Osaka’s best location to stay | 7 Reasons to stay in Namba

today we’re in Asaka our home away from home and it’s been a long 5 years since we’ve visited Asaka we’re staying in number our favorite place to stay and we are going to show you seven reasons why if you’re coming to oaka this is the area you want to be in [Music] nambar is the perfect location to stay if you’re coming to Osaka and one of those reasons is because of all the fabulous and budget friendly hotels that are in this area we’ve stayed at quite a few of those hotels in the years and roughly paid between the 100 and 140 Australian dollar Mark per night for two people some of those great hotels are Fraser residence the hotel ill cure the Ibis on the Bor River Hotel Hillary’s and the one we’re staying in at the moment that you can check out uh when the video on that one comes out so don’t forget to subscribe so that you don’t miss out on that one and this one is Hotel keyan [Music] Grand nber is the perfect place to stay because we’re flying into Kai airport it’s a direct train to nankai nambas station from the airport there’s a fast train train that does it in between 30 to 40 minutes or the slower train that will take around 50 minutes perfect place to stay and easy to navigate [Music] too with the sakab be in Japan’s kitchen even the Fest of eaters is going to be able to find something to eat here from budget to highend and Amber especially you can find somewhere to eat around every corner [Music] in the middle of the bustling City we’ve come to the isaka shrine which is a Shinto Temple the god behind us is believed to swallow evil spirits and bring good luck so teny wants to throw me in there good idea [Music] hey we are in Osaka D and Bor running man behind [Music] [Applause] us we’ve walked down heni Yogo one of the little back streets it’s beautifully lit up down to the temple so in the middle of nambo and one of the back streets there’s this beautiful Temple behind us that’s been here for over 4 100 years and they believe that if you put um water onto the Border it brings you good luck and [Music] prosperity Amber is the perfect place to stay if you want to be connected to transport in na in the Namba main station the nanco station we’ve got the Nano line that gets you to the airport out to mount ker you’ve also got the Subway M suji line which will take you up to a meta to head out out to Koto you’ve got the Hansen line and the K tensu line you can get pretty much anywhere you can get straight to Nar from here so Namba is the perfect place if you want to have Easy Transport [Music] around one of our favorite shopping areas is this street just up here IU Bashi suji and it runs into shinai suji best shopping lots of vintage shops and a range of bits and pieces up there perfect place to [Music] shop We’re In America which is uh about a 5 minute walk off shinashi suji and this area is very oops is very uh popular for youth there’s a lot of fashion trendy fashion shops and I’ve heard their is a particular shop that sells ice cream hot [Music] dogs we’re definitely not in New York we’re at kuramon markets which is a 600 M food candy Market but dating back from the Edo period [Music] we’re at duya Sushi which is utensil Street did you pronounce that one right probably not [Music] so we’re in denden town which is a Saka version of akara or the electronics District there’s lots of anime and mango shops and made cafes and we’re going to have a look [Music] around we’re sitting in the Gardens at nber Park Shopping Center which are over three or four floors it’s a lovely place to relax in the middle of the city we’ve been up here a couple of times and you’ll find people here all times of the night till it closes about midnight I think it is or 10: p.m. one of the two but it’s open quite late and it looks quite nice at night time I might be biases to why I like shin saashi suji but it’s got something to do with all of these vintage shops that sell secondhand luxury goods at a cheaper price than buying them new now they used to be really really cheap as in $400 $500 for a bag they’re a little bit more expensive now but still an absolute bargain if you’re into luxury [Music] goods hope you’ve enjoyed what you’ve seen today if you have liked what you’ve seen please don’t forget to give it a thumbs up and if you want to help us grow our Channel you could consider subscribing we’d really appreciate it if they want to see more of our adventures around Japan please check out the rest of the videos which will be linked and also just go to our Channel and look at all our videos please see you next time bye now
