Disney’s Fort Wilderness 2025: NEW Cabin Tour, Trail’s End Dinner & Whispering Canyon Brunch! 🏕️✨
[Music] Welcome back, friends. Today, we are taking you with us to explore Disney’s Fort Wilderness. As soon as you drive in, you’re surrounded by nature. It doesn’t even feel like we are in Orlando anymore. This place is absolutely massive with trails, trees, and wildlife everywhere. There are even bus stations inside the resort to help you move around from one area to another. We are staying in one of the cozy cabins, but there are also campsites for tents and RVs. We have arrived at our cabin. Fort Wilderness truly feels like a hidden world inside Disney. Wow. Oh yeah. smell like the new houses to to see the the models. I thought we were we were all in different rooms, not in the same one. This is even better. Well, Mom, can we be at the top bunk? No. No, bro. Please. No. I never been in it before. Alex, in this way, we are next one to each other. I’m here. You’re there. Yeah, but No, it blocks me. Here’s the kitchen. and it really has everything you need to cook. It’s very well equipped, so you can easily prepare your own meals. [Music] Behind the couch, there’s a second queen-siz pull down bed. Super useful if you want to sleep in separate rooms or if you’re more than four people. From my point of view, this is the best solution for a family. It’s spacious. Yes, the room they don’t have to share the bed. They have a bunk bed. Thank the Lord. And they’re happy. Smells like brand new. And the and the shower is so nice. I haven’t seen the bathroom. The bathroom is very nice. We can do archery. We can do archery. There are two sinks and one of them is outside the bathroom, which is really convenient. As you can see, the bathroom itself is very spacious with a large shower and the classic Disney shower products that we just love. And it’s the cheapest solution. It’s the cheapest. It’s cheap if you go in the tent. But besides all the other lodge where we went, yes, this is the cheapest solution. I was having second doubts in the car just thinking hm low key maybe the wilderness lodge is better or the one or like the ones that are on the lake river side obviously those are a little bit better but now that I’m entering I would live here later that same evening it’s evening and we’re really hungry so we decided to have dinner right here at the resort at Zand restaurant which is located at Pioneer Hall. [Music] You can order food to go, grab drinks and snacks, or even pick up ready to go options to enjoy back at your cabin. Or you can eat right here, which is exactly what we are doing tonight. [Music] Mashed potato. Ah, [Music] how’s the food? The chips are really good. So, the kids had a burger and fried chicken, and we went for the settlement skillet, which comes with ribs, pulled pork, and fried chicken served with some cornbread, beans, and mashed potatoes. Time to eat nice and warm. Yum, yum, yum. [Music] Hot. Oh, good. We came to the restaurant using the bus service that runs around the resort, but we decided to walk back to our cabin. If you don’t want to use the bus service, we recommend renting a golf cart. During our walk, we passed by the pool, which is open until 11:00 p.m. Always keep in mind, we are in Florida, which means you might run into some unwanted neighbors like alligators, snakes, hogs, coyotes, or even spiders. Let’s just say always be careful. It took us about half an hour to get back to our cabin. And now it’s time to put on our pajamas and recharge for tomorrow’s adventures. See you next morning. After a quick coffee, we pack up our car and say goodbye to our cabin. Feeling a little sad. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back with cooler weather. We’d love to try some of the activities the resort has to offer as well. [Music] And now brunch at the Whispering Canyon Cafe. Since today was the last day to use the annual passholder discount at some of the restaurants, we couldn’t pass it up. [Music] It’s super new. Like I just got it yesterday. Yesterday. Can’t wait. It smells so nice in here. We had to wait a little, so we popped into the shop and have a quick look around. They have some really lovely merchandise here with a wilderness theme Walt Disney World items like bags, water bottles that are perfect to take with you around the parks, plus a lot of fun souvenirs to remind you of your trip and even some Winnie the Pooh pieces. We also took a look around the lodge and found a nice spot to sit if you want a quiet place to work or read a book. And of course, there’s always a fireplace, even in summer when it’s 100° outside. [Music] After trying different resorts, we can say that the pool at Wilderness Lodge is the nicest. The little creek that starts from the lobby and flows all the way to the pool is a really nice visual touch. We noticed that they’ve finished renovating the facade. When we stayed back here in July, there were still quite a few scaffolds on the south side of the building. Our table wasn’t ready yet, so we took the elevator up to check out the view from the higher floor. Our table is ready. A few moments later, Can I have some mas? Yeah. What do you get? Whoopee. Waffles. What do you get? I got the western style eggs ben. And we got the carnivore skillet. All you can enjoy. [Music] One, two, three. Chop. [Music] Echo many huge maru. Very good. Cornbread. No, it’s cornbread. Got to wait for some butter. is so good. [Music] Oh my god, it’s pretty corny. chicken skillet for me. Thank you. [Music] thing. I’m going to for you. Thank you. Okay, now this is real. Just a plate for a cookie and a whole fruit cup. Okay, now I’m putting this here. Yes. And this is just [Music] Very good. Very good. I’m very curious to try it. No chips. I can’t say the chips are really good. Oh, wait. That we have this one or that one. I want a tiny one. Yep. The chips are really good. No, they’re actually really good. Better than any chips. Yeah. [Music] I’m confused about this. How is it? Yeah. I love it. Okay, Dad. Can you move this up, please? Move, Dad. You want a syrup? Yeah. Um, I think that table needs ketchup. They need ketchup over there. Well, they have to ask for it. Who needs ketchup? Do you need ketchup? Uh, yeah. We need a little bit more ketchup. You need more ketchup. Okay, on the count of three, we’re going to say we need ketchup. You ready? 1 2 3. We need ketchup. [Music] Bring it on over. Who has the rest of ketchup? [Music] Just spray it on everything. You want ketchup on your fruit? Sure. A few moments later, [Music] and really really cool. I don’t know if I can stand up and go to a park right now. I can. Activision 3D. I’m 2D right now. [Music] Yeah, we spent 65 bucks before tip, but we had the passholder discount, so we would have spent about 100 before tip on a regular day. Definitely worth it. All right, we’re going to go to Epcot now. Really hot. We’re going to die because it’s already hot over here. Yeah, I’m not I’m not going to the World Showcase. I I’m just staying at the Guardians Pavilion. That’s it. Okay. We are not going We are not going to to World Showcase. We finished everything at World Showcase except doing rect. That’s good. We stay at frame. Did you remember to turn on the AC in the car half an hour ago? Okay. [Music]
