dim sum They really like to eat this A few days ago I saw a girl who was born abroad When she saw this being eaten at Taotaoju, her eyes lit up Not so many quirky things You can tell at a glance — what you see is what you get Purple rice bun Zhongshan salty rice dumpling The food here is very good Very creative Fresh Shrimp Japanese-Style Vegetable Roll Just reading the name takes some time This mango pomelo sago plays the koi fish role I guess the koi should have a jelly placed underneath Very good Green wasabi daikon cake What is this? Dandong strawberry sakura cake Very creative Three-color mousse Black gold buffalo milk egg tart I noticed this one is a bit on the side All very beautiful XO sauce rustic taro cake I want to eat this I’ll put this in the shopping cart Basically that’s it And also typhoon boat congee — I won’t talk about these anymore They also have Chinese dishes Ordering the pigeon is about right You brew the tea yourself, steep it yourself, and drink it yourself Does anyone know what this is Actually, it’s used to filter out tea leaves Nothing high-tech about it mischievous and quirky some separate the tea leaves it’s made from a solid stone without a hole Very interesting Then after straining out the tea leaves you can put it here This tea should be called a gongdao cup Pour it in You one cup Me one cup There’s still a lunch crowd There’s not a big crowd at the food market It’s very comfortable to sit here A rather pleasant environment The dim sum is also very creative It’s not the kind you can tell at a glance what they are If they offered a 54% off deal, those would be fine You get what you pay for But to be honest the environment and the prices here If it’s not discounted, it should at least be creative Otherwise it’s just the same thing again That would be wrong This place is very nice We’ve placed our order. Let’s talk about the location Where roughly is it located This is actually very close to Guicheng This one up here is Their Nanhai light rail comes here There is a star here It’s the one from last time when we went near the night market Then we head further north This financial high-tech zone here is actually Qiandeng Lake If you want to go to Qiandeng Lake from here Driving time Arrive in 19 minutes Very fast And it’s more comfortable to open here than in Guangzhou In Guangzhou you have to watch out for phone scam calls Here, that’s not really a concern It will be a little better Also, if we want to go to Xilang Market Let me find it first Xilang Market is at Found it Here If you drive 29 minutes including traffic jams If you take the highway it’s 25 minutes Within 30 minutes you’ll be back at Xilang Market The rail transit here recently You could say it’s basically all metro systems Nanhai Tram Called Xiadong Station It’s an 8-minute drive from here Very convenient You can go many places in that vehicle You can also go to Qiandeng Lake You can also go back to the jade market There’s an island beside it Hong Kong viewers will find it familiar — it’s called Tsim Sha Tsui East And it’s really Tsim Sha Tsui East There’s a village nearby It’s called Shanghai Village There’s also a very famous tofu pudding stall, I recall Shanghai Village — but that became well-known during the pandemic Now I don’t know if anyone still goes there There’s an archway at the entrance; this is Grandpa Guo’s tofu pudding stall. They all look very nice. But I don’t know if Grandpa is working today Usually the uncle doesn’t work very often When we first came into the restaurant we could still choose our seats Now it’s already almost full As for the dim sum, I ordered these For the mains, I thought about steamed pork rib rice and cheung fun I ended up ordering a beef brisket cheung fun Squab 28 yuan — what a bargain We ordered a squab Buffalo milk egg tart in black — I saw someone next to us order it so we did too Also get siu mai, but not the ordinary kind Baked siu mai with healthy black garlic Is it 46% of the price compared to what you’d pay downtown? They’re all different So I specially came here to eat It’s a lot more convenient to come here now Actually, there was a bit of traffic on the way It took 45 minutes to get here — remember there was some congestion If there had been no traffic at all 20 minutes to our house If there’s no traffic at all Because the Guangfo Express Rail makes it really easy to get here Because in the morning at this time people are making deliveries, of course there are more vehicles. If you take the expressway, it’s 2 yuan for a short section. If you go a bit faster, it’s like this It really can be done in 20 minutes. Because we didn’t take that section of the highway. You can also come for dim sum in the morning A main dish that’s brought out is bamboo pole rice noodles. Actually it’s pretty similar to cheung fun from Chencun. But the way it’s prepared is slightly different What will it taste like when you eat it? Don’t know As for what the flavor is like, I don’t know. But at least the portion is plenty A few pieces of beef brisket The brisket sauce is very good The beef brisket is fresh This has a beefy flavor There’s a fatty/oily sensation to it The brisket sauce is very tasty — probably because they use good beef brisket The noodles don’t really stand out But you also can’t call them bad There are some peanuts on top They’re made to order It’s possible they were made in the morning and hung up here Using a bamboo pole to hang the rice sheets — Deqing There is a stick; after making the rice sheets you scrape them out onto the plate Place it on top to air-dry Then take it down and slice it This is usually how this method is written None of them are made by machines The ones made by machines are translucent They’d be more like Guangzhou’s cloth-wrapped rice rolls (bra cheong fun) It’s not very thin The second thing served is siu mai Black garlic and chrysanthemum siu mai It’s called chrysanthemum but it doesn’t have chrysanthemum in it That top part looks like a chrysanthemum They probably put black garlic inside the filling We can see its skin is very thin Very thinly wrapped around the meat — it looks very appealing Very appetizing Put this aside for now And this one too When it was brought out I thought its presentation was pretty ordinary But it didn’t taste that way It looks like brisket, but it actually tasted like fresh beef brisket It’s not frozen; it’s cut into neat little squares The dough is made fresh It was made fresh today, not just made a moment ago Bamboo tube rice rolls The beef brisket has a beefy flavor Pigeon (suckling pigeon) Marinated (lu shui) items And the dessert hasn’t arrived yet We have always highly recommended it to our viewers Returning to the mainland, I chose Foshan Nanhai counts as Foshan, Shunde counts as Foshan Some viewers have asked us what makes it good First, Zhongshan is farther from Guangzhou It’s a bit farther No problem at all, but you need to drive to Zhongshan You must drive — the towns are fairly far apart Zhongshan is also very pleasant And then Guangzhou The old town area is too rundown If you want slightly better living, the housing prices are expensive So you pick something of a compromise, but still a bit more open Because every audience member lived in different places before retirement Some are used to very spacious homes in the US and Canada He’s not accustomed to Longjin Road Of course I’m not used to it But these in Nanhai These places we have now Guicheng is really good Also spacious Near the subway and close to Guangzhou It’s convenient to return to Guangzhou My mom’s place in Zhaoqing is way too far. But it’s all the same line I always say. Let’s see how much ammo there is If you have enough ammunition, of course those high-end places in Guangzhou Like Bai’et Tan Zhujiang New Town And hire a driver But if I have to put it more moderately Personally, I prefer the Nanhai side Are there any modern ones? Qian Deng Lake is quite modern It’s only a 20-minute drive to get here I also have a viewer who lives at Qian Deng Lake But he’s very young — he’s not retired. He lives over by Qiandeng Lake. We’ve all seen that we’ve been to Qiandeng Lake That kind of feeling Not like in mainland China More comfortable than Zhujiang New Town Zhujiang New Town is very congested with traffic At that time I was working in Zhujiang New Town Driving an Ora was a real headache And this was during the pandemic Right now no taxi drivers like to go to Zhujiang New Town This place is different — it’s very spacious If you like a slightly nicer place to have dim sum, these will do Just now downstairs at the bike shop we also saw a foreigner Playing with a bicycle — the things people play with are different Foreigners don’t like going to Longjin Road to buy groceries For everyday life, he likes riding a bike, and there are bikes here You can just ride around the island The egg tarts have arrived too We can’t finish all three dishes Today we definitely have to pack some to take away Price decides everything Such a nice environment here Jiantong Peninsula — not Hong Kong’s Tsim Sha Tsui East Eighteen thousand yuan per square meter That’s a villa The cheapest costs five million, and it hasn’t been renovated yet Five million — a very comfortable environment In Canada or the United States You can come back and still want to live in a villa If living in a villa is too expensive Just like these 1.3 million, 100 square meters An average of 13,000 yuan per square meter Second-hand Very good A little over one million. Not those old houses on Longjin Road. This isn’t a detached house Go a little further A building from ’08 The cheapest is at least 800,000 Across the way, if you walk out a bit you hit the river Very open and airy A car or an electric scooter would work too You can also go to Qiandeng Lake supermarket The delivery also arrives in just twenty minutes Her cousin (female) And those cousins all bought in Qiandeng Lake We went to Jinshazhou before Jinshazhou is about the same price as here A bit closer to Guangzhou But Jinshazhou has one drawback It’s really traffic jams — nothing you can do about that Can’t be resolved in the short term Come over here About the same travel time as going to Jinshazhou A little longer Next, try this one My wife says she’s already full No reason But I don’t see any black garlic Chrysanthemum siu mai But it’s a bit oily; some oil is dripping out There are shrimp inside Black garlic It will taste a little more fragrant And the chrysanthemum on top looks very pretty too The meat inside is tender It’s not the hard kind It’s a mix of many different types of meat This one is very good But I’m full — one is enough Pack these to go Didn’t expect this to be enough One night two per person and they were gone. I thought the portion would be about this much. Now it’s like this It’s okay, take your time enjoying the tea There are many industries with residents living nearby Because Nanhai is different from Foshan During the city’s redevelopment Actually, this place is more… daring enough They quickly requisitioned a lot of land and demolished many sites So they didn’t leave many very old buildings standing Those places couldn’t develop like Guangzhou did There’s nothing we can do Some of those old houses are cultural relics — of course they shouldn’t be torn down The Cantonese opera star’s house certainly can’t be demolished But it just so happens that some of them are actually from the ’80s and ’90s or maybe even really old houses from the ’60s and ’70s — tear them down This place is different They were demolished quickly After tearing them down, they can build some beautiful houses And new industries have moved in You don’t have to make the industry so low-end. Selling used cars is already relatively low-end, I think. Many here sell used cars Jade And you don’t have to go back to the Guangzhou jade wholesale market Usually we hear some real estate professionals recommending Actually, if you want a development to sell well it definitely needs industry there’s quite a lot of that here Seems like these Only one million A very large hall Eat squab I eat ribs And there’s a quail egg It’s not deep-fried The braised meats are actually good Not fried is good too — frying uses a lot of oil The squab is also very nice So tender Juicy burst There’s juice here — don’t let it run away So tender Sweet and savory sauce Big but not tough Specify the pigeon breed, make it clear it’s a good one Good sourcing Not just small and tender It’s squab Those without meat This one has meat But it’s not an old pigeon Very good squab If those nearby ones that cost over a million were a bit too much to bear Talking about secondhand — there are cheap ones and expensive ones Look at this Don’t worry about whether it’s a house or an apartment The most expensive one in this edition is 300,000 300,000 — this one is still a residence This one is Nanhai City Plaza Jianping Road There is an elevator to the 29th floor Thirty-nine square meters, selling for 300,000 This is already the most expensive unit in this batch I’m talking about residential buildings now There are also apartments This one is an apartment A forty-square-meter apartment is being sold for 190,000. So cheap. On the 21st floor there must be an elevator The utilities in the apartment will be a bit more expensive. But if you lose all 190,000, it’s still just 190,000. If you want to buy another car So comfortable I could fly If you can’t pass the driving test, buy an electric scooter first Transition — come back later and retake the driving test Beside Qiandeng Lake Actually it’s only written like that Not beside — everything is far away But 180,000 has 39 square meters — that’s enough for those two people 180,000 There are even ones at 160,000 I won’t mention the ones that are too cheap How far is Qiandeng Lake Quite far Finally, I’ll end today’s breakfast with an egg tart We each had a piece. I ate a bit more of this one Still hot Buffalo milk — it’s made like a Portuguese tart This is the black layer underneath Is it bamboo charcoal? Also very good Also not bad After the episode about Jinshazhou aired a while ago There have also been quite a few viewers asking One viewer is in the UK and wants to return to Guangzhou to retire Is choosing Jinshazhou a good idea? If you don’t need a school placement in Jinshazhou, it’s actually fine. You can even choose an apartment there and it’ll be OK No problem if the apartment has no school placement — as long as you choose the right one. Usually those residential properties will come with a school placement You don’t need a degree The worst thing about Jinsha Island is that it always has traffic jams How to solve it? There’s no way to solve it It can only be that you stay inside the island Don’t go out outside often Take the subway, but it’s very far to the subway station See where you bought it—exactly. As for buying it from far away, getting back to the subway station isn’t far. Because Jinshazhou is really very big There’s a second way too Go to Huangqi Going to Huangqi is very convenient — you can go buy groceries there too If it’s the best, of course it’s Qiandeng Lake If you have more funds on hand And want to live in a more modern place Don’t be so rustic-sounding — Qian Deng Lake The ancestral temple has a bit of an urbanized feel But Qian Deng Lake is very modern-looking The night market is bustling again There are also big shopping malls Of course, the prices will be a bit higher too Would it be like choosing one of those hundred-thousand ones just now Taking an electric car to Qiandeng Lake isn’t bad either Sometimes you have to go to Guangzhou Because he wants to return to Guangzhou to retire He must have relatives still in Guangzhou Otherwise he would have chosen Hong Kong or somewhere else Because it’s cold over there After all, it’s someone else’s place I won’t talk about the others — medical stuff I don’t know about It’s just the weather I let you choose Do you like it very cold or very hot I’d rather be hot. That’s the only way I can put it. My cousin — he used to be from Hong Kong. He used to study in the UK He said you also have to insert coins for the heating to come on. I’m Cantonese, of course I don’t understand. But I saw a lot on social media People from the north who studied in the UK all say The heating in the UK takes a very long time to arrive Is that just something I don’t know about? From what I see on social media, viewers can tell me Maybe new buildings will be faster But in Mainland China Those heating allowances arrive quickly And it’s government-subsidized until you’ve had enough 25 yuan per square meter per year If your house is 100 square meters 2,500 yuan is for a year I still remember my cousin He said that when he was studying in the UK you had to put coins in to turn on the heating and late at night when you ran out of money you had to put more coins in I saw those variety shows going on trips there None of those heaters were warm We were freezing and shivering I’m talking about my cousin; don’t talk about others Wherever rich people go, they’re comfortable, right? It’s all from money earned in the past Does living there mean spending everything away? But when it comes to value for money Look at outside, facing this way I didn’t film just now to avoid filming other people That foreigner looked very happy with his bike He was over there assembling the bicycle Maybe set off together to go cycling There are lots of things to do in the Greater Bay Area Those Evergrande ones from before How many of those Italian coaches are there I remember a very famous team doctor came Then he didn’t go back to Italy anymore Lives right next to our house Retired Very famous I forgot what they were called Later he went to Shanghai’s He has been to Shanghai A team in Shanghai invited him to go Of course he should go Earned enough Not going back to Italy, staying here Still living over in Taojin; I know him I can more or less guess his name, but better not say it just in case Not brave enough, definitely Don’t Italians know how to appreciate good food? I come back often to eat these Greater Bay Area delicacies Can I have one more? This is good There are cheap things for cheap prices, and expensive things for expensive prices Speak a bit louder/more clearly For example, medical care I know, I’ve seen people talk about it on social media Free medical services outside—long queues and long waits Don’t talk about public hospitals Talk about private ones — it’s just for a dental check I go to a private clinic for dental care More expensive than a public hospital? Of course it’s more expensive. You just give him the money and that’s it. There’s also a hospital in Shunde, I don’t know what it’s called Private hospital They said it was very beautiful What’s its name? I don’t know What and hospital It’s very good You don’t need to queue up for anything Money ready Found it — this is the place. It’s called Heyou Hospital. It feels like a park Feels like watching those TVB dramas She’s having a baby Of course it’s expensive No Not counted as housing, this blogger says Give birth to a baby It cost just under 1,200 yuan That doesn’t include the accommodation Having one baby, the room is 500 yuan per night And then it’s 2000 yuan So beautiful, no need to go to public schools The government is now providing a lot of subsidies Government subsidies for having babies They gave me 7,000 yuan at that time The government wants citizens to have more children So they will subsidize the hospitals Even private hospitals will be subsidized How neat and tidy Not like what I used to imagine Used to sleep in the hallway Back then, we went to the city hospital for a check-up Like going to slaughter someone These are like a football club Only now starting to pay attention to the children This hospital is in Beijiao Looks like Guangzhou South Station Almost finished with tea; we can go walk along the riverbank Another advantage compared to Guangzhou’s old city Parking is very convenient here Far from it Many places don’t charge — that’s the first thing Even if they charge, it’s just symbolic For example, at Qiandeng Lake, I know there’s a place Five yuan isn’t for one hour — it’s for parking in for 24 hours As long as you don’t come out, it’s fine Five yuan each time you come out Five yuan for 24 hours A few days ago a viewer asked me He wanted to visit the food festival Where to park in Zhujiang New Town Incredibly rare More expensive than the money you spend eating Just find a table and you’re good to go A bit farther away Not as exaggerated as in Hong Kong But it’s different here The reason they charge here is because they don’t want abandoned cars parked inside That’s it They don’t charge In the end we were full — the bill was 111 yuan But they pack so much And there’s still one Can’t pick it up Continuing to eat tonight A very big plate There’s another plate at home from a few days ago We’re all like this Don’t waste food Pack it up and take it home I don’t usually eat out There’s no reason to go out to eat every day So I just cook these to eat We rarely waste food — that’s our custom. People from the north definitely wouldn’t pack leftovers. I’ve seen it — worked with northern bosses before If you’re going to discuss business with others Try to order fewer dishes You can always explain why you didn’t pack leftovers But they’ll call out fewer. But those aren’t business matters — everyone’s among friends, not negotiating deals. Eat and then leave It’s not like that Now it’s a bit better, much closer to us Let’s go down for a walk Usually I pack food to take home Eat my fill and walk around here Only after walking do I go buy groceries Today I’m going to Xilang Market to buy groceries again We’ve run out of fruit at home Tesla white license plate It looks fake It should be the Hong Kong one Because it’s right-hand drive It shouldn’t be fake There’s another restaurant here That is, if you go in it’s also a restaurant And they still won’t let people in No reason This is a park There’s a private restaurant inside the park So elegant — it must be from up there It seems like it hasn’t been renovated But it’s actually not simple The owner spent quite a bit of money These decorations And dim sum They keep two parrots here This place is very pretty There’s also a restaurant over there Like this — there’s a creek here Very tidy The environment is very beautiful The environment is very comfortable The old houses nearby are over five thousand yuan per square meter. Does retiring mean you have to come back and live in such poor conditions? No, but it’s to give you a benchmark so you know There are options like this But it doesn’t feel very rustic Look at this private dish — I’ve seen some bloggers talk about it before Some owners really like making these private dishes because actually they’re not aiming to make much money Of course you can’t go all out like that He’s treating friends Every room is great Each room has a different theme They were eating, so we had no reason to go over This place is nice — there was no space earlier, so we came here So you can actually come in here — it’s very elegant Feels like a little park You have to walk around a bit to really notice it Actually we’re full, no need to get in the car right away The car’s air conditioning isn’t cold enough yet, so we’ll go inside for a walk It’s like entering another world They planted a lot of bamboo and trees Don’t know It’s okay If you go out from here, it’s the park This is the park The electric scooter is parked here Electric scooters are not allowed in here You can only park here Park Those people riding bicycles earlier were cycling on this road I don’t recognize it, but there’s floor tile Can you step on it or not? There’s another one underneath There’s also a boardwalk This is what I was just telling you about Those villas — even the unrenovated ones are being sold for around 6 million Those second-hand ones across the way Is it four floors? Not this spot Excuse me, right here How could those next door be villas? This place is being renovated The villa district is over here, costing more than 6 million. There are some villas here, over 6 million. It’s roughly 13,000 yuan per square meter Turn it back over this way This one is 13,000 yuan I read it wrong — this is 1.2 million Around ten thousand yuan For example, like this one Opposite Haiyi City Garden Opposite Three bedrooms and two living rooms Is it a duplex? Could be a small duplex A loft — those rooftop ones These are second-hand It’s right across from here like that Over a million, ten thousand yuan per square meter Seven floors — it should be here Ten thousand yuan per square meter. Opposite side Open view The cheapest is 830,000 Two bedrooms and two living rooms 830,000 Two bedrooms and two living rooms These are the housing prices around here Driving everywhere Parking is also cheap If you want to save a bit, just buy an electric car There are lots of places to eat nearby If you want the subway, there’s a subway nearby Although the subway isn’t as extensive as Guangzhou’s but the quality of life is good parking is cheaper than in Guangzhou Grand opening Dressed very professionally If someone struggles to get enough to eat, how would they have these hobbies? There are many events in Foshan Specifically hired a Huolala to transport the car here to check it out Eating and having dim sum here Some cycling clubs We’re having dim sum on the fourth floor They’re riding bicycles here This whole area is a bike path Don’t just say bikes — riding an e-bike is a blast too But it’s too sunny today Here is the river And boats passing by So some viewers asked us Ask me to recommend a place to retire I’ve always talked about Foshan Although I myself live in Guangzhou Because after all, Foshan really is high in cost-performance Whether it’s the environment or anything else Cantonese culture A boat is passing by Although it’s blazing hot today there’s no shade here The breeze feels very pleasant That river It should be very wide and probably quite deep I guess this is a sand barge Just passed by There’s another sand barge over here There’s such a great place Pingsheng Bridge Many times when we go out For example, heading west Sometimes when returning I’ll pass by Pingsheng Bridge To get to Heshan and those places you’ll all go across this bridge Not only that, there’s also a changing room here What for? It turns out there’s a campsite here Although it’s not very big But there are people camping Now there are already people camping Having a big tree makes it not feel hot Even if you play on your phone, changing places helps Playing in these spots feels a bit better too Drinking a can of soda makes it somewhat more enjoyable They also sell Yakult And there’s a restroom / toilet available Yakult sister We just passed by and bought a whole row This is something only found in Guangzhou and Foshan Yakult sister They’re fixed to operate within a certain area Sometimes the urban management will take action But they won’t punish them right away will ask you to leave more free time usually just hire those older sisters They don’t even call me “sister” anymore They’re all married with kids so it’s easier for them to get in Help those who are married and have children When time is limited And can still take care of the children Perfect for making these Very comfortable She plans to finish drinking Drink two bottles, doesn’t matter They’re all villa neighborhoods This side is Vanke If you want to live in a villa, you can Some people want to live in these buildings too Super beautiful There are also some buildings under construction This is Xinlu The road is very wide There are cars for sale here Cars also need live streaming Car live streaming South China Car Live Streaming Base Used car live-streaming base Even one unit is at wholesale price Douyin live-streaming Nanhai has industry where there is industry Back in Guangzhou Huadiwan It hasn’t been open long and we’re already back at Xilang Market Its name is Lilong Market So quickly — it’s already two o’clock now Back at Xilang Market These last few times we’ve come to Xilang Market it’s been around noon Easier to get a table But it will be a bit hot. Last time was fine; last time was after the holiday. Let’s see if it’s the same today Today it’s hard to find parking Drove around a long time before I could park And it’s getting harder and harder to find a charging spot here Xilang Market is crowded because many people come Today I’m here to buy some pork Thinking about the pork, because it’s so hot Xilang should be fine — it’s very cool inside The second thing is to buy fruit These two items Vegetables depend on the situation Banana Pear Pears are fine too Two yuan. Go ahead first. You can buy this later when it comes out, it’s not too late There are also some oranges starting to appear because the weather is cold Two and a half yuan There are also melons, one yuan thirty each Many people come to buy Actually we’ve been to Xihua Road to buy groceries After buying it, I left I already told everyone about it yesterday I met a Malaysian viewer He saw me holding two loofahs He asked if this was a papaya; I said no Loofah — he said it has no fuzz Actually, usually by this time there’s not much fuzz Turns out Malaysia also eats loofah At least they can recognize people There should be About the same Helping the old man watch the stall Playing video games Sold a few dishes and don’t even know There’s also choy sum Now selling for five and a half yuan Five and a half yuan is for one bundle Dry water Not really many people Usually It’s always like this — the fewest people are at noon Chinese yam six yuan And kudzu is good, clears heat I already wanted to buy it that day But there’s lotus root at home A small piece would be fine These can be stored This one isn’t that powdery These are from other provinces The frozen ones start to have these cabbages A tiny one costs 4.5 yuan per half-jin These choy sum are very cheap, 3.5 yuan But they probably mean it’s not per bunch, it’s per jin Just see if it’s rotten Tear it open and if it looks right, take it Three and a half yuan These are so sweet This wrapper is very thick Very big—one of these can be split between two people and that’s enough Autumn pear Autumn 8.5 yuan Three for 9 yuan, no need On average not even three yuan per one Fig 16 yuan per jin (500g) Like this Grapefruit Is it sour? I’ve already eaten it Five yuan and a half per jin Fujian Seems like I’ve eaten it before Also the water spinach is becoming more and more plentiful And this year it came again First time — is this watercress? Right. It should be watercress, five yuan and a half per jin. Also buy some baby bok choy Now that the weather’s cold, it’s starting to be good to eat. Too hot to eat. When it’s cold, desserts are good Not that old These are all still available. This one is three yuan. We just bought one for three and a half yuan These ones seem prettier Buy tomatoes to cook pasta Local tomatoes Eating it like this isn’t that tasty We rarely eat it like this Tomatoes are fine too Sour is tasty It has to be sour If it’s not sour, someone will treat it like fruit I used to have a colleague My son likes to eat it this way the most The sourness has a bit of tomato flavor There are also these tangerines with green skins They look very sour Yesterday I saw sugar tangerines for ten yuan per jin These are two and a half yuan This kind of snow pear These are used for making soup It’s for making soup Buy it or not Buy. Two yuan per jin — of course I’ll buy if I’m driving Are you planning to move it to Xihua Road Market? At this hour you can take your time choosing. Go to Xihua Road Not that easy to buy Too few And the price isn’t even clearly marked Everything here has the prices listed. And at this time of day you can take your time choosing. You can also ask the auntie for advice this arrowroot (powder) Four yuan fifty is better than that one just now No need to sell it, there’s still some at home Buy some more fish paste I still remember I bought it once before the last storm This delicious fish paste Carp fish paste 17 yuan Better give some ice 17 yuan per jin Some have scallions, some don’t That squid cake back there is also very tasty Pan-fry it a bit Dip a little of the chili sauce I bought in Hong Kong last time Very tasty Same, one jin please So many of them Can eat many meals The carp’s head and bones Pan-fried to feed the cat Look what you’re feeding the cat Now you can slowly chat with the owner He has time again Let me scoop you some ice Very convenient They gave a little ice with the fish paste Feels like there are more people today than last time Like the day just after the holiday Fish These are freshwater fish Bass Thirteen yuan each The boss will gut it for you Spotted Twenty yuan One jin is not one whole fish Sea bass is cheap Large sea bass is also eleven yuan each I don’t like eating fish, but people like me still eat bass. Because bass meat comes in chunks. But actually, those who really know how to eat don’t like bass Closed for renovations The first time the light was changed was also at this market They originally changed the lights earliest, but now none of the red lights have been changed A little less But sometimes will give a reminder, supervise a bit They will have to close again if they stop requiring COVID tests This market is very legitimate If they can get those illegal vendors out and keep them from coming back Very perfect It’s really not good like this Very bad Starting to see hairy crabs There are also ones for just over twenty yuan They even have live long-legged crabs Some fish the owner will simply gut for you If someone complains here It’s confirmed and they immediately straighten things out One is like this, the others I won’t mess with Isn’t it fine to do business properly? I’ve asked the beef stall owner for advice He sliced it for us so we don’t need to wash it — washing would take away the flavor. We asked him to cut it that thin because we’re taking it home. To pan-fry it on a stove Very tasty Hedong Bridge I’ve heard it lights up at night Very beautiful Change it to green They have every color All sorts of colors Just hit the ceiling The other day when I passed by I saw workers doing repairs There’s no reason to just watch the workers doing their job Thinking someone was going to jump off the bridge Later we saw that the workers were actually doing repairs All of Guangzhou is buzzing They say you can see the aurora in Guangzhou Turns out it’s here — glowing green light And there are seven-colored auspicious clouds — it’s very beautiful at night It seems this project cost eight million This is unbelievable It looks like the Canton Tower It’s colorful and looks beautiful at night That’s also right Even image-building projects need to be done Could it be dirty and messy? Pitch black, makes no sense. This is the difference between Guangzhou and Foshan Nanhai is better — we just went there Nanhai, Foshan won’t have traffic jams Guangzhou is much harder to fix Can’t fix it There’s always traffic jams It’s not an accident It’s the narrowing that causes it Some people don’t follow the rules There’s no way in the old town Leifeng Plaza The main thing is the road is quite narrow, there’s nothing we can do about it You saw how wide Foshan Huanyu City was just now The road there is twice as wide as this one Buy fewer cars Still the same amount I thought Foshan had no cars Everyone has their own car, too Why Guangzhou has traffic jams is because the roads are narrow — there’s nothing you can do Unless they tear down the old districts Like these Driving is hard Take the subway Because Guangzhou has a lot of subway lines More than four hundred subway stations This is Shayuan Market Walking all the way past it We came and saw that much of Shayuan Market is gone Because Xilang is a bit easier for shopping Plus the traffic jams — of course Xilang is better At Shayuan you have to take it yourself But how much would that piece of pork neck save? There are also many pork stalls in Shayuan. Of course not as many as in Xilang Xilang is very 正规, many, prices are clearly marked Go back to Kangwang Road Go up to Renmin Bridge Or you could walk along the bottom in the same way Back in Guangzhou, you feel the city is very old The only thing is the subway is relatively dense Many people If staying in a villa earlier was so comfortable Surrounded by people, that kind of feeling This is Xiaogang Jiangwan Bridge National Games begin on November 9 November 9 to 21 Local Guangzhou vehicles follow odd-even license plate driving rules Non-local Guangzhou vehicles are not allowed to enter It seems to be like that Don’t know Vibrant Greater Bay Area Charming New Guangzhou The National Games are starting soon It will be even more congested then For the National Games they’re running odd-even license plate traffic — half as many cars So the roads should be much easier to get around No more half the cars It should be Electric chickens are the best Electric chickens aren’t subject to alternating-plate restrictions Can’t not stuff it It’s stuck What’s this place below East Wind East East Wind In the Middle

The item you are asking about, “Black Garlic Chrysanthemum Siu Mai” (黑蒜菊花賣), appears to be a modern or creative dim sum dish that likely combines two distinct siu mai preparation styles: “Black Garlic Siu Mai” and “Chrysanthemum Siu Mai.” Black Garlic Siu Mai refers to a variation where fermented black garlic is incorporated into the traditional pork and shrimp filling, adding a unique, sweet, balsamic-like flavor and a rich, mellow garlic aroma. “Chrysanthemum Siu Mai” (Júhuā Mài), on the other hand, does not contain chrysanthemum flowers; instead, its name describes its appearance. The exterior of the siu mai is coated in finely shredded wonton wrappers (or sometimes egg shreds), which fan out during steaming to resemble the petals of a chrysanthemum flower. Therefore, “Black Garlic Chrysanthemum Siu Mai” is most likely an elaborate dim sum item that features a black garlic-infused filling and is presented in the “chrysanthemum” style.

The Water Buffalo Milk Egg Tart is a modern or specialty variation of the classic Cantonese egg tart, having gained popularity particularly in areas renowned for water buffalo milk desserts, such as Shunde in Guangdong. The defining characteristic of this tart is its custard filling, which is made using rich, high-fat water buffalo milk instead of the traditional evaporated milk or regular milk. Water buffalo milk is celebrated for being significantly creamier and more aromatic than standard cow’s milk. This substitution results in an egg custard that is exceptionally smooth, silky, and tender, offering a perfect fusion of rich milk and egg flavors with an intensified fragrance. The crust typically remains either a crumbly shortcrust (cookie style) or a flaky puff pastry. In essence, it is a culinary creation that combines a famous local ingredient (water buffalo milk) with a classic dim sum item (the egg tart) to produce a familiar yet elevated and luxuriously smooth treat.
