sub【NEWoMan高輪】東京の新名所 ニュウマン高輪で1日過ごし、全フロアを一周!おすすめスポットを紹介します♪ グルメ | ショッピング | 体験 | 攻略法

Hello everyone! This is Amy, traveling the world from Tokyo. Today, instead of a trip, I’m sharing a Tokyo vlog! I heard about a new spot opening in Tokyo, so I came to Takanawa Gateway Station. Upon exiting the ticket gate, I saw two very tall towers in front of the station. “NEWoMan Takanawa,” a new large-scale commercial and experience facility, opened on the first through fifth floors of these towers in September 2025! I had a great time spending a day at the newly opened “NEWoMan Takanawa,” so I’d like to share some recommended spots! NEWoMan is one of Lumine’s brands, and NEWoMan Takanawa is the largest new commercial facility in Lumine’s history, with approximately 180 stores. Currently, it consists of two buildings: “South” and “North.” Today, I’ll be exploring floors 1-5 of the “South” and “North” buildings, as well as floors 28-29 of the “North” building. Facing the station, the “South” building is on the left, and the “North” building is on the right. The station floor and main entrance are on the second floor. Today, I’ll start on the first floor, “South,” down the large staircase in the central atrium! I ‘ll post the floor map of NEWoMan Takanawa and the website URLs for the shops I visited today in the description section. Many of the shops in NEWoMan Takanawa open at 11:00. It’s very quiet on weekday mornings. I saw some residents running and walking their dogs! 800°DEGREES TAKANAWA is a pizzeria from LA. It’s always busy, even in the morning! I ‘ll head to a cafe. VERVE COFFEE ROASTERS is a coffee roaster from Santa Cruz, California. It opens at 7:00, so you can get in the morning action. VERVE embraces the “SEED TO CUP” philosophy, taking responsibility for the entire process, from growing the coffee beans to pouring them into your cup. They offer a wide selection of carefully selected coffees and a wide selection of food, from sweets to snacks. There are many cafes in “NEWoMan Takanawa,” but for coffee lovers, this shop offers a wide variety of coffees. The interior is spacious and the seats are well-spaced, so it’s perfect for those who want to take a leisurely break. ♪ There are many shops I want to visit today, so I’ll move on to the next one! On the first floor of “South,” there are stores selling daily necessities, such as Seijo Ishii and Matsukiyo. I returned to the middle staircase. Next, I checked out the first floor of “North.” Oh, so Hokkaido Dosanko Plaza has opened here! It’s inside the high-end supermarket Meijiya. As a travel lover, I’m happy! There are many delicious Hokkaido foods on display.♪ Unlike other stores, there wasn’t soft serve ice cream, but there was a wide selection! Next to Meijiya, a popular store has opened its first store! This is the first store of Happoen Western Confectionery, a new brand created by the wedding venue Happoen. It was open from 10:00. The display case is filled with beautiful cakes.♡ You can also enjoy them at the attached cafe! This extremely popular store saw a long line in the afternoon. Happoen Western Confectionery, with its selection of sweets perfect for gifts, was a must-visit. After visiting the interior design shop BoConcept and the flower shop Bois de Gui, I walked around the first floor from South to North. It ‘s so spacious! And there were lots of stylish shops lined up. I went up to the second floor of North. Let’s take a look! MUJI has opened a large store on the second and third floors! In front of it is Tokyo Cheese Factory, a popular gift shop. There are two products exclusive to the Takanawa store: this “Mousse Fromage” and the “Matcha & Mascarpone Cookie.” These cookie sandwiches are filled with rich, salty cheese cream! The Gorgonzola was quite salty, but the mascarpone was mellow and perfectly matched with the sweet cookie. ♡ Delicious. Looking toward the station from the second floor, the view is spectacular! You can even see the Rainbow Bridge! The Shinkansen and JR lines seemed so close. The Yamanote Line and Keihin-Tohoku Line ran simultaneously, so even non-railway buffs were excited. The self-driving mobility vehicle “iino” was running. It was free, so we took the kids on board! The “iino” took us to the second floor, in front of the station. Next, we went to the popular bakery on the second floor of “North”! Actually, we came here as soon as we arrived! A wonderful object♡ “NEWoMan Takanawa” is filled with art everywhere, and the interior is incredibly stylish! The flagship store of Vermicular, famous for its pots, has just opened! It features a shop, restaurant, and bakery. Vermicular is a product of a company founded in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture! There’s a “Vermicular Village” in Nagoya, and it’s now expanding to Tokyo. Vermicular pots are great for waterless cooking! Have you ever used one? The place I really wanted to visit today was VERMICULAR POT MADE BAKERY! All of their bread is baked in a Vermicular pot! They ‘re all shaped like pots, which is adorable! Their seasonal Danish pastries are absolutely delicious! They bake the bread in-house, and the freshly baked bread is constantly being brought out ! They also have a wide selection of sliced bread, focaccia, and savory breads ! The “Broccoli and Shrimp Tartine” is a new menu item to celebrate the store’s opening! I’m also curious about the mentaiko French bread! Next time, I definitely want to try the “Egg and Smoked Daikon Roe Sandwich”!!! The most popular item in the popular section is the “Waterless Curry Bread” for ¥580. I have to try these two popular items! I also bought the “Specialty Egg Cream Bread” for ¥320. Speaking of which, I couldn’t find the Takanawa-exclusive ganache…it seems it hasn’t been baked yet. It opens at 8:00, and if you go before the building opens at 11:00, the selection seems to be good. Once the bread sells out, they’ll only serve drinks. It was crowded like this after 12:00 and throughout the afternoon, so it’s best to come early. Behind the Vermicular Zone was Fragrance Street. It included the popular Parisian fragrance shop, DIPTYQUE. Compared to other stores, it had a wider selection, allowing you to leisurely sample scents. The back of the store was lined with a wide variety of shops, from fashionable apparel stores to general merchandise stores. Next, let’s head to the second floor of “South”! The shopping area opens at 11:00! Hot new stores have opened in “South” too! The second floor of “South” is also a luxury cosmetics and fragrance street. Chanel and Prada are some of Japan’s largest cosmetics stores. Hermès in Color offers the entire Hermès perfume and beauty line. At the back of the second floor of “South,” there’s a delicious restaurant. There’s also a cafe attached to LA MAISON DU CHOCOLAT. I love their eclairs. The hazelnut-flavored “Glace Praline” ice cream, available for takeout only, is exclusive to the NEWoMan Takanawa store. I’ll definitely try it next time! Head up to the third floor of South! The third floor houses apparel for women and a fragrance shop. At @aroma, you can create your own original blend with the “aroma oil blender. ” MUCHA, which has been expanding its stores recently, also has a new store. The large atrium windows make the interior very bright. The fourth floor of South is packed with everything from apparel to cosmetics and restaurants. This floor is lined with Bay Cruise clothing and shoe stores. I’m excited to see Pasand by ne Quittez pas open. There are only a few locations in Tokyo, so I’m happy to see more brick-and-mortar locations . I walk toward the deck. The popular Hawaiian restaurant Rigo SPANISH ITALIAN has made its Japanese debut! SOW COFFEE ROASTERS’ coffee beans and tea leaves are sourced through direct trade. Not only the coffee, but the pastries and sweets look delicious too. ♡ After passing the street of cafes and restaurants, a bright deck came into view. “NEWoMan Takanawa” has plenty of free space! I’m hungry! Let’s have brunch! ♪ I’ll eat the bread from Vermicular Bakery I just got. ♪ Their most popular “Waterless Curry Bread” isn’t fried, but it’s crispy and firm! Wow, the curry is spicy and satisfying! Warming it up at home made it even more delicious. ♪ Next up is the “Specialty Egg Cream Bread.” ♪ This one also feels heavy in my hand! What!? The cream is a deep yellow I’ve never seen before! It’s the color of an egg sandwich. Mmmmm ♡ This is the most delicious cream bread I’ve ever eaten! The texture of the bread is completely different from curry bread, moist and fluffy. ♡ Cream bread is my number one recommendation! Lastly, the “Mentaiko and Potato” bread. This one is also heavy, but the bread is fluffy. I love it! The cheese on top adds a nice accent, making it the perfect side dish bread! They bake each type of bread differently. It’s so delicious I can’t stop eating! Apparently, about 180 stores have opened in “NEWoMan Takanawa,” so I wonder if I’ll be able to see them all today? Let’s enjoy the afternoon! What a great view! You can see the trains from here, too. The Yamanote Line, Keihin-Tohoku Line, Tokaido Shinkansen, and limited express trains all run simultaneously. I could stare at the trains and Tokyo’s skyscrapers forever! The deck continues toward the center, and there were even seats with views of Takanawa Gateway Station! The “South” and “North” sections on the 4th and 5th floors are connected by a walkway! I’m on the 4th floor of “North.” There’s a great view from here, too! The 4th floor of “North” is lined with stylish interior and apparel shops. The interior shop “ACYUS” is spacious! With so many different shops, you could easily spend hours here! “BEAMS CULTUART” is a stylish shop that promotes a wide range of cultures, including art, entertainment, and design! Next door is “CASETiFY STUDiO,” popular for its smartphone and tech accessories! The designs are cute and, most importantly, durable—I use one myself! You can even customize the straps! They even have custom suitcases! Also, here’s a noteworthy cafe on the 4th floor of “North,” [Bicerin]. This cafe from Turin, Italy, is popular for its tiramisu and gelato. We’ll check out the 5th floor later, so let’s head down to the 2nd floor of “North.” Tired from all the shopping and walking, it’s time for a coffee break! At the JR station entrance on the 2nd floor of “North,” you’ll find [Nicolai Bergmann]! The flower boxes are just too beautiful! ♡ [365 Days and Coffee] is a cafe run by “365 Days,” a natural bakery that focuses on ingredients. During coffee time, the cafes are packed everywhere! Tired from walking, it’s time for a coffee break! I’m back in the Vermicular Zone. Everything on the lunch menu, cooked in a Vermicular oven, looks delicious. Lunch is only available until 2:30 PM! There was a huge line from morning until late afternoon at VERMICULAR RESTAURANT THE FOUNDRY. Even though it was 2:30 PM, the bread from the bakery I went to that morning was almost sold out. It’s really popular. Of all the newly opened stores, the Vermicular flagship store seems to be particularly popular and talked about. During cafe time, they serve desserts made in a Vermicular oven. The pudding looked delicious. I ordered the “Fruit Tomato and Waterless Cooked Fig Tart.” It’s so visually adorable! It’s a tart packed into a small Vermicular pot. The crust is crispy, with a black tea sponge cake topped with cream, and the topping is covered in fresh fruit tomatoes and figs. I’d definitely like to dine there next time. Dinner reservations are available, so it’s a good idea to make a reservation. Now that my stomach is full, I head to my favorite spot in NEWoMan Takanawa! I take the direct elevator from the second floor to the 28th floor. LUFTBAUM is a sky garden-style area themed around plants and views, spanning the 28th and 29th floors. Suddenly, a green oasis appears atop the building: the Green Garden! Over 500 plants are arranged, creating a garden space that seems to cover everything from the walkways to the walls. A variety of trees, including maples, cherry blossoms, and willows, allow you to experience the four seasons of Japan. They also incorporate a high-quality acoustic design (an immersive sound system), so sound is part of the spatial presentation. My favorite spot is this elevated spot, overlooking the greenery and the city! Apparently, on a clear day, you can even see Mount Fuji in the distance. There’s no roof! It’s an open-air rooftop garden. We’re on the 28th floor, 150 meters above ground! Looking down is quite thrilling! Visiting the garden is free! If you come to “NEWoMan Takanawa,” this is definitely a place you’ll want to visit! The atmosphere changes depending on the season and time of day, making it a garden you’ll never get bored of! Let’s take a walk around the 28th floor! The walkways are filled with plants, making it feel like a jungle. Popular restaurants and cafes are lined up in the natural surroundings! Every place has a wonderful atmosphere! I have a reservation at this restaurant for dinner tonight, so I’ll go there later. I noticed a particularly long line during cafe time! [LOOPS] is a wonderful place that transforms from a cafe during the day to a bar at night. Next to it, there was a photogenic staircase! We went up to the 29th floor. There were many people taking photos! What is this spot with an overseas atmosphere?! We can see [LOOPS] from above, which we saw earlier from below.♡ The 29th floor is lined with luxury restaurants. As a meat lover, I love it! There’s also [Wolfgang’s Steakhouse]. Looking at the garden from the 29th floor, it feels like a greenhouse in the sky! Finally, go up to the 5th floor and take a walk around! Let’s start with “North”! There’s a great view from the 5th floor deck! Takanawa Gateway Station looks cool even when you look at it anew. STARBUCKS on the 5th floor is open from 10:00 AM. The seating is quite spacious, with some sofa seats with partitions. There are also terrace seats and seats that cost extra, making this a luxurious Starbucks! Next to Starbucks is THE CITY BAKERY, a row of cafes. It has fewer seats than Starbucks, but if you’re looking for delicious bread, I recommend this place! SUPER RAW is a food hall offering a wide variety of food, including ramen, curry, and craft beer. As you walk, you’ll be drawn in by the spicy smell of curry. I discovered a shop with a wonderful atmosphere! SASUI ITO EN: The famous ITO EN has opened a flagship concept store to promote a new tea culture. Answer the tea diagnosis and they’ll suggest teas that suit your preferences and mood! They have an interactive menu where you can create your own cup of tea while enjoying the aroma and flavor of the tea leaves! They also have tea-themed sweets and meals, such as matcha parfaits, mochi sets, and set menus. If you’re looking for Japanese tea, this is the place for you! From the connecting corridor, we head to the 5th floor of “South”! We arrived at BUNKITSU TOKYO, one of our destinations for today. It was so much fun, I’d like to introduce it in detail! BUNKITSU TOKYO is based on the concept of a “bookstore where you can savor culture.” It’s a new type of bookstore that combines bookstore, reading space, and cafe functions. The spacious store is lined with approximately 100,000 books! With 100,000 books, there’s a selection of books in every genre! What was interesting was this themed book set! There’s also a kids’ corner, making it a reading forest for the whole family! You’ll want to go through this tunnel. There’s also the stylish stationery shop HIGHTIDE STORE and Link cafe TOKYO, produced by Tully’s. We’ve arrived at our destination! Today I wanted to come to this [CAFE LOUNGE]! The book cafe in the paid zone costs ¥1,100 for 60 minutes and includes free drinks. First, I received my pass at the reception desk in the middle and received an explanation. There are three cafe lounges to choose from depending on your mood and purpose! The lounge right next to the reception is Cafe Ensemble, which can accommodate large groups! This wall-to-wall bookshelf is a must-see for book lovers! It’s exciting! You can read or purchase books in the cafe lounge. The free drink lineup is as follows. They also offer KUSUMI TEA and food (for an additional fee). I enjoyed a refreshing green apple sencha. This cafe has a different selection of books than my usual book cafes. I usually read business or practical books, so today I decided to read some art. Last year, I went to Paris for the first time in a while and experienced the paintings of the Impressionist masters. I can’t paint at all, but I love looking at them. I learned about the artists through books! The second lounge is BOOK BIOTOP, surrounded by books. Although the area is surrounded by books, each table has an outlet and, of course, Wi-Fi, so many people were working on their computers. The desks are spacious, so it seems like you can concentrate on both reading and working! I’ll definitely come back and work on my computer next time! The third lounge is the Panorama Lounge, which offers a great view. While the selection of books is limited, they do have a selection of stylish foreign books. Each lounge also has drinks available, which is nice. The two hours flew by. Payment is made at the reception desk in the middle. It’s already 6:00 PM… I’ve been at NEWoMan Takanawa since 10:30 AM, but I could really stay all day! I’ve included a floor map of NEWoMan Takanawa and the URLs of the recommended restaurants in the description section. Anyway, I have a dinner date with a friend today, so it’s about time to head there! Finally, I’ll introduce a popular restaurant on the 5th floor of South: TOOTH TOOTH BISTRO&CAFE, a bistro and cafe. TOOTH TOOTH, a Kobe-based patisserie and restaurant chain, has opened its first Tokyo location. Their original blend tea, with its cute packaging, makes a perfect gift. The galettes look delicious. If it’s busy, you’ll need to get a numbered ticket and wait. You can see the Rainbow Bridge, and the night view is beautiful! We arrived at LUFTBAUM on the 28th floor at night. We took a walk around the sky garden at night. It’s lit up, which is a different atmosphere from the daytime, and it’s really beautiful. There was an exhibition celebrating the opening in the event space. Our final destination for the day was GARDEN HOUSE! Originating in Kamakura, GARDEN HOUSE serves Northern California-style cuisine. A friend who lives in Kamakura made a reservation for us today! The open kitchen and the interior atmosphere are wonderful! Prices are set for hummus (¥1,480) and Pizza Bismarck (¥2,500). I was surprised at how much prosciutto there was! The carefully selected eggs have a rich flavor. ♡ They also have a pizza oven inside, so the thin pizza crust is delicious. I ordered a 450g porterhouse steak (T-bone) for ¥5,500 . The meat was a little tough, but the portion was worth it! The atmosphere was great—not too luxurious, not too casual. It’s perfect for a girls’ night out or a date, and since it’s all-day dining, it’s also recommended for families during the day. Italian porcini mushroom and roasted radicchio pasta (¥1,950) . It was a fulfilling day, with lots of delicious food, shopping, and a spectacular view. “NEWoMan Takanawa” was a fun new spot! Today, I took a tour of “NEWoMan Takanawa,” a new Tokyo landmark. It’s a recommended spot for both those living in the Tokyo area and those visiting Tokyo! A new building next door is scheduled to be completed next year, so keep an eye on Takanawa! I hope this video will be helpful for your outings! It made me want to go to “NEWoMan Takanawa”! I had fun!
