It’s 13,000 won, and I do think the portion size is a little disappointing. Other than that, it was a very, very delicious and satisfying meal. I guess the food suits my taste. 차안에서 자는 건 야영이 아닙니다. 고속도로 휴게소 주차장은 대표적인 공영 주차장입니다. 주차하고 자도 됩니다. 취사는 재료를 요리하여 음식을 만드는 행위입니다. 만들어진 음식을 덥히거나 뜨거운 물을 만드는 행위는 취사가 아닙니다. 편의점에서 행해지는 음식 관련 행위들이 대표적인 비취사 행위입니다. 편의점은 취사허가가 없습니다. 불을 피우는 행위가 금지되어 있지만 법에서 말하는 불피우는 행위는 야영과 관련하여 화목이나 숯 같은 야영행위의 연장을 의미하는 겁니다. 그러므로 차내에서 가스불로 물을 끓여 커피를 타거나, 컵라면을 먹고, 사온 음식을 먹고 자는 행위는 주차장법 위반이 아닙니다. 궁금하고 못 미더우시면 국민신문고에 법제처와 국토교통부를 지정하여 문의해 보시면 1주일 내로 답변이 옵니다. 공영주차장에서 차내에서 물을 끓여 컵라면을 먹고, 잠을 자면 법을 어기는거냐? 벌금을 내야 하느냐? 일부 지역에서 시 조례로 더 강화된 주차장 조례를 만들지 않는 한 모든 공영주차장은 주차장법을 따라야 합니다. 야영금지. 취사금지. 불피우는행위 금지.

공무원에게 질문하면 답변이 뻔한데 왜물어보는지 상식적으로 어떤 공무원이 밤에 잠안자고 누가 주차장에서 차에자나 안에 들여다볼사람 있을까요 차타고 가다 피곤해서 차에서 자고 가는게 범죄가 되는 나라가 어디 있을까요 그냥 배짱있게 자고 가시면 될거같습니다.
적당히 하셔야지 막 쑤시고 다니면 당연히 공무원분들 입장에서는 안된다고 할 겁니다.
본인기준에 취사 안하고 차에서 잠만 자는것이 문제라고 생각되시나요?

주차장 차박에 너무 스트레스 받아 현재는 2kw 발전기와 포타포티 구입해서 도로변 노지에서 마음 편하게 차박하고 다음날 관광지 둘러보면서 스트레스 없이 즐겁게 여행다니고 있네요.
지자체마다 주차장에세 차박에 관한 기준이 다르고 몇년전 비해 차박을 할수 있는 장소가 너무 없는 실정이라 전국 어디를 가나 편하게 차박을 할 장소 찾기가 힘들겁니다.
이제 편하게 1박 할 수 있는 주차장만 찾아 다니는 차박은 앞으로도 제약이 많아질 것 같아요.

그런데 통화한 공무원님의 "저희에게 물어보시면 안되죠…"의 말에는, 공무를 하는 공식적 답변에서는 최대한 보수적인 대답을 할 수 밖에 없다는 뜻이 있는 것 같아요. 저와 같은 소심차박러 쇼라링님도 보수적으로 대처하실 수 밖에 없지만ㅠ, 계속 묻지말고 알아서 하시라는 나름의 시적허용?이었을지 모른다는 생각이 들었네요. 🤔이럴땐 안전하게 주변 주민분들이나 캠퍼부부들에게 물으시는 게 더 나은 거 같아요.

오래전부터 봐온 구독자로서 이번편은 조금 답답하네요. 아무리 흡 잡힐거 없어야할 유튜버라지만 유도리 있게 하시지 보는 내내 답답헸습니다.
내용에 충분히 알아볼만큼 알아보셨고 설령 그걸로 누군가 딴지를 걸든 그냥 넘어가는 배짱도 필요하고 애초에 편집을 장소기 어딘지 구체적으로 알려주지 않으면 될 것을 너무 보수적으로 여행을 하다보니 스스로 여행이 아닌 보여주기식 피로함이 온게 아닌가 합니다. 악플 몇개 받으면 어떤가요.
