捲醬遊-白牌一日武嶺之差點回不來? / 機車旅行 / MSX / Vlog

Let’s fill up the gas first : Mileage reset to zero : One day in Wuling officially set off. Welcome to Juanjuan’s daily life. Today I’m going to challenge the highest point on Taiwan Highway – Wuling : When I usually go to Qianye Village (resident singing), I will turn in from here : The road here is the one I have never walked before. This trip to Wuling was a spur-of-the-moment decision . I have always wanted to go to Nanheng Pass , but it is closed until the end of October. Suddenly I remembered that the Four Points have already passed the lowest point of the highway (Guogang Tunnel). I go there often, so let’s challenge the highest point! After crossing a section of mountain road, we arrived at Dagangshan : Provincial Highway 29A, now heading towards Guanmiao : This is the Guanmiao city area : From Highway 86, go to the end of Guanmiao and you’ll connect to the intersection of National Highway 3. A golden light shone through the clouds . The morning sky was beautiful : This is… when we were circling the island… :……. : It felt like I’d walked this road before (not sure 😆) : Xinhua Old Street in the early morning : We passed Xinhua Old Street again. Last time we circled the island, it was already daybreak when we arrived there , but this time, it was already there before daybreak : Actually, it’s quite beautiful at this time of year : Even though nothing is open yet : Let’s continue north! : The sky is starting to get a little brighter : Going to the bathroom : The bathroom is out of order : Daybreak~ : Daybreak~ (singing inexplicably) : I need to use the bathroom : Okay! Let’s go to the next stop first, : See if there’s a bathroom : Wow! So beautiful! : Sure enough, there are bathrooms in the morning… (suddenly forgetting what I was going to say) : Beautiful scenery : It’s delayed, but I still want to take pictures : Okay, let’s go! Let’s go! : That cloud is truly unique : Now we’re connecting to Provincial Highway 1 : Heading towards Shanhua : This route is the same as the one we took around the island : Finally, there’s a restroom : Have breakfast : Let’s keep going! (What are you excited about?!) : Shanhua Brewery Some people say it’s brave to travel from Kaohsiung to Wuling alone in one day. I just mean, if we’re traveling from Kaohsiung to Keelung on the first day of our island tour, Wuling is in the middle of Taiwan, so a round trip should be about the same. So, we just foolishly set off . Traveling alone is n’t lonely ; it’s the experience of riding. The scenery, the temperature, even the smells along the way are all beyond your reach when driving. Following the navigation route, you can see things that tourists don’t see , as well as glimpses of local life. Passing by the Linfengying 7-11 train on our island tour! : Almost reaching Yunlin! Oops, I’m a little sleepy. Stopped at the 7-11 for a break and a ginseng drink to refresh myself. Cheers! A quick nap : A quick nap : About 20 minutes : We’re still three hours from Puli : Let’s keep going! : Leaving Provincial Highway 3, we’ll connect to Provincial Highway 141 : Entering Changhua! The road to Zhuoshui Station in Nantou is surrounded by greenery. The weather and air are wonderful. The Jiji Tunnel has a unique view, right? Actually, the support is loose : At the 52nd kilometer mark in Yushan National Park, we enter the water and start hiking. I remember the last time I went to Wuling was 18 years ago. My good friend Mark and I were visiting Hualien . We decided to take the Central Cross-Island Highway back to Taichung. I was carsick the entire way. I remember that by the time I arrived in Wuling, I was so exhausted from vomiting that I was completely unconscious. I couldn’t even take in the scenery . So this was my first real trip to Wuling. I encountered a pilgrim group and saw a huge Kabibara. I finally arrived in Puli, Kaohsiung. I only used half a tank of gas here , but it’s better to fill up before heading up the mountain to be safe . I also went to the restroom . Okay! Let’s go to Xiaoqi for a short break and some water . Then we’ll continue to the next stop. : Where are my keys? Looking for my keys… : The next stop is… (unable to think while looking for my keys) : Here! : The geographical center monument. Then we’ll head to Wuling! : Go! Go! : Have a cup of coffee! I actually went to bed around 11pm the night before, but I was probably too excited to fall asleep, so I only managed about three hours. I advise everyone to get enough sleep before traveling alone. I’d rather take sleeping pills to get myself to sleep later. 😆 After finishing my coffee and filling up my water bottle, I continued on my way. Why is it fenced off ? Uh… The geographic center monument is fenced off . It’s currently under renovation, so I can’t take a photo . So we still have over an hour and a half to go. Let’s go! To Wuling, GO! It’s 11am now . We expect to arrive at Wuling around 12:30pm. The first tunnel is closed. I just drank too much water and don’t know where to go to the bathroom. Hopefully there’ll be a convenience store soon! It’s so great to have the whole family free! It’s so relaxing! There were so many cars on holidays. Thanks for the courtesy . A huge white wall. I just stopped to put on my windbreaker, so I’m behind the tour bus again. Luckily, the tour bus would give way to the cars behind us every once in a while . There was a sound of something falling . Everyone, something just happened . It was… My power bank flew away while I was riding . My power bank flew away . It flew down the mountain . So, one power bank was lost . Now we’re still at the white wall . And we can’t see below . I hope we can see it when we get to the top of the mountain . Maybe we’re in a sea of clouds now. The trees are getting thinner as we get higher. We arrived at the Wuling parking lot . This mat looks great . Thank you! Thanks to the two enthusiastic RALLY 300 riders who kindly helped take photos . Can I take theirs instead? They left for Wuling this morning just like me , but we started from Tainan and are arriving in Taitung tonight. They are two handsome young men . Will your car cause altitude sickness? I haven’t felt it yet . Yeah, I’ll have to wait and see (don’t make any random comments) . I had a pretty bad case of altitude sickness riding that Wolf bike before. What is altitude sickness? He’s a little bit “NO GO,” he just wants to push, but can’t push . He’s climbing, but it’s very slow. During the chat… I unexpectedly gained two viewers. This handsome guy is called Jason (I think I remember correctly?). He said he wanted to try documenting his life on YouTube and shared his videos with me. They were great. We chatted for half an hour. We went up to Wuling Pavilion to take some photos of the scenery . While shooting, I kept thinking about what I needed to do. It wasn’t until we got back that I remembered: Ah! I forgot to capture the real-time video of the camera : Uh… have we come up yet… : I don’t have altitude sickness, but… : I didn’t expect that after I came up, I started to feel : I might be a little dizzy due to lack of oxygen : So now… I’m going down the mountain : GO! GO! I followed the traffic and rode slowly down the mountain. The dizziness also eased, but the speed was really slow . I started to feel sleepy. Let’s go eat first. This is the shop opened by my good brother Mark’s mother. Right next to Cardboard King. About 20 years ago, Cardboard King was a restaurant. When we were performing there, Chen’s mom was selling fruit next door. Now she’s opened a restaurant, serving freshly roasted wenzi chicken. Mark is now a singer in Taichung and the owner of a PR company. This side of the restaurant is run by Mark’s parents, aunt, uncle, and eldest brother’s family. Because we’re on a diet, we only ordered simple stir-fried cabbage, scalloped eggs, and beef tenderloin with green peppers. I haven’t seen Chen’s mom in a while , and she’s always treated me like a son. Thank you for hosting her. A friend in the group with an MSX from Puli said it was raining there , and sure enough, when I got out, it was already raining. Huh? The throttle’s feeling weird, no way! That’s what they call being NO. I just had to bite the bullet and ride down the hill. The throttle couldn’t handle the downpour! !!! Unfortunately, the car had problems and I couldn’t overtake. Whenever I stepped on the accelerator, the car slowed down. I had to ride slowly along the road. My raincoat kept leaking through the zipper and the seams of my pants. I found a small shop and bought a lightweight raincoat to wear outside. Not only did the accelerator not work, but it kept stalling. My brother rode MONKEY last time. The same thing happened when we went down the mountain on the 125 up Wuling. My bike also had this problem during our last trip to Taitung. I thought, oh no, I won’t be able to get home. I found that it couldn’t move between 4000 and 5000 rpm , but once it exceeded 5000 rpm, it was normal again and could only maintain the high speed to move forward. Fortunately, this section was all downhill, so I could still rely on coasting to maintain. But along the way, I kept thinking about what I would do if the bike really couldn’t move. Fortunately, after entering the water, the throttle slowly returned to normal, but I still slowed down and it would stall immediately after releasing the throttle. Last time, my brother’s MONKEY had to be sent back to the factory to restore the computer to the original settings before it returned to normal. Mine only returned to normal after replacing the computer modified by the previous owner with the original computer . I thought that this time I would definitely have to go to the factory for repairs : The rain finally stopped : I The raincoat was taken off : The throttle part seemed to have returned to normal : The only thing left was the idle speed, which would still stall. At least I felt a little relieved when the throttle returned to normal , otherwise I was really afraid that I wouldn’t be able to get home : My idle speed suddenly became normal : I hope I can keep it that way. On the way back, I only thought about getting home safely, so I hardly stopped . I only went to the toilet at the gas station in Guanmiao along the way. The gas in the tank was enough to ride back home, so I didn’t need to refuel. I had a full meal at Chen Ma’s, so I wasn’t hungry either. Later, the condition of the car seemed to have returned to normal, and my tense mood was relaxed. Except for the sore waist , I was in good spirits. I was a little thirsty. Here is the magic hand of tea : Okay, I bought a drink at the tea magic : We are now in Liujia : It will take about another hour to get home… : Navigation for an hour and 40 minutes : We are almost home, come on! : Now we are at Xinhua Old Street : The Prince’s Palace (slip of the tongue) on this side of Xinhua Old Street : Entering Alian : Back to Kaohsiung City, Dagang Mountain, passing Agongdian Reservoir and entering the Yanchao City area. The familiar scene once again comes into view. If you like my video, please remember to subscribe, like, share and turn on the little bell to receive my video notification. I arrived home safely. The one-day Wuling challenge is completed. See you in the next video.
