南京人鍾情的葷菜,當以鴨子為主。作為六朝古都,甚至被人們稱為“鴨都”,網絡上早有戲謔:“沒有一隻鴨子能活著遊出南京”明太祖朱元璋喜歡吃鴨,叉燒烤鴨、燜爐烤鴨、八寶桂花鴨,甚至鴨肝、鴨四件,皆做成美味,朱皇帝幾乎“日食烤鴨一隻”,後來帶動南京人也嗜鴨成癖,形成了“無鴨不成席”的風俗。當時流行一句民謠:「古書院,琉璃塔,玄色緞子鹽水鴨。」鹽水鴨已名列南京四大特色之中。
南京人愛吃鴨除了與歷史、地理環境有關外,還與南京氣候炎熱有關。每到暑季,南京人喜歡吃一些涼性的食物來解暑,而鴨子長在水邊,其肉性味甘、寒,入肺胃腎經,有滋補、養胃、補腎、消水腫等作用,所以自然成了南京人飯桌上的佳餚。
南京是一座神奇的城市。當你第一次來到南京的時候,你完全沒有辦法準確的找到這個城市的氣質,因為這個城市的氣息非常的雜亂,這裡既不像北京的皇城根下的貴氣,也不像上海那種濃鬱的小資腔調,既沒有蘇錫常那種明顯的江南水鄉,也沒有大西北那種大漠孤煙,甚至南京人也找不到能夠準確形容南京的詞語,也找不到哪怕一點點所共性的地方,可以說對這個地方的印像是非常雜亂以及碎片化的。

  3. 就跟現代年輕人不知道純素是什麼一樣,華人的純素是沒有肉蛋奶五辛的食物叫做純素。年輕人自己無知,先被洋人邪教VEGAN洗腦,想不到VEGAN要取什麼中文名,暫譯"新純素主義",後來嫌念五個字太長乾脆直接把純素取代掉。 搞到現在年輕人講的純素跟老一輩講的純素是不同東西。可B。不相信我講的那些無知年輕人。去問那些根本不上網的老人們"純素是什麼?"看有誰會回答你是VEGAN。笑死人
