We’re heading to the accommodation right now Welcome to Safari Valley Eco Resort Alright let’s check it out Let’s check it out Nice guys This is where I’m gonna be staying here in Safari Valley This place it’s beautiful staying here Doesn’t come cheap but before I tell you the price per night so I’m gonna take you on a quick tour He’s gonna take me on a tour You know if you go into a resort and they have to give you a tour just know it’s top tier you know what I’m saying ha ha ha This is our Spanish mini bar beneath is a mini fridge. All of this is complimentary It’s free of charge What? No champagne This is a bathtub made from a wood called kusia wood Kusia wood? This is the bathtub guys We’re actually carved by women and then we finished it here This was carved by women? How long did it take them to carve this um I have to find out you have to find out But it’s really nice So this is the restroom in case you don’t prefer this this we have our beautiful outside shower so if I want to shower if I want to shower outside this is what happens yes The space is very overwhelming it is very spacious at 93 square meters on the roof but then I feel like I am in an African resort like everything has like a touch of Africa you can see the bed frame it looks very African with the artwork and stuff so this door actually leads to the pool side this is like proper premium here in Ghana I’m gonna be experiencing this and I’m gonna show it to you guys so if you visit Ghana and you want to live in luxury you gotta come here this accommodation set me back by $2,000 all inclusive for two nights if you think that is expensive some of the chalets here go for as much as $3,000 per night My name is Emos I’m your butler throughout your stay and I make sure you have a wonderful stay with us How am I supposed to use you? It’s a familiar taste I got back to Accra and I’m gonna be here for a few days experiencing a different kind of luxury this right here is gonna be my accommodation in Accra it cost $100 for this particular accommodation in a place called East Legon it looks nice the interior design is awesome and the TVs here are huge alright bedroom guys look at this TV this is a 100 inch TV it looks nice um if you’re a Ghanaian let me know if this is value for money Here I’ll be visiting some elite neighborhoods getting some sense of how much luxury real estate cost in Ghana’s capital and also see where the super rich live here So you know in Ghana we have different categories for residential areas and cantonment tops it Cantonment years ago was the neighborhood for a lot of the government officials even till date A lot of politicians a lot of high profile um personalities, it’s close to the ministries so it’s like just a stone throw from the airport so in terms of location and obviously when it comes to real estate location is No. 1 is look at the neighborhood the freshness it’s not really mixed with a lot of like commercial buildings I tell my friends that the air in Cantonment Laboni I think it’s different man in Cantonment we visited this 1.3 million dollar villa developed by the sponsors of today’s Video Vaal Real Estate You’re in Vaal in Ghana This is our headquarters in Ghana Alright good I see so many prototypes uh I see this I see that I see this as well so what do we have here Villanova…
