Careful, my hands are hot Thai-style I thought I had gone to Bangkok, Thailand’s streets But it seems very, very pretty How much is it? Large, medium, small on one plate — impressive, it’s really grilled eel Grilled on the spot Grilled eel with kabayaki sauce This section is the Donghao Yong elevated road It has three levels Actually, the lower layer is a surge Jiangwan Bridge Cross Jiangwan Bridge to get to Haizhu District Go past Fangcun Eating barbecue tonight We have arrived in Fangcun There are many buildings here This used to be a flower, bird, fish and insect market Old ones Later on the three halls will be merged into one Both Taikoo Hui locations have two There is Sam’s Everyone’s Fortune claypot rice (je je bao) Haowei Ju moved and came here They moved Moved a little earlier Ladies and gentlemen It is just past five in the afternoon We’re here to have dinner Going to eat barbecue There are several stalls/restaurants here that are pretty good How would I know I usually like to charge my car and get it washed here Now that I’m lazier I come less often And it’s very close to the subway station Exit F of Xilang Station Xilang Station is a very large station Walk here toward Xilang Market You can get here via this subway station But it also takes some time I usually like to recharge here Very cheap in the morning We had our meal here and walked over If you ever get the chance to come to Fangcun You can try the parking lot here The parking lot has charging and you can also wash your car I really like washing my car here You can park here again Parking here is very cheap If I remember correctly, it should be 36 yuan per day Seen it before Because when we come to wash the car we don’t need to pay extra Plus charging, so we’ve never tried paying here And across the way is Guangzhou First People’s Hospital The Hedong Branch is right here I have an old classmate who works here The kind where you help people get blood tests There’s one opposite Exit G, which has many exits at the metro station Because Xilang is a very large station Go back this way You’ll arrive back at the tunnel entrance Traffic all the way back This is the place — newly opened. It’s called Shidexi. But does it have air conditioning? No air conditioning So exciting Let’s go take a look first It’s like this Food stall style Maybe they really haven’t started work yet. They start at 5 o’clock. But there’s no air conditioning Take a look So delicious but fake Open until 4 AM You can wait until the weather cools in autumn to come eat these too There are a few more up ahead Like Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, pork belly and chicken and those kinds of dishes Eat at this place? I think I’ve eaten here before There’s a barbecue stall further ahead Take a look It’s serving Shunde cuisine — I’ve eaten there once before They all have discounted dim sum items But it’s only Monday to Friday This is where people eat fish, and this one too It says “pure charcoal grill” Even the air conditioning is useless It’s unbearably hot Never mind And these are from other provinces They’re coming into the restaurant — having air conditioning is more important This is where people eat fish You can also have dim sum at the same time Let’s see what we’re eating Shunde boiled chicken Thousand-layer boneless fish Large plate fish Buddha Jumps Over the Wall There are sauna chicken meals here Chicken at 128 yuan each, deboned Also a whole steamed free-range chicken 88 yuan Or a large plate of fish 38 yuan per jin Scoop-net fish 88 yuan per serving Stewed chicken is 138 yuan per whole bird There’s also chicken cooked with Ficus hirta (five-fingered Momordica?) in a claypot — cooked tableside in front of you? 148 yuan Scallion oil poured over half a chicken Stewed squab with Fiving-fingered peach These attract me Beef short ribs 218 NT Steamed loofah with yellow croaker and clams Sizzling mixed pork offal Many of them have it Water spinach stems These are the dim sum items available Are there any that are more distinctive? XO sauce radish cake They also serve it throughout the day at the tea market Egg crisps Tofu pudding Pan-fried buns Basically dim sum is all these: char siu pastry And also shrimp dumplings, water chestnut cake There are even durian swan pastries There’s also steamed pork ribs for 42 yuan, that expensive The price is written up above This price should be the non-discounted one That’s basically it It’s already 5:30. The restaurant is starting to get more customers. No one is sitting by the window Tonight we’ll eat these Fresh prawn wonton noodles Boiled beef meatballs Claypot rice Beef brisket After eating we’ll go to a night market Here on social media they say Even busier than Xinghua Street In Pingzhou I’ll tell you when we get there It used to be very close to here Chicken feet with rice We didn’t eat lunch today Usually our weekends are like this There is some minced garlic on the spareribs There are chicken feet on the side They seem to have been steamed together There are also two chicken feet There’s a lot of rice too, and again this kind of purple clay pot Steam it like this When you’re hungry it tastes especially good Actually in Guangzhou we often say there are many delicious things to eat It’s very easy to find restaurants We came here because the stall next to us didn’t have it Also, we saw that the night market actually has barbecue stalls We can also go to the night market later to grill chicken wings And things like that A little bit spicy Also very flavorful Most importantly Why earlier we didn’t choose the barbecue stall next to us It should be pretty tasty But the problem is there’s no air conditioning A bit stressful — it’s very hot today Because we’re preparing for a typhoon Can’t do it — at least for more than a month It should be about after National Day Because it’s after National Day Actually there are some now too Mornings aren’t as tough as in July or August But it’s hot at this time now It’s a bit better in the evening The food is also very good; the rice is also very pleasant to eat Plain-looking A lot of people here are eating jiggling claypot dishes Fish—boneless fish and the like But considering we’re going to the night market later, endure it for now I was just thinking of ordering a roasted chicken Just have to hold back a little longer Eat these first Next, try the spare ribs Either is fine It’s not like a whole slab of fatty pork I don’t eat those whole pieces. This one is okay. They all have a meaty texture Beef brisket with radish Boiling Will stick to the bottom Careful, my hands are hot This is a snack But if you can’t finish it you can pack it to go Eat it again tomorrow at noon This is worth eating Meanwhile the beef balls arrived Big chunky beef balls There are four pieces, sliced with garnish And the wonton noodles have arrived too But they included two strips of vegetables It’s okay. First, have a bowl of wonton noodles. These are egg noodles. If you soak them longer they won’t taste good — they’ll be really unpleasant Hurry up then Wontons are like this There are a lot of them Fresh shrimp wonton noodles With vegetables and yellow chives — healthy No need to order an extra serving of vegetables All good The portions are also large Ate dumplings this morning Ate dumplings just after 9 in the morning, hadn’t eaten anything else So I was hungry They’re all alkaline noodles But not the kind that’s very hard Or the very fine kind of silver-needle noodles Somewhat like the noodles from Cai Fu And also large wontons When we go for dim sum we rarely eat wonton noodles Looks like this one will do There are also very large prawns inside I really like their noodles There are two more over there Worth the price Really large portions—I’m already full These two in front of me will just eat a bit each I want half a beef meatball, that’s enough Also eat one piece of beef brisket These really need to be saved to continue eating tomorrow at noon Since we’re eating here, I’ll tell everyone a story The fridge at home broke again It’s really beyond saving First, to be clear, this has nothing to do with domestic brands Or imported brands It’s actually all the same trick with refrigerators on the mainland Mrs. paid close attention and watched for a long time The materials they use seem to break a few days after the warranty period ends Then they’ll be ruined We can’t fix the one in our house So annoying — it sometimes acts up Finally bought a new one So these are too much to finish You can pack them to go A new fridge is arriving tomorrow The number of customers is starting to increase It’s hot, so we should come to these restaurants to eat Sit down for a bit Beef is fine because it’s blanched, not steamed Very firm Either is fine Worth the price Full and satisfied. Final bill: 116 yuan Packed up a lot Some for tomorrow noon, some for tomorrow morning You can eat it all Packing this one now is the most expensive — it’s 32 dollars This one is the most expensive That beef ball is 23 yuan On average they’re all in the low 20s to 30s yuan Over 30 yuan Okay. The tea charge is also 10 yuan. Take it back to the car. Pass by and take another look at this It has a gate It has air conditioning — if it does, people will definitely eat there They lowered a plastic curtain Who went to eat just now Many people If I had known earlier I would have eaten that, but it’s okay Wait a moment, we’ll go there… Those without air conditioning, please don’t eat Now it’s like this — with air conditioning it won’t run away Hiring waitstaff still 6,800 yuan a month Then razor clams 10 yuan each Minimum three to open the stall If there’s a chance, I’ll come eat again next week We’ll go to Pingzhou again Going to Pingzhou Night Market It’s very close to Pingzhou from here — about a 10 to 20 minute drive Nanhai Pingzhou If we usually go to the right, it actually takes us to Xilang Market Let’s not rely on the far right Get on the bridge The last time there was an audience at Zhongshan Just tell me exactly where the parking is that’s close to the subway station Wanting it cheap and close to the subway station In the end I found it Right now, under this bridge of ours Here I think it’s 30 or maybe 40 bucks a day That’s already very cheap Much more convenient. Normally down here This is Xilang Market We just follow this road all the way there You usually go like this, staying in the left lane Just keep going and you’ll get there On Saturday we sleep in the morning Sleep in very late Go out at night We usually like to go on Saturdays to the Guangfo border or Foshan This is Egong Village We won’t turn right, we’ll go straight And we won’t make a U-turn either Like some of the larger restaurants You can try this one And something everyone might not know Actually, the highway on the left goes to Shunde Daliang Guangzhu West Line, returning to Zhongshan This place is incredibly close So that audience member asked last time Coming from Zhongshan, where is a good place to park? I recommended Fangcun — you can’t go wrong with it Now that Fangcun has come down, the sign above already says Zhongshan Very convenient And the parking fee is much cheaper You can also drive again If in Yuexiu and Liwan every intersection is completely jammed Fangcun still doesn’t restrict out-of-town license plates Entering Foshan Nanhai, Foshan These really are twin-city lives You can go to Foshan and you can also go to Guangzhou That’s right There’s a metro line between Guangzhou and Foshan Connecting the two cities is very convenient Ahead is “Foshan people welcome you” Officially entering Foshan Guangfo same city Jade Street Besides our last trip to Sihui The two biggest ones in the Greater Bay Area should be these It should be Pingzhou Jade Street I heard a lot of the goods are sourced from Sihui Some parts Yunnan has it too, I heard This is Nanhai, Foshan Pingzhou Jade Town Again, it’s so over the top — those selling jade I guess there are many more nearby A whole street like this — those at the back are all the same It’s an industry Very close Just cross that bridge, it’s next to Guangzhou There is one inside here A night market All of them sell jade Buying jadeite back — unbelievable, another whole street of the same trade Many, all of them But it’s not as bustling over there Jade Street It’s already evening now Of course, work’s over Come in the morning If you like it, you can come and see it in the morning Take advantage of the lively atmosphere They do processing and polishing — all of that. We’re not getting off the vehicle today. A very large jade market There are also jade-stone gambles There’s also jade-stone gambling? Yes That day an audience member showed us — we truly didn’t understand The most beautiful must be those from Myanmar The most beautiful in the whole world As for South America and Africa, those are just ordinary goods. We’re not looking to buy them, so it doesn’t matter. Just listening I’m pretty indifferent about jade in general Not very interested But knowing a bit more doesn’t hurt But I know this industry is very profitable Need to develop further And there are stores Many shops It’s evening now People have finished work It might be even more congested in the morning The morning should be insane So big—going all the way in And also the front-right This place too Very big That one in Guangzhou is considered small Small — you could say very small Very small Among all the places selling jade we visited this time, this one is also very large It covers a very large area It should be the largest jade market in Foshan Keep going forward — the front-left is also I also saw the metro — not the high-speed rail, the elevated rail. The station is called Jade Street. Their elevated rail Foshan’s subway Nanhai — that’s right There’s a station there Just call it Jade Street Jade street, that’s right If you come in the morning it might be more lively; by evening they close up Manhole cover Nanhai’s elevated rail, Foshan’s elevated rail I’ve never ridden it If you like jade, you must come over here A very large mall Wholesale market So exaggerated Pingzhou Jewelry and Jade Association National Testing Center Laboratory This is the scenic area Scenic area Ahead is the night market We came to the jade street, but not to buy jade We’re going to stroll through the night market up ahead See if there’s anything good to eat Get a cup of lemon tea to drink, that’s fine I don’t know if it’s big or not I don’t understand either, but speaking of the buildings here being beautiful, the shopping mall is beautiful This place is much nicer than Sihui These were built like palaces, and there are also a lot of cars here You can go directly to Yunfu, for example this Cantonese-plate car 粵 H H is the license plate for Zhaoqing Sihui — that’s right, not Yunfu There’s also an inspection center Check whether the goods can be inspected Go to the inspection center and pay some money for testing There is a hotel SPA Karaoke Today we’re going to this night market called Kun Kun of Kunming Kungang Night Market They say it’s Foshan Foshan — the whole of Foshan The biggest is this night market People say that if we’re only talking about food It will take three hours to finish eating This is incredible Also see if it is A lot of barbecue and those kinds of things Not sure if I can still eat anything This is a tourist spot — a tram There’s a dedicated stop called Jade Street Nanhai really has a lot of industries Pingzhou Jade Street It’s a scenic area When you arrive they just sell durian These start at 19.8 yuan You can’t see the edge — that’s where they sell durian Watermelon Durian The “kun” in Kunming The “gang” in Chigang There are many fruit vendors It used to be a road At night it turns into a night market If customers buy food they can sit in the middle to eat These are the shop’s own… It’s meant to be eaten sitting here Freshly sliced beef skewers here Looks very tempting Large beef skewer 15 yuan per skewer Really want to know how big the skewers are The boss is preparing them in the back One thing is not good They are electric traps that can shock you when you walk by The electric traps are here If you block him it’s awkward, so let him block you Ignore him and keep walking Ice-cold Coke — second cup half price Soda water 15 yuan This one Second cup half price for all; competition brings progress Long gone from Guangzhou for a very long time Pulut cake (rice cake) Here it’s pounded and pounded and pounded There used to be some in Shenzhen, it seems Actually, if you walk past him you will smell the scent of rice He probably hit him with a bowl to get him to eat Beat him up At most it would be lemon tea Roast chicken—whole chickens roasted Truly charcoal-grilled They also have crayfish Fried rice Fried skewers If it’s suitable for us, we might buy some lemon tea drinks There’s also freshly boiled congee There’s also stir-fried noodles Across the way there’s beer We walk slowly to the end and then back There are delicacies from all over China Shou zhua bing, fried skewers Perilla Chicken Thigh What does that even mean Marinate the chicken leg with perilla, then deep-fry it 9.9 yuan each Like this Awesome — if you hadn’t eaten earlier You could give it a try Pan-fry a pineapple slice and then pan-fry a hamburger patty 22 yuan Very attractive There should be some beef inside Pan-fried like this Spread some sauce That should be butter Daughter’s classmate’s birthday Otherwise if she comes she’ll definitely eat it I know there’s a place nearby that has really good fried tofu But it shouldn’t be this place The owners making snacks here all seem very happy Not the kind who only care about profit That boss just now couldn’t possibly have walked away with all the profit and come out on top like that Although the profit might be higher but happy Worth the price But it looks really pretty How much is it? Large, medium, and small on one plate 28 yuan? 48 yuan a dozen Oysters aren’t cheap — over 40, over 50 Although they’re large Chao Shan juice ice This is the worst Actually, they have all been very polite Not as crazy as Guangzhou or Shenzhen They will let you go first But some vehicles merge in like this Very influential Soy milk Nighttime soy milk — people from Chaoshan really like to eat it I’ve never tried it even once I really hope I can go at least once Try it Where’s the soy milk And this one too Steak It’s pan-seared in a frying pan After being seared it sits at the back to be eaten, and there are also children Just one lamp short of perfect And they’re licensed — I saw a sign over there that reads What’s the owner’s name and how can I contact him If If you feel unwell after eating, you can come back to see him Every stall has one At first when I saw them putting out signs I thought they were writing something here Every stall has a sign You have to register It’s this one, the licensed one They only do it if you have a license This is fine At least he won’t act recklessly You can go back to him if you have questions This one is good So many night markets Only this one has a sign/license If not, it would just be roped off There are still cars ahead They made it themselves Or it’s the unlicensed kind — the kind that makes you puke and feel like you’re about to fly after drinking it But there isn’t But more interestingly, there were still cars ahead And the vendors were starting to set up their stalls Let’s get to work — the road up ahead is backed up Ridiculous Lychee wood-roasted chicken, 58 yuan each They roast it like this on-site There’s real charcoal inside Genuine ingredients/materials 58 yuan each Too bad I’m full There I was eating roast chicken and needed beer at the same time — 9.9 yuan a cup This caught my attention One hamburger, one of these If there are grilled chicken wings, I think I’d eat them too As soon as I arrive I want one Also some kumquats Do you want to eat this? I’m stuffed I ate just one chicken wing Freshly roasted just now Right here All three meals of the day are taken care of here Only the late-night stalls are open There’s also charcoal-grilled marbled beef They cut it here and grill it on the spot Pork belly 9 yuan How is it grilled? The street steaks look so good Street steak Frying spaghetti right now It’s 42 yuan per portion T-bone spaghetti 38 yuan Pay, wait for it to be pan-fried, then you can sit down and eat There are seats available in the back Here Then order another drink Add a Yakult or Sprite It’s strange where they grill it I really don’t know Durian cheesecake I guessed it was an Indian paratha But it’s not — I saw an oven in the back Not sure how it’s baked It’s baked Not like the Indian paratha that’s pan-fried This stall is the best How much does it cost? 28 yuan Durian cheesecake Cheese egg tart 18 yuan for three A bit pricey This stall is very famous, I know. This is claypot porridge. You can also buy some shrimp downstairs Shrimp NT$50 per pot Spotted babylon, salt-baked seafood—not porridge Salt-baked seafood If it’s fresh, it’s simply salt-baked When it’s cooked it looks like the one on the right The boss is getting the pot ready to open Put in some more razor clams How much are these? 68 yuan for this pot Okay There’s everything There are whelks, shrimp, and lots of food Also cheung fun, Jieyang-style cheung fun I wish I hadn’t eaten earlier Come straight over I’ll be honest beforehand Actually, at first I was a bit worried It’s fine to just look, but eating here isn’t good. I’ve tried it before. But everything here is licensed I saw it has a license It’s not the kind that sets up for two days and then disappears Actually, the food is pretty decent How about buying a cup of lemon tea They’re both salted-baked shrimp Actually we can’t eat this Because of high blood pressure, you can’t eat such salty food anymore Salt-baked foods are not allowed But there is Nine-segment shrimp 68 yuan per pot There are many in one pot There are shrimp you can pair with Pick each item to match Very fresh and lively It can’t be dead shrimp Looks so fresh and lively After buying it, we just sat in the back to eat the seafood I’m very worried about that stinky tofu. Mrs. said to come over and take a look Yes, those big squids There are, but not many Yueyang barbecue is very famous because I’ve been to Yueyang and I know Their barbecue over there is really tasty Most importantly, they have a license There are shops for them Schedule the times clearly Fixed positions And wear a mask If there are any problems, you can still contact him That will be fine Coconut There are also coconut eggs Impressive There are also police officers patrolling A very confident night market I’ve never been to such a properly regulated night market That’s not a security guard, it’s a real police officer It’s a real police officer Not a security guard, big brother Little lobsters 8 yuan, choose-your-own sweet soup It seems like you can’t go without eating There are wonton noodles further back We’ll go ahead to the end first Hold back — don’t act too quickly This one looks pretty good too This place is even more impressive Is this dry-aged steak? Not dry-aged — Australian beef These two characters My favorite place to eat in Hong Kong Austrian beef? Actually no — it’s Australian beef Two-person set 99 yuan There are a lot of things to eat Sukiyaki What can you play here? They grill fish here Grilled fish, Thai-style Thai-style I thought I had gone to Thailand Bangkok streets There was that kind of spicy/seasoning scent Wait until the weather cools down a bit and come again in October After you buy it you can sit in the back and eat There’s beer. If you drink beer, don’t drive Don’t drink beer if you’re driving But you can drink soda Live fish The fish are all raw The boss is handling it over there 38 yuan each. You can add many different things on top A family of a few can come and eat like there You can also tell the whole night market is very clean It won’t be littered all over the place You can also pay by scanning the QR code Freshly squeezed juice Made it look very nice They say they also have grilled eel here Sanbu Grilled Fresh Seafood About the same as the stall from before But you can tell the ingredients haven’t been frozen for a long time And under the lights they all look very fresh I also saw eel As for this place, it’s even more impressive — it’s really grilled eel Grilled on the spot Grilled eel with kabayaki sauce Grilling eel like this Also big fish balls are available Meanwhile, more and more customers are arriving Kimchi stinky tofu Stinky tofu served in soup It really is stinky tofu 26 yuan for a serving of steak They have spaghetti 26 yuan is fine There are still seats in the back We are already full It’s okay — come next time Because I often want air conditioning But don’t worry, Guangzhou is starting to enter autumn After this typhoon passes, it’ll be hot As I just said, cool in the morning, cool in the evening, but just as hot at noon By then this place will be even livelier Up north it’s not possible because it would be very cold If it snows you can’t eat it Like here, it’s this again Another stall cooking seafood Even more impressive across the way — roasting sika deer This is a yakitori place, Pingzhou’s first I really like eating this stuff — now I like it even more Goes well with beer This is spicy wet beef, 36 yuan Thai-style grilled fish 38 yuan Zhanjiang flavor All are Zhanjiang flavor Fry it back here All of them are licensed Of course Now I can eat with peace of mind Secured the spot If you like it, don’t just come early and hog 20 seats Also just now I was talking with the bosses Look at us—none of us say we’ll go hungry but won’t show it on their face Told us to come earlier next time, like that This is another one of the things I wanted to eat Chive tofu — very tasty, fried 10 yuan per serving They also have Lei Gong Gen here Sugarcane juice Lei Gong Gen Coconut milk qingbuliang (herbal dessert) Further on it wasn’t as bustling as those stalls earlier The streets were easier to walk through Handmade coconut milk They also have freshly made Wuaijiang/ Huaijiang wontons here 10 yuan per bowl Interesting The boss’s wife makes them fresh right here 10 yuan 12 yuan 15 yuan Also tempura Everything can be tempura Here they have char siu ramen again Amazing — it seems like Japanese-style ramen 15 yuan for 6 pieces, really freshly fried Like a small snack shop on a Japanese street Very stylish/hip Midnight Diner There’s another stool If only I’d known earlier not to eat there Also there’s lemon tea, 15 yuan for a large cup The barbecue stalls here all use charcoal to grill Charcoal grilling makes it even more fragrant Also asked about a few stalls and chatted with the bosses Don’t mention everything Many are pure Cantonese Maybe it was made by a local person There are the most tea stalls — they’re all here too There’s also this amazing one called grilled brain (kǎo nǎo huā) Does everyone know what this is? It’s pig brain A pig brain roasted in a clay pot like this Would you dare to eat it? Of course I wouldn’t dare to eat it And the famous grilled skewers There are lanterns, everything you can imagine There are many choices of grilled skewers Squid — pick your own And beef cubes — those grilled up are also very tasty Pork belly Dressed very neatly Has scallion chicken thigh Beef There’s also pork offal congee next door If you tried every stall here that serves good food It would take a month to finish them all Pretty good overall Just that the entrance earlier had a bit more electric mozzie zappers But there were no problems Doesn’t affect it much This fresh ingredient This one is grilled chicken (yakitori) Binchotan charcoal used Yakitori tavern And another one served in a small bowl Beer The beer has arrived He even converted the RV into a beer-selling vehicle I wonder if everyone can see this Saying it’s not hot would be a lie — it’s always a bit warm Has character; you can’t tell at a glance that everything is the same Except for the milk tea shop There’s also something impressive here — we saw it earlier too This is called roasted plum blossom deer Northeast big oil edge What does “Northeast big oil edge” mean? Actually, I don’t know Charcoal-grilled sika deer Grilling at the back They say sika deer are very nourishing Very long How long is this There are some at the back skewered with stainless steel picks Once it’s cooked you can sit here and eat No matter how hot it is, it doesn’t matter And this one too This one is also very famous Wet spicy beef, Third Brother I just watched/seen it Delicious wet spicy beef Sitting here feels very atmospheric Correction: it’s autumn now, a bit windy There’s more over here, and crabs too Primarily shrimp This one is probably Japanese-style Eat the wontons Salted egg yolk wontons So interesting All the fresh pork wontons are for eating wontons Write the price on it They even have beef brisket noodles You can buy it and sit down to eat But it seems no one actually does that They’re all sitting at the back eating There’s also grilled fish on paper beside it The boss tossed the wok a few times There’s everything Like our Guangdong night markets it’s like the old barbecue stalls the mobile stalls left here The night markets used to be all about stinky tofu This place is different Those big squids Even the seafood here is Zhanjiang seafood Over there are chicken egg kings and oysters Cantonese-Hong Kong oysters and chicken egg kings — eating raw oysters and chicken eggs These supplements Are labeled Eat with confidence This kind needs government support Vietnamese pho is also available But it’s a bit quiet Discovered Indian paratha Made by an older brother Very interesting If Guangzhou had a place like this it would be packed Not those in Panyu All the stalls have signs on top Fifteen dollars for a flying pancake here You can find him If it gets colder you can come over Decided to buy a drink here Fifteen dollars, second cup half price Cheap one half price 7.6 yuan “Duck Shit Fragrance” Lemon Tea It’s a pity I didn’t know this place was so wonderful It starts to get cool, otherwise there wouldn’t be so many people There’s a slight breeze Not that stuffy, humid kind of feeling Having dim sum here, people playing poker next to us As long as you don’t go too far You can eat a skewer or two of barbecue here That’s too much, of course not We’re just too full Otherwise let’s order barbecue Grilled seafood Really great If you like to drink beer, there are many places that sell beer Now that you’re here, of course I’ll tell everyone about the transportation routes This blue line up here This is the jade street we passed It’s the city rail A tram or what you would call rail transit You take this city rail You can ride it all the way to Lai Kong From Lai Kong you can transfer to the metro That’s right — Guangfo Line, Ligeang From Guangzhou, transfer at Ligeang Station on the Guangfo Line to the intercity rail Guangfo has trams and skytrain Like the kind in Bangkok Jade market You can buy jade in the morning and stroll the night market in the evening Meanwhile, Foshan Metro Line 2 The recent stop here I believe if there really are any viewers coming up to Hong Kong You can go to Guangzhou South Station and transfer to this one, then change trains Get off at Shizhou Station and take a taxi here You can take a taxi from Guangzhou South Station to come here — it’s nearby They’re all many hotels Very convenient Previously, audiences have asked For example, like when going to Sihui and those places How do I get to Guangzhou South Railway Station? Give everyone some information It’s possible Guangdong’s rail transit is very developed There are drinks this big Here two cups cost 23 yuan Both are fine This one is a pineapple It has pineapple flesh Everyone should come back and take a look when you have the chance Slowly after those peak tourist seasons have passed Give a recommendation to everyone Hotels in Guangzhou are very expensive during the Canton Fair Actually, you can choose to stay in Nanhai So close, and at a fraction of the price Do you know? How many times Unless you don’t want to take the car I must get off at Beijing Road as soon as I go downstairs, it’s just a bit more expensive There’s no choice — then pay. If money can solve it, it’s not a problem. Those are things money can solve But if you want to take your time and walk slowly And want to see a bit more variety You can choose to stay in Nanhai This area is near Pingzhou A bit further on is Qiandeng Lake And there’s this night market Including where we just had the meal You can have a dual-city life between Guangzhou and Foshan Such a large cup Before The economy was growing very rapidly Every day was different GDP eight percent Eight percent is understated Ten percent Write it down louder now Back then everyone was debauched and wanted to drink Alcohol Bar And it also can’t be beer — beer is really low-class. It has to be those hard liquors, foreign spirits. Back then it wasn’t as easy to buy them as it is now Even now, even though the economy seems to be in a transition period these past few years It’s perfectly normal There are still ordinary night markets like these The same thing is to spend over ten dollars to drink a cup of lemon tea We eat barbecue Drink lemon tea Have a drink at an affordable restaurant But think about how it used to be Many things weren’t so convenient back then If the so-called economy was good before If you wanted to come here, I wouldn’t even know how to get here Getting to Zhujiang Bridge to eat late-night snacks is already quite something Now you can enjoy driving or take a taxi You can also take the subway Stay and play until ten o’clock before leaving Take a taxi home No one will care about you if you go back at four This place is open until four That was thrilling Next time we should have a late-night snack here I already remember there are a few stalls Especially those who enjoy the nightlife And who are never afraid of chaos Everyone just saw there are police officers And to my right-front is Jiātínglèlái It’s not everyone drinking… fighting Afraid of getting into fights after drinking Or not knowing what will happen at night Probably not

The Nanhai Pingzhou Jade Market, officially known as the Pingzhou Jade and Jewelry Characteristic Town, is located in the Guicheng Subdistrict of Nanhai District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China. It is recognized as one of the four major jade markets in China and stands as the country’s largest distribution center for raw jadeite from Myanmar. Pingzhou is particularly renowned for processing and selling “A-grade” (natural, untreated) smooth and unadorned jadeite items, especially bangles. Over 80% of the world’s jadeite bangles originate from Pingzhou, with its annual transaction volume exceeding ten billion RMB, solidifying its industry brand as “The world’s jade is crafted in Pingzhou.” The market’s history dates back to the 1970s, evolving from a small collective enterprise into a massive industrial cluster with over 9,000 registered businesses. This comprehensive hub integrates every stage of the industry, from raw stone procurement, design, and processing to wholesale, retail, live-streaming e-commerce, and cultural tourism. Its core area features prominent landmarks like the Pingzhou Jade Building, Cuibao Garden, and the Old Street, where the architecture blends Lingnan cultural elements with jade culture, characterized by traditional “wok-ear” houses with green bricks and white walls. In addition to physical trading, the market has actively embraced digital transformation, vigorously developing live-streaming e-commerce which has attracted numerous platforms and streamers. Furthermore, Pingzhou Jade Street is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction, featuring boutique exhibition halls and processing demonstration areas, allowing visitors to not only purchase jade but also experience and appreciate the rich jade culture and exquisite carving craftsmanship.
