香港一人旅vlog🇭🇰2泊3日グルメ三昧モデルコース|渡航200回超トラベルライターが厳選!

Hi, I’m YURIE, a travel writer! This time, I’m sharing my 3-day Hong Kong vlog. From San Francisco International Airport to Hong Kong! There was a Cathay Pacific lounge at SFO too! Since it was a night flight, I took a shower before boarding. Cathay lounges always have the same relaxing vibe no matter which country you visit. The chicken congee served onboard was so comforting—exactly what I needed. After about 15 hours, I arrived at Hong Kong Airport! It was an early morning flight, so I headed straight to the hotel. I took the Airport Express to Kowloon Station. This view feels so Hong Kong—it instantly lifts my mood! I dropped off my luggage at the hotel and headed out. Arrived in Sheung Wan. A cute cat was sitting at the shop front! It seemed like it was a public holiday, and the congee place I wanted to visit was closed. So I changed plans and decided to go to a café instead. Since it was an early flight, I grabbed a coffee first. This café is known for serving coffee in vintage cups. They had a Hong Kong travel guide on the shelf, so I took a look! Then I took the MTR to get some breakfast! I found a dim sum place that’s great for solo diners—it’s in Jordan. There was a line, but the turnover was fast, so I got seated quickly. Once you order, the dishes come out super fast—it all makes sense! Most items come in sets of 2 or 3, so you can try many even when you’re alone! They have three branches in Hong Kong, and everything was delicious! I also topped up my Octopus card! Before check-in, I visited a few Hermès stores. The Hermès hunt will be in a separate video, so stay tuned! This time, I stayed at the Kerry Hotel. It’s part of the Shangri-La group, located within walking distance of Whampoa Station, with great access. Since it’s a bit away from the center, the rooms are spacious! And there’s a bathtub, which is always a plus! Amenities were fully stocked, including toothbrushes. The shampoo and body care were from John Masters Organics! The mini fridge had beer and Coke inside. Hearing the crosswalk sounds always makes me feel like I’m in Hong Kong! For an early dinner, I headed to Causeway Bay. It’s a casual restaurant serving Sichuan cuisine. They offer set menus, so it’s easy to order even when dining solo. Ordering is done online, so no worries if you don’t understand Cantonese. I ordered the spicy chicken and dry dan dan noodles! The portion was huge—it took some effort to mix it all! The chicken has bones, so be careful when eating, haha! I had a drink at the hotel rooftop bar. It has a great view, and it’s surprisingly quiet—a hidden gem! They had a happy hour deal, buy 1 get 1 free, so I ordered champagne! I could even see the Symphony of Lights show at 8 p.m. from there. Day 2 started early! I went to Kennedy Town in the morning. As usual, I got an oat latte. It was my first time visiting Kennedy Town. It’s a stylish area with lots of trendy cafés and restaurants. I took a walk along the seaside! Since it was too early, most shops were still closed—I’d love to come back after noon next time. Then I took the tram to Sheung Wan! Got the front seat on the upper deck—so lucky! The bamboo scaffolding views felt so authentically Hong Kong. I finally went back to the congee place that was closed on Day 1. As always, I ordered my favorite liver congee! Adding the condiments that come with it makes it even better! If you don’t like liver, they also have preserved egg or meat congee. Next, I stopped by the supermarket Market Place—great for souvenir shopping. The Hong Kong craft beer section is a must-check! Instant noodles like Demae Iccho are also really good here. I walked down a narrow alley and found a spice shop. It’s a specialty store I always visit for spices. I usually buy chili peppers, Sichuan peppercorns, and black pepper there. Sheung Wan has a lot of wall art, so just walking around is fun! It started raining, so I took a café break! The passion fruit tea was lightly sweet and really good. I found a cute retro Hong Kong-themed shop! It’s also a great place to find souvenirs! While walking around, I came across PMQ—a renovated police quarters turned shopping complex. I even found a piece by Invader!! There was also a space where you could play table tennis. For lunch, I went to a popular beef noodle shop that always has a line. I arrived 30 minutes before opening and got in with the first seating. I ordered beef brisket noodles and added plain curry on the side! It was super crowded, and with the long chopsticks, eating was quite a challenge! I like dipping the noodles in the curry for a flavor change—it’s my favorite way to eat it! Hong Kong has many COS stores, so I always stop by. I bought a white T-shirt with a beautiful silhouette. Then I went to my regular foot massage place in Wan Chai. For dinner, I tried another Sichuan restaurant near the hotel. Started with a beer, of course! Had some mapo tofu first. I took half of it to-go and finished with dan dan noodles! The dan dan noodles here are seriously good! The sesame flavor is rich, and I’ve been back several times. Day 3 in Hong Kong! I woke up slowly and had breakfast at the hotel. My stay included breakfast this time. As expected from a Shangri-La property, the buffet was amazing! They had a great selection of Chinese dishes like congee and dim sum. There was also a noodle bar, so of course, I had to try it. The broth was mild but tasty—I’ve been eating noodles nonstop in Hong Kong! I found egg tarts—and they were perfectly crispy and delicious! After relaxing in my room until checkout, I took a taxi to the station. While walking through Elements mall, I found a wonton noodle shop and couldn’t resist going in! Since I was planning to visit the airport lounge later, I just had a light meal. But I ended up adding shrimp dumplings too! My last meal in Hong Kong! I really love the thin noodles in Hong Kong-style wonton soup! By the way, this shop also has branches at the airport and Hong Kong Station! I took the Airport Express from Kowloon Station to the airport. Before flying back, I went to the Cathay Pacific lounge! I can never skip their dan dan noodles, even when I’m full! I ate so many noodles during this Hong Kong trip—it’s kind of funny! The roasted pork with crispy skin was also amazing! I really ate a lot this trip! After a while away, there were so many things I wanted to eat! Cathay lounges are so comfortable—I could honestly live there! It was almost boarding time, so I headed to the gate. Thank you so much for watching my 3-day Hong Kong vlog till the end! I hope to see you again in the next video. Thank you for watching!!
