【Vlog|SUB】季節の変わり目のごはん🍂冬瓜のそぼろ煮・おかずチャーシュー・ねばねばおひたし
I’m going to make some shredded green
onions to put on some leftover pork slices. Today, I found some rare watermelons at
the supermarket, so I bought some! I love watermelon so I’m happy! Boil the somen noodles. I heard that chilling tofu in salt water
makes it taste better, so I tried it! You can also add some somen noodles! It looks indescribable… (laughs) The pork slices are topped with plenty of
shredded green onions, pepper, and sesame oil! I’ve recently become addicted to mozuku
seaweed. It’s completely different from the mozuku
in a cup! Add the mentsuyu and vinegar. I didn’t add it today, but it’s also
delicious with kimchi. I love craft beer! The Hoya Boyanon packaging is also cute. It’s completely out of focus… (laughs) cheers! The watermelon wasn’t as sweet as I
expected… I want revenge. Separate the molokheiya leaves and stems. We will also be boiling okra, so prepare
it first. Remove the calyx part. First, boil the molokheiya stems. Next, quickly boil the leaves. I’ll add okra. Finely chop the boiled okra and
molokheiya. I like to eat this sticky boiled greens
over rice. I’ll also cut the okra. Seasoned with oyster soy sauce! Add kelp root stock as well. It’s a summer staple that’s great to have
in the fridge. I love winter melon soup Whenever I buy winter melon, I always
make soup. Today I’m going to try making simmered
winter melon! The pulp also becomes soft and delicious,
so just remove the seeds. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Quickly parboil it. Fry the minced pork. There was a lot of fat so I sucked it all
up. Add the winter melon and mix until it is
coated with fat. Add chili peppers too. Put water in there! Alcohol. sugar. Soy sauce. miso. Cover with a drop lid and simmer for a
little while. It’s really delicious! A little oyster sauce. White pepper. Add lots of basil. Ah! It’s ok, back to normal! I really like how it looks like something
you’d get at a restaurant when served on this plate. A friend gave it to me as a gift! The rice is also freshly cooked! The dish has changed because I separated
the winter melon.
