It’s Mino and Amina. We are in Krabi, Thailand. In this video, we explore the authentic flavors of southern Thailand and journey across the beautiful islands of Krabi. From traditional dim sum to the vibrant weekend street food markets, let’s discover the heart of southern Thai cuisine together. Peace be upon you. Peace be with you too. Roti. At 7 in the morning, the restaurant is already packed with people gather to enjoy Roti Chennai, southern Thailand’s breakfast favorite. The way he makes roti lively and confident tells us this is the right spot. When the roti is done, it’s struck by hand to awaken its delicate layers. At the same time, a lady is preparing the famous southern Thai rice salad, Khao yam. Topping the blue rice with toasted coconut, fish floss, lemongrass, long bean, carrot, mango, Kaffir lime leaves, cabbage, and bean sprouts. Then she added slices of lime and a pinch of chili powder. Thank you. Look at the color of rice. Khao Yam is my favorite Thai dish. Few places serve it with as much generosity and fresh vegetables as here. It’s like flower garden blooming in my mouth. So fragrant. The lightness of fluffy rice and fresh vegetables meets the nutty saltiness of toasted coconut and fish floss. Then Kaffir lime leaves and lemongrass bloom like flowers creating a taste that feels nothing short of heavenly. So fragrant and so refreshing. Let me try without egg first. The plain roti with beef curry. Wow, the flavors go so well together! Sweet chili coconut milk curry with beef. Topped with a sunny side up, the roti transforms as the yolk slowly breaks open. Its golden richness coating every bite. The mix of creamy yolk and fluffy chewy roti creates a taste that relaxes you from head to toe. Just one taste of this dish is enough to make anyone glad they came to Krabi. Bing Su, the Korean-shaped iced dessert, is super popular in Thailand right now. But this spot takes it to another level, adding soft bread and Thai milk tea for an interesting twist. Then she crowns it with Thai sticky rice dumplings, finishing it off with a generous drizzle of rich condensed milk. Then come the additions. grass jelly, crunchy water chestnuts, and golden threads of sweet egg yolk, Foi Thong before an extra pour of tai tea completes the creation. And they call it Pang Yen, which literally means cold bread. bittersweet tea on the snowy ice with chewy rice cakes. One unforgettable match. I love this golden egg thread. Tastes like custard noodle. soft red soaking with Thai milk tea. This is the genuine taste of Thailand. When the Thai sun drains your energy and the air feels heavy, this is where you come to cool down and feel alive again. This is super addictive! Now we’re at the pier to hop on a boat and check out some of the gorgeous islands around Krabi. Hello. Good morning. Be careful of your head. Thank you. to visit Hong Lagoon. Okay, now we’re going to Sightseeing and take a pictures around the lagoon. If you want to swim, then let’s see if you
can do swim at there. And we have to visit in the morning because of in the afternoon with the low time, we can’t take the boat. Hong lagoon in Thai the meaning of room. Hong is room. So the lagoon is look like a room. I have one way only one way you can get in and out. Look at that. Now we are entering Hong Lagoon. Wow it’s stunning. This is truly paradise on earth. Coming here really makes me want to buy a boat. Yes, indeed. I have a dream. After half an hour crossing the Emerald Sea, our boat brought us to the stunning Hong
Island. This is where two beaches meet. Look at this mushroom island. They took us to the best snorkeling spot where the breathtaking scenery is something we’ll never forget. It’s really beautiful here. I know what she meant to take a picture under this coconut trees. Lunch in a paradise. Chicken rice and of course it’s halal. because we are in Krabi. A lot of Muslim live in Krabi. Halal lunchbox is also included in this tour. In southern Thailand, dim sum has become
more than just a meal. It’s a cultural ritual. Families and friends gather in the early
morning, picking their favorite dumplings before sharing conversations over tea. Oh, we leave
it here. Okay. He makes those to steem. Dim sum, halal dim sum. He pours a little broth into each dish and carefully stacks them inside the bamboo steamer. Layer upon layer. After 10 minutes in the steamer is hot and perfect. Oh. Let’s make a party. dim sum party. I feel like I’m a king of dim sum. I don’t know where to start. Uh let me
start from here. Pandan noodle with chicken. Each bite is a balance of chewy noodles, juicy chicken, and a hint of sweet pumpkin. minced chicken with egg yolk. But this egg yolk is kind of special. It’s hard and densy. Oh, this steamed white fish is perfect with ginger. It looks like a bun that turns out fishcake. What is this? It looks like sticky rice, but there’s something inside. Oh, sticky rice with chicken. fragrant sticky rice with mushroom and chicken. What a unique combination! Oh, this salmon dim sum tastes like durian. How come? Chicken and that is fish. Let me have one chicken please. This spot isn’t just about the
food. You’ll also get to test out your Thai language skills here. Squid since many Malaysian tourists visit here, some vendors can also understand a bit of Malay. Oh, baby squid. Wow. Oh, the sauce is really nice. Quite spicy and sour and slightly sweet. And the squid is so fresh. So yummy Thank you. Oh, this is like cotton candy. Oh, crispy chicken. In southern Thai markets, fried chicken is an absolute must. How much is one? It’s 13 baht. If you buy two for 25 baht. barbecue flavor, Korean flavor. Oh, I’m Korean. Korean, right? You can try. I think maybe it’s different. Okay, I’ll try the Korean one. Thank you. I found Korean chicken in Thai market. Yes, This is Korean chicken. Even it’s fully coated by Korean chicken sauce. It’s still crispy. Super crispy. And the sauce is slightly sour, sweet, and a little bit spicy. There’s a lot of egg desserts here. Grilled egg. Look at this grilled egg skewer. There is no yolk! I think they poke the egg first to mix the yolk and white. Slightly smoky and kind of sausage? Sausage flavor. A lot of people. I think it’s famous market here. Oh, is this beef? Beef. Soya milk. Pad Thai How much is Pad Thai? It’s 25 baht. Right on time. They’re making Pad Thai with fish cakes and tofu. I’ve seen pat thai made in single portions before, but it’s my first time seeing such a huge batch cooked all at once. A whole walk of freshly made steaming hot Pad Thai just came out. Should I give you one? / Yes, please. Peanut. Huh? / Yep. Peanut. Sugar? / Okay. Chili? / Yep. Wow. Just made Pad Thai. One of the iconic street food of Thailand. Pad Thai with fish bowl and tofu. Wow, this noodle texture is amazing. So bouncy. Yeah, bouncy noodle with crunch mungbean sprout. So tasty!! What’s this? Steamed potato. Steamed potato and milk. And this? sticky rice. Pumpkin. Pumpkin. Coconut. Coconut. Yeah. Sticky rice and banana inside. Sticky rice with banana. Oh, it’s quite heavy. Oh, so delicious! It’s like a rice cake. So yummy! Thank you. this is kind of sweet. It’s like rice cake but made with potato starch with rich coconut cream. Wow, this is so nice. It’s so tasty!! Wow. This is something very new to me. There’s banana inside and sticky rice which is almost like 50% cooked crispy outside with Al dente sticky rice and sweet banana filling. There are a lot of unique and creative sweets in Thailand. Wow. What is this? Crepe roll. And which one is good? Coconut. Coconut. Vanilla. Vanilla. Durian. Durian. This is durian? Yes. Oh. Egg thread. Yeah. Egg. Thai food. So, what is this in Thai language? Foi thong Eat it all. Ok. Thank you. Wow. Look at this crepe roll with golden egg thread. It’s like this. sweet egg yolk, soft cream, a delicate crepe all in a one bite. I followed the crowd and found them mixing black rice with sticky rice, cooking it fresh on the spot. Oh, it’s custard egg. Okay, thank you. Black sticky rice with coconut, spicy shrimp, and custard egg. No kidding, this is crazy! The nutty black rice, that spicy shrimp paste, and the sweet coconut. It’s already amazing. But then the soft custard egg wraps it
all up into one incredible new flavor. Genius combination! It’s truly amazing. Oh, look. What is this? Fish? Chicken? Yes, chicken. How much is this? It’s 10 baht. The bun is so nice. Soft steamed bun with juicy chicken, vegetable, and sweet chili sauce. Uh, coconut shake. Let me have one please. “RISIKO MEMAKAN IKAN TIDAK BERSISIK – SEBAB MENGANDUNGI RAKSA – AMAT MERBAHAYA.”
– عن عبد الله بن سنان عن أبي عبد الله (ع) عن الإمام علي (ع) ، وكلامه في سوق سمك الكوفة ، قال { لا تأكلوا ولا تبيعوا ما لم يكن له قشر من السمك }
-عن سمرة عن أبي سعيد عن الإمام علي (ع) : بعد أن جمع أصحاب السمك في سوق الكوفة قال : { ….لا تشتروا الجريث ولا المارما هي ولا الطافي على الماء ولا تبيعوه }
Ketika beliau [as] di tanya? :
Beliau [as] berkata :
“Tidak apa² mengkonsumsi (memakan)nya.”
Menurut Imam Al Baqir [as] berkata :
Hal ini namakan ikan "Kan'at".
