【釜山ひとり旅】釜山名物ミルミョンをいただく!冷麺より好きになった釜山名物グルメ
Yes, I’d like to go to a noodle place called Songjeong Myungga across the street It’s a milmyeon restaurant. I’ve never tried milmyeon before. Milmyeon (밀면) is a local noodle dish that originated in Busan and is related to naengmyeon (냉면), a dish popular throughout Korea. While naengmyeon (냉면) is based on buckwheat flour, milmyeon (밀면) is primarily made from wheat flour .Simply put, it’s “Busan-style naengmyeon (cold wheat noodles).” It’s said to be a more familiar and down-to-earth Busan delicacy than naengmyeon, so I’m looking forward to it. I wonder if I should write my name here? But I wanted to make eye contact with the staff. Oh, our eyes met. I indicated the number of people with my fingers. Then they said, “Please come this way.” (๑・̑◡・̑๑) I sat down without exchanging a word. What’s this? Do I have to do it myself? (Ordered from tablet) Milmyeon ₩9,000 – approx. ¥960 – Milmyeon is paid for upfront. Everything at this restaurant is self-service. It makes me feel a bit lonely. I put the noodles and sauce on a side plate (eat it~). Here it is. This is Busan’s specialty milmyeon/It looks delicious Wow, it looks like naengmyeon.
The noodles are probably long, so I’ll cut them up accordingly. Let’s start with the soup. It’s delicious again. It has a deeper flavor than naengmyeon. How are the noodles? I was hungry. I also wanted to try nakgopse. I was in the mood for nakgopse 30 minutes ago. The flavor is a bit bland as it is~ It’s delicious, but let’s make it even better. I add some vinegar. This is mustard Is it a sauce made from chili peppers? I also had some, but I’m a mustard person, so I like mustard and wasabi. Adding vinegar and mustard made milmyeon twice as delicious. Let’s add a little more mustard to make it twice as delicious. It was my first time eating milmyeon, but it didn’t feel like my first time.
Maybe it’s because it’s made with wheat flour. Cold noodles aren’t chewy because they’re made with buckwheat flour, but milmyeon is chewy. If you ask me which one is cold noodles or milmyeon, I’ll choose milmyeon from today. I heard there are a lot of milmyeon restaurants in Busan,
