If you are not by road trip 你可以搭JR去神宮寺站
You can take JR to Jinguji Station 行2分鐘就到
Walk by 2 minutes 福乃友酒廠
Factory of Fukunotomo 酒藏係1913年開業
The brewery was established in 1913 所以望落酒藏嘅建築
The architecture of the sake brewery 真係有啲過百年歷史嘅感覺
It really feels a bit over a hundred years old 我哋去了酒廠嘅後邊
We go to the back of the distillery 這裡有泊車
With parking 但係又搵到去門口
But not find the entrance 我哋去前面睇下
Let go to the front 福乃友地酒
Fukunotomo Local Sake 這邊才是藏見學試酒
This is where visit or taste sake 酒廠都係比較
Brewery are compared 傳統舊式
Traditional old style 這邊是正門
This is the main entrance 讓人試酒買酒的地方
A place for people to taste and buy sake 係有車位泊車
With parking lot 我哋泊了後邊
But we park at the back 如果大家揸車嚟到
If you drive here 記得搵正門這位置泊車
Please park at main entrance 有營業與否
Open or not today 營業中

The direct line is the Brewery Direct Sales 秋田那隻嘢
The Akita thing 很可愛
Very cute 酒藏每個月會搞一次
The sake brewery is held once a month 以重量出售新酒
Selling new sake by weight 酒桶在你面前
The barrel in front of you 直接將酒入樽
Directly into the bottle 今個月新鮮的新酒係純米生原酒
This month’s fresh new sake Junmai Nama Genshu 喺11月23至25號舉行
on November 23-25 不同季節有不同嘅酒
Different seasons have different sakes 可惜我哋撞唔啱日期
Unfortunately, we don’t hit the right date 這裡全部都係
It’s all here 生原酒冬天
Winter Nama Genshu 行這裡
Walk here 首先睇咗母屋設施
First looked at the main house facilities 會客室
Meeting room 上次我哋喺福井縣就係坐這些
The last time we were in Fukui Prefecture we sat on these 坐了全日
Sitting all day 基於衞生問題
Based on health issues 酒藏就冇開放藏見學
There is no open for visiting brewery 只是這裡顯示古老工具和藝術品
Just here to show ancient tools and artworks 這裡又係會客室
another meeting room 有個好舊式嘅衣櫃
Old style wardrobe 這邊
Here 文庫藏在二樓
The library is on the second floor 一樓
1/F 可以上去
Can go up 花
Flower 舊式的酒桶
Old sake tank 有傳統的
There is a traditional 傳統嘅傢俬
Traditional furniture 舊式嘅釀酒工具
Old school brewing tools 舊式嘅收銀機
The old-fashioned cash register 酒壺
flagon 這些酒係攞獎的
These sakes are award-winning 二樓
At 2/F 二樓就係休息室
On the second floor is the lounge 你可以坐喺度休息
You can take a rest 前面條樓梯係封了
The front staircase is closed 就係以前古代嘅樓梯
It is the staircase of former times 好高一級
Higher staircase 和好窄
And narrow 一直都唔明
It’s never clear 以前日本人比較矮少
In the past, Japanese people were shorter 梯級咁高
The steps are so high 咪好難行
It’s so hard to walk up 後來起條現代啲嘅樓梯
A more modern staircase was later built 入來這裡
Come here 可以買酒和試酒
Sell & taste sake 首先我哋好快望一望這裡所有的酒
Let take a quick look at all the sakes here 酒藏嘅酒款都非常之多
There are many kinds of sake in the sake collection 720ML價錢普遍由¥1XXX至¥5XXX
Price is from ¥1XXX to ¥5XXX 這裡都有甘酒同和梅酒賣
They sell amazake and plum sake here 有這個最出名嘅
There is this most famous 秋田犬
Akita dog 純吟秋酒

Bottled in its pure, unprocessed state 720ML價錢大約係¥1900
The price of 720ML is around ¥1900 這支係杜氏精心製造大吟釀
This branch of the Chief brewer carefully produces Daiginjo ¥2840 右邊這支就係秋田限定發售的
The one on the right is limited sales at Akita 福大吟釀
Fortune daiginjo 中間那支是雫酒
Middle one is Shizuku sake 下邊就有純米原酒和純米酒
Below are junmai sake and junmai Genshu 價錢係¥1XXX
Price is ¥1XXX 右邊的秋田犬
The right Akita dog 就係冬天的
It’s a winter version 仲有手信賣

Sweet taste 微甜
Lightly sweet 這支只有500ML
Only with 500ml 冬樹好飲啲
Fuyuki is much better 最後我哋就買咗秋田犬這支秋酒回來
