I was reading 「I Am a Cat」. And came across this part it brought up two pine trees. One is near ichigaya station. The other is around Kounodai's Satomi Park. The one in ichigaya was known a bit scary. The one in Kounodai was used to hang a bell in an ancient war or something like that.
Speaking of Kounodai. Previously, I looked up 矢切の渡し because of 柴又帝釋天 because of 京成高砂 because of a ramen shop 麺心 國もと which a friend from the US went to this year, and told me about the egg yolk in the egg was runny and hot. Usually a runny egg yolk in a ramen egg is cold in the middle, so he was surprised that the yolk was hot while runny.
I was looking up the station which the ramen shop is at. And then noticed 帝釈天参道. From that noticed 矢切の渡し. And now when I look up Kounodai I realize it is near that. While reading info online, I also see people wrote that there is another book from 漱石,『彼岸過迄』 which in it it mentioned a walk from 鴻の台 to 柴又帝釈天.
