【山形】ここを知らないのは勿体無い!世界一の水族館で幻想的な光景に出会いました

Good morning. We are a newlywed, unemployed couple traveling around Japan on our honeymoon , eating lots of delicious food all over the country. So, in this video we’ll be touring Tsuruoka City in Yamagata Prefecture. Tsuruoka City. This is around here in Yamagata Prefecture. It’s a completely different place , so we’ll be touring Tsuruoka City. First of all , Tsuruoka City is home to a national treasure. You were once a national treasure, weren’t you? I ‘ve become a national treasure (from the Tomioka Silk Mill). Aren’t you embarrassed to call yourself a national treasure? What are you talking about? There’s no way this can really be a national treasure, so we came to see the national treasure in Tsuruoka City. It’s evening, and a lot has happened. I’m sorry my face looks tired even though it’s the start of the video. I look totally tired in the evening , but even though I’m totally tired, I’ll deliver the video with full energy, so let’s go. National Treasure! Tsuruoka! It certainly is a national treasure, thank you as always I came here because I came hereThis is the Jikkou Gate of Dewa Sanzan Shrine on Mt. HaguroDid you see it? It seems you can walk from here after passing through this Jikkou Gate, so I think I’ll head towards the national treasureWe’ll go, just in caseWe have bear bells so we ‘ll take them and head to see the national treasureIt ‘s located in the middle of quite a forestIt’s amazingIt ‘s really this is the cedar avenue of Mt. HaguroThese cedar avenues are famousA natural monumentMaybe they’ve even been awarded a Michelin star? From what Hiyori researched, it seems they’ve been awarded a Michelin star, but I’m not sure, it might be beyond the five-story pagodaI don’t know much about itIt seems there is a row of cedar trees that continues all the way from this Zuishinmon Gate to the top of Mt. HaguroIt seems to be a row of cedar trees that stretches for 1.7 kilometers and they are said to be 300 to 500 years oldI wonder if they are quite long-lived… people? Isn’t it a human? Isn’t it amazing? 300 to 500 years old, amazing ! I just did a quick search and there is a tree called Jijisugi nearby that is apparently 1000 years old. I would like to see a tree that is 1000 years old, I want to find the Jijisugi. I walked along the cedar avenue for 10 minutes and finally arrived. This is the Jijisugi . Well, I can already see it, but it’s completely different. There is just one tree that is the wrong size. [Jijisugi] This is amazing, it’s over 1000 years old, it’s huge , even if we spread our arms out it still wouldn’t be enough, it’s not even halfway there, it’s a natural monument. There was also a Babasugi. There was a Babasugi here until the Meiji era, but it was blown down in a storm. It ‘s the largest and oldest giant tree on Mt. Haguro here, so we also saw the Jijisugi. It’s actually a Jijisugi and a Babasugi. We’re almost to the National Treasure, and we can catch a glimpse of it, but I want to go straight ahead from here. Let’s go. Why are you following me? We’ve just walked about 100 meters from the Jijisugi when you came! Amazing! Impressive! Amazing, really! This is the National Treasure, the Five-Story Pagoda of Mt. Haguro. It ‘s made of wood. It’s supposedly a reconstruction, but it was rebuilt 600 years ago, so it’s really old . It’s been there for that long. That’s right, it’s made of wood, and it’s amazing. Isn’t it amazing how it feels surrounded by cedar trees? It ‘s really amazing, I can’t help but stare at it… So, I went to see the national treasure. I ‘m glad I went. It was really beautiful. What are you doing? You ‘re so sweaty, you’re licking salt candy. You’re recharging your salt with salt candy. So , we still have more to explore in Tsuruoka City , and the next spot is already evening today, so we’ll go there later . So , on to the next spot! Ready, set! And here we are, you’ve forgotten we flew. It’s Kamo Aquarium. It’s a place that comes up immediately when you search for sightseeing in Yamagata. It’s famous, so let’s go and see it. It’s sunny, but it’s raining. What are you doing at the entrance that’s resonating ? Let’s go in ! We decided to enter, so we went inside and bought tickets for 1,500 yen per person. There is an exhibition room, so let’s take a look around. The Sea of Japan in front of us is so beautiful. It was forecast to rain heavily today, but for some reason it’s sunny. But even though it’s sunny, it rains quite a bit, so the weather is hard to understand. But I am a sunny person, so I guess it cleared up after all.Is that so? It’s been so long since I’ve been to the aquarium , so I’m really looking forward to it.I really love aquariums.I love them.Actually, I really love aquariums , so I’m really looking forward to it.Let’s take a good look around. The pressure is so intense.Let me take a good look.Got it? Where is it heading ?This one is swimming towards the wall, where does it want to go? My wife is crazy about porcupine fish.It ‘s looking at me.It ‘s talking to me.It’s talking to a porcupine fish. Its appearance has moved.Let me out.Don’t just look at me.Let me out.Aren’t you looking at it too closely? I’ve been here for more than five minutesWhat is this? What is this thing? Doesn’t it look a lot like it? It looks a lot like a tangIt looks a lot like itMaybe you’re just enjoying the aquarium the wrong wayThis is the place I was looking forThis aquarium is famous for its jellyfish, after allIt seems that the cost of feeding the jellyfish per year is 5.6 million yenThe way they make money these days is through gacha and YouTubeMy senior made 600,000 yen on YouTubeSo let’s go to the main jellyfish aquariumLet ‘s goThere are apparently 88 types of jellyfish hereSo shall we each find our favorite jellyfish? Let’s find our favorite jellyfishHave you ever heard of a cannonball? Blue cannonball It’s so cute, isn’t it? It ‘s so backlit, you can’t see anything. Its legs look like this. Please spare me. Look, take a look. Look , it looks like this . It certainly does shine so brightly. Aequorea victoria . Doesn’t it have a metallic feel? Awesome metallic jellyfish. If you give it a nickname, you ‘ll remember it by that nickname. Wow, this one is shining too. It ‘s shining by reflecting the light. That’s why it’s the light in the aquarium . But the way it shines is so beautiful. There are so many types of jellyfish. Apparently jellyfish can’t move without the current of water. They can’t move on their own, they ‘re just being carried away by the power of the water. It seems like they’re like plankton. They seem to be the same species, Cotyloris tuberculata.Every time we go to the aquarium we do a game where we see if we can remember the names of things with really long names before we leave , so this time we’ll go with this one.Cotyloris tuberculata.Whoever can clearly say that’s impossible as they leave wins.Cotyloris tuberculata.Okay , did you remember? Cotyloris tuberculata… I can’t do it anymore. This is a cute Brown Dot Jelly. So beautiful ,It’s scary,It was really scary, What are you doing,Jellyfish are cute,No need for it.The main tank is right in front of us.Now the main tank! Awesome! : This is it. A jellyfish dream theater of about 10,000 moon jellyfish. It’s amazing. It’s about twice the size I imagined. I wanted to see this when I came to Yamagata, so I’m glad I made it. Shall I announce my favorite jellyfish ? Mine is the brown dot jellyfish. It was so cute. It was small and fluffy. It’s the one where I made this face. I didn’t really look at it because of that, so take a good look . For me it’s the Aequorea victoria. That metallic one. That metallic jellyfish was shiny and really beautiful. It has a beautiful bowl shape, it’s my favorite. I hope you all can find your favorite jellyfish. There’s an event after this, so I’m looking forward to it. I’m looking forward to it. Hiyori is looking forward to it , so it’s an experience in a storm. By the way, it’s raining too. It’s a seal feeding experience. Here we go! Nice catch! Oh, amazing! I’ll go to the back. That big jump was cute~ So cute, so cute, but I got too wet . I’m glad you made it, it was so cute, it was raining so much. It was raining so hard … were you doing it inside? Shall we go? Is that okay? You’re going to catch a cold Kamo Aquarium was great The jellyfish were beautiful Apparently it’s in the Guinness Book of World Records for the number of jellyfish on display It was the aquarium with the most jellyfish in Japan It ‘s the best in the world It ‘s in the Guinness Book of World Records so it must be the best in the world And do you all remember the jellyfish name memorization game Not just us, do all of you viewers remember too? [What’s the name of this jellyfish?] So let’s start writing it down It’s tricky in the middle It feels like it’s wrong I ‘m confident So the name of the jellyfish is this Shun: Cotylorisa tuberculata! Hiyori: Cotylorisa kellin Clark! I made it Zakelin It’s Krata! It’s not Clark I said jellyfish at first I’m going to announce the correct answer The correct answer is Cotylorisa kellin You were right See! So, if you go to the aquarium, try this game. It’s fun, and I’m hungry, so I’d like to go get something to eat at the end. I’m off, so I went to Shonai Airport and got a takeout bento from Hirata Farm, which is located there. While I was in Yamagata, I saw a lot of signs saying things like “We use meat from Hirata Farm” or “We use pork from Hirata Farm.” It seems to be a famous farm in Yamagata, so I bought a tonkatsu bento from them. Let’s eat. I’m hungry . Let’s go. It’s open. This is Hirata Farm’s tonkatsu bento. It smells amazing. Let’s eat. It’s soft! It’s soft enough to bite into easily. Not too greasy, just right ! Delicious! じゃ …) English : They look so delicious! They eat so deliciously ! The batter is soft and crispy because it’s freshly fried , and since it’s at the airport, you can eat this even on a plane – it’s amazing! It’s been a while since I’ve had tonkatsu , it really hits home … So thank you for the meal ! It was incredibly delicious ! That concludes today’s video. I drew a picture of Cotyloris tuberculata. Yes (I see). This time, we went to the five-story pagoda in the evening, so we split it into two days, but the plan was originally designed to be able to see everything in one day . I recommend everyone to come to Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture. The jellyfish are amazing, so please check it out. Is it raining? It’s pretty intense, but it was raining the hardest when I was feeding them, so that’s how we were.
