【神戸女ひとり旅】新神戸駅周辺の穴場を散策する日のVlog|新神戸・観光/グルメ/旅動画

Kabu’s trip: Good morning, everyone! I’m currently at Sannomiya Station. I’m planning to explore the area around Shin-Kobe Station. I’m taking the bus from the Sannomiya Center Street East Exit. Autumn has arrived in Japan. The photo was taken in summer. I’m taking bus line 2. Come on, let’s explore together! It’s about 15 minutes from Sannomiya Station. I got off at Kumanai 6-chome. I’ll have lunch first. I think it’s around here… but I passed it by. Let’s go in. It feels so open! The view outside the window is also nice. What will we eat? French toast seems to be popular. However, I ordered the shrimp and avocado bagel. This isn’t just a bagel; they also offer croissants, focaccia, and rye bread. Delicious! Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. I love it. They also have side dishes. So good! They’re handmade. It tastes so healthy. I loved this bagel. Where was it from? I was very satisfied. I’d like to come back. Next, we head to the museum in front of the cafe. I’ve always been curious about this place. It’s the only museum in Japan specializing in carpentry tools. Not only are they exhibiting carpentry tools, but they also have models of shrines. Let’s go! It’s hard to believe we’re in the middle of Kobe. I’m so excited! The building has one floor above ground and two below. The walls are made of glass. It feels very open. Let’s start on the first basement floor. The museum is divided into seven sections. This is the “Journey Through History” section. It uses models to display the history of tools from prehistoric times to modern times. It’s very easy to understand. Check it out! There’s also a 7-meter-tall model of the Kondo (Main Hall) of Toshodaiji Temple. Takenaka Corporation was founded in 1610 as a company that built shrines and temples. Amazing! You can see up close the nail-free assembly technique. It’s designed like this. Amazing!! It’s my first time seeing it. Different planes are sharpened differently. Have you ever seen Japanese carpentry tools? I haven’t had many opportunities. It’s a truly valuable experience. We move to the second basement floor. This museum is home to carpenters who specialize in shrines and other structures. You can experience various things with them. There’s a huge saw! It’s my first time seeing one! Next to it are exhibits of typical wood species used in construction. Each species has its own unique characteristics. Different types are used depending on the location. The textures are completely different. It’s fascinating! This exhibit features works by a famous blacksmith. Look! This is sukiya-style architecture, a typical example of Japanese architecture. It uses whole logs. You can see how it’s assembled. It’s so precious! This is also assembled piece by piece. No nails are used. It’s so delicate. I was very impressed. Let’s go next! I’d like to take a break. There’s a specialty shop nearby that serves a course meal with desserts. Too bad! It’s closed today. They have a simultaneous start system at 11:00 and 1:00 PM (reservations are required). After 3:00 PM, there’s a cafe where reservations aren’t required. I’ll go again next time! There’s a Chinese-style building in this park. This monument was sent to commemorate the friendship between Kobe and Tianjin, China. It’s been 20 years since the building was established. This agreement is the first between Japan and China. Kobe is the first city in China to have a valid city partnership! Amazing! I’m taking a break at this cafe. This is a long-established Western-style pastry shop founded in 1952. They don’t use preservatives, artificial colorings, or preservatives. They use carefully selected ingredients. The cafe space is in the back. The large windows are great! It feels very open. They use home-roasted coffee beans for their coffee. Let’s eat! The roasting method changes depending on the season. So delicious! I’m having cake. This is… so delicious!!! The refreshing tartness of the orange, the milk chocolate cream, and the fluffy sponge cake are a perfect combination!! I’m very satisfied. I feel so refreshed. Let’s go home!! Thank you for watching my video! Please subscribe to my channel.
