【食欲の秋】海を眺めながら炭火で秋刀魚を焼いたら最高すぎた | 女子ソロキャンプ

Hello everyone! This is Haru. The rice is getting big and autumn is approaching. It’s still hot during the day, but I’m going to experience autumn camping. This campsite opened this spring and has a spectacular view of the ocean. I’m so excited to eat while looking at the sea! I can see the ocean! What a view! I was moved by the ocean stretching out before me. There were buzzards flying! The receptionist warned me to be careful not to steal my food. lol It’s such a gorgeous view. There’s a large cherry tree in the center of the campsite. In the spring, you can enjoy cherry blossom viewing camping. You can see the sea in front of you, and the sea behind you…! It’s rare to find a campsite like this. Today I’m setting up a car-side tarp. The sounds of the buzzards are soothing. What’s wrong? Is it hot? The direct sunlight is too hot, so we take refuge in the shade. We secure the tarp to the front and rear windows of the car with suction cups. It’s so hot We’re taking refuge in the shade It seems it was too early to wear a long-sleeved shirt. We decide the positions of the poles and mark them. We hammer in the pegs first. Mumu is also taking a break in the shade. We might be taking a break every five minutes, lol. Mumu is also panting because it’s hot We want to finish setting up quickly It ‘s our fourth break. Mumu gets tangled in the strings, lol. It’s half-finished We straighten out the strings and pull the tarp taut The car side tarp is set up! Just having the tarp provides shade and makes it comfortable! Come here Aren’t you coming? She managed to jump. We took a break inside the tarp, looking out at the ocean. Are you thirsty? Oh, wow, you drank it all. You seem satisfied, lol. Staying hydrated on hot days is important. Ta-da ! Mumu’s Snack Box Today we’re enjoying an autumn treat: pears! We’re carefully peeling the pear. Mumu is trying to eat the skin, lol. Mumu loves pears too, so he’s excited! The cut skin is getting long. I’ll be happy if I can peel it without it breaking halfway through. Let’s eat the pear! Sweet, juicy, and delicious! All the fruits this year are so sweet! They make a lovely crunching sound! Pear ASMR. I ate a whole pear in no time. I lose track of time just looking at the ocean. Lemon tree It’s hot, but I’m cooking over the bonfire again today. My partner CAMPING MOON’s bonfire stand The shadow has shifted position, so it’s time to move. I’m splitting conifers that catch fire easily and hardwood that burns well. With the feather sticks, there are big differences between days when I’m good at them and days when I’m not. Today was… a pretty good day, I guess lol. There’s a lot of shavings lying around lol It looks more like a bird’s nest than a bird’s feather lol. The pile on the right is all shavings lol. Mumu looks tired and sleepy from waiting I sprinkle the shavings on. Instead of the usual match with fire starter, I tried lighting it with regular matches this time. Thanks to taking my time with the feather stick, it lit successfully! Before I knew it, Mumu had taken over the chair lol It’s first come , first served, so I sit on the ground. Mumu looks happy to be able to sit in a chair It’s autumn, and I have a great appetite, so I’m going to eat a lot of rice today! Waiting for the rice to cook. Today’s snack is yam steak. Finely chop one garlic clove. Finely chop spring onions Basking in the sun feels good. Feeling sleepy? Is it done? Check the smell. I think it’s done Second big move. Really appreciate the shade. This time I’m using a multi-griddle pan again. First I season it with butter. The yam fell off! The garlic smells great♪ I grill the yam. The yam slipped and wouldn’t flip over… Using firewood made it flip over easily. Seasoned with soy sauce. Sprinkle with spring onions and it’s done! Yep! Delicious. The fire went out… Mumu is panicking. The seasoning is perfect! Garlic, butter, and soy sauce, classic deliciousness! A dish that beer lovers will love! Tadaaa Mumu gets super excited when the dog appears. Her position is wierd lol. Mumu calms down when the food appears. lol. The flavor goes well with beer. Mumu calms down with a snack. Now I can drink my beer at my leisure! The crunchy texture is addictive! I don’t usually eat nagaimo, but I’m enjoying this autumnal dish! I’ll set the nagaimo aside for now and start grilling the main dish. I’ve been waiting for this! The taste of autumn, pacific saury, is here! This year’s pacific saury is cheap and large! When I see the pacific saury, I feel like autumn has arrived. Is the heat a little too strong? I’m worried it will burn It did burn a little, but it looks delicious! The skin stuck to the grill… sprinkle salt on it Add more firewood to keep the fire going. I snack on the nagaimo while waiting for the pacific saury. This relaxing time is irresistible . I check the pacific saury first Rice is ready! The rice is cooked just right! After eating the rice, I want to taste the pacific saury. It’s so delicious ! It’s so tasty, my hands are moving weird lol. The pacific saury is done! If you cut a slit in the middle, you can eat it nicely. It looks delicious. It opens up from top to bottom. The fat on it makes the flesh fluffy. It’s amazing! The saury’s delicious flavor spreads throughout the mouth. This is the true taste of autumn! I’m happy to be surrounded by autumn delicacies. Whenever I eat sanma, the time I spend mindlessly picking at it is always the happiest moment. The rice just keeps going down! There are many small bones, so I carefully remove them. While I struggle to get the fire going again, Mumu locks onto the sanma Mumu Mumu!? But it’s too late… I’ve bitten into it bone and all. If you have such a delicious sanma, of course you’re going to eat it, right? LOL. Enjoying seasonal flavors while gazing at the ocean . Just drinking and eating; autumn is the season for appetites. I’ve been camping just for this time. Here’s my second sanma. No matter how many I eat, I never get bored of the taste. The tail is firm and delicious. The different parts have different flavors, which is one of the charms of sanma. It feels great when the spine comes off smoothly! It would be even better if there was grated daikon radish. I want to eat all the meat off the bone. Mumu is itching to eat the saury. You’ll fall off When I eat with Mumu, the two saury disappear in no time. Lol. As I was desperately eating the saury, I noticed that there was charcoal on my forehead… OMG! My precious saury fell off… I’ve finished it! Thank you for the meal. My stomach is full and I’m feeling happy. I take a little walk around the site. I find a dog run. Mumu looks happy as he runs around freely. Seeing Mumu having fun makes me happy too. It seems there is a beach, so I’ll go and check it out. It’s a beautiful beach. The sound of the waves is soothing. The ocean seems scary. The sky dyed in the evening is beautiful.
