【蓼科湖と御射鹿池】茅野市の２大人気湖を巡り食/癒を体感。

長野県・蓼科高原にある「蓼科湖」と「御射鹿池」。
どちらも人工のため池として生まれましたが、今では四季折々の美しい風景を映し出す人気の観光地です。

蓼科湖は標高1,250メートル、面積約0.08平方キロメートル。
湖面には八ヶ岳連峰が映り、ボートや散策も楽しめる高原の湖。
1950年代に農業用のため池として造られ、現在は道の駅やカフェが立ち並ぶ憩いの場所となっています。

一方、御射鹿池（みしゃかいけ）は標高1,540メートル、最大水深約8メートル。
周囲の木々が静かな水面に映り込む姿は、日本画家・東山魁夷の名画「緑響く」のモチーフとしても知られています。
季節や時間帯によって表情を変える鏡のような池の美しさは、まるで自然が描く一枚の絵。

Tateshina Lake and Misyaka Pond are two picturesque spots in the Tateshina Highlands of Nagano, Japan.
Both are man-made reservoirs originally built for irrigation, but today they are beloved for their serene reflections and natural beauty throughout the seasons.

Tateshina Lake sits at an elevation of 1,250 meters, with an area of about 0.08 km².
It offers beautiful reflections of the Yatsugatake Mountains and a pleasant walking path around the lake.

Misyaka Pond, at 1,540 meters above sea level and about 8 meters deep, is known for its mirror-like surface that reflects the surrounding forest.
It famously inspired the Japanese painter Kaii Higashiyama’s masterpiece “Green Resonance”.
