Would love to see more driving through Ruther Glen specifically down signboard rd area
I attended then Lock Haven State College from 1978 – 1980. The campus looks very different, but you can never get away from all of the steps!! LOL! That area of Pennsylvania is quite beautiful, quite like Virginia. I also lived in Winchester, Virginia in the late 80s. Another very beautiful place. One infamous business in Lock Haven that was there back then and still there is the Texas Restaurant, know then and now for it's "growlers".
