Hello~ As always, it’s time for my food vlog! I’m making croissant sandwiches for breakfast. I showed you how to make them in my last video! I had them last time and they were delicious, so I’m having them for breakfast again today. I’m using yogurt with bananas and apples🍌🍎 and brewing some coffee for breakfast! Let’s eat~ I love yogurt🥣💞 I’m working today, but I woke up early so I have some free time in the morning , so I filmed a breakfast video! I usually have yogurt granola for breakfast! 🥣 I even made coffee today, so I’m happy I can enjoy breakfast! When I get home from work, I’ll make fried chicken oyakodon (chicken and egg rice bowl). I’ll add oil and fry the onions. After frying the onions until they’re amber-colored, I’ll add the fried chicken. I bought the fried chicken at the supermarket! After frying, I’ll add 1 tablespoon of mentsuyu, 1 tablespoon of mirin, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon of sugar, and fry again! It was a little strong, so I added some water to adjust the flavor! Once the sauce is mixed in, add the beaten eggs, cover, and wait for about a minute. It’s done! ✨ Now it’s time to prepare the miso soup. Today’s ingredient is wakame seaweed! Add the miso and wakame seaweed and it’s done! The flavor was bland, so I added more miso several times! I also bought a salad today 🥗 A hearty salad is healthy! The main dish is fried chicken oyakodon 💛 Since I had some leftover, I decided to add it all! For my drink, I’ve been waiting for apple cider vinegar soda lately 🍎💖 It’s refreshing and perfect for a hot day! Let ‘s start with the salad 🥗 I used to have trouble with leftover miso soup when making it in a pot, so I think this recipe is perfect for people living alone! I was surprised at how delicious it was 🤤 The seasoning and the fried chicken dipped in the sauce were both excellent! I ate it slowly and thoroughly! ⭐ When I got home from work, I made some chilled noodles I found on Pinterest! Apparently they’re made with soy milk! First, I sliced the cucumber for the topping and added my favorite chikuwa! I also decided to make chikuwa cucumber as a side dish! Chikuwa cucumber is easy and delicious, so I make it often! Now, I’ll make the noodle soup! Mix 200ml of soy milk with a moderate amount of peanut butter (I used about 1 teaspoon) , 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, salt, and 1 teaspoon of sugar to make the soup! This recipe calls for zero-carb noodles! It sounded healthy, so I decided to make it! Arrange the noodles, add the toppings, and it’s done! The egg is a must, and it’s a cucumber and chikuwa party (lol). The noodles were pretty tasty! It was my first time trying the sweet taste of soy milk, vinegar, and peanut butter, and it was a strange feeling! I’m not sure if I’ll make it again, but it was delicious! After the meal, I had some popsicles ♡ I love this ice cream because the packaging is cute, it’s delicious, and it’s big! Sweet milk-flavored ice cream~♡ I bought it at a convenience store! If you see it, please give it a try! It’s a holiday morning 🍃 I’m making breakfast using a book I bought the other day . After much deliberation, I decided on scones! These rice flour scones are healthy because they don’t require butter! I mixed rice flour, salad oil, baking powder, oligosaccharides, and milk. I mixed them well , scooped them with a spoon, and baked them in the oven. And they’re done! It’s a painstaking process 🥄 While I’m waiting for the oven to preheat, I prepare hot water . Now, off to the oven! While the scones are baking, I prepare the coffee ☕— a scene you often see in my videos 👀 (drip coffee scene). Coffee is a must-have on a holiday morning ☕ The scones turned out beautifully! I’m in the mood for iced coffee today ♡ I’m also having yogurt! My mom recommended prunes, so I’ve been eating them every morning lately. Apparently they ‘re good for skin, reduce swelling, and prevent anemia! Coffee, scones, and granola yogurt ♡ I eat them every morning, but for some reason, I never get tired of them. Granola yogurt 🥣 I wonder how the scones taste? They’re healthy yet delicious! I recently bought a butter knife 💛 with a cheese handle, so cute 🧀 I’m going to eat it with peanut butter 🥜 Adding peanut butter adds a sweetness that makes it delicious! However, even though it’s a healthy scone, it ends up being sweet … (lol) As long as it’s delicious, that’s all that matters ✨And that’s all for today’s video!
