【経済崩壊？】今の上海はヤバイのか【中国 ひとり旅】
Thank you all for joining us for today’s China edition. It’s raining today, and the weather is bad. I’m in Shanghai right now. When I first went to Shanghai, I uploaded a short video to YouTube and Instagram. The pedestrian streets were so sparkly, I thought it was amazing, and I made a video. Even now, I still get comments asking, “When was this video from?” I get a ton of comments saying Shanghai isn’t like this now . They still get a ton. You can see it just by looking at the date I posted it. I’ve uploaded a lot of long videos and responded to comments, but they say, “No, Shanghai isn’t like this now.” They say Shanghai is a deserted city. From what I’ve seen, there are no deserted streets in Shanghai. I got so many comments like that, I wondered if there really are deserted streets, and I looked into it. Apparently, the once bustling area around Shanghai Station has become a deserted street . There are rumors that it’s deserted and the economy is collapsing. I don’t feel that way when I’m in central Shanghai . So I thought I’d take a look around, and that’s why I’m here now. I’m at Shanghai Station. I want to investigate this area. Today, I’ll be exploring the area and exploring the local area. I want to walk around the old streets, not the glitzy areas like Yuyuan Garden, but the deeper parts of Shanghai. I’m not sure if it’s appropriate to walk around with a camera like this, but I hope I can give you an idea of what it’s really like. If something like that exists, I’d like to see it too . I get so many comments like this, so let’s take a look around Shanghai Station, even though it’s raining. This is where I am now. Today is July 18, 2025, and it’s Friday , so isn’t it a bit crowded? Maybe it’s not usually this crowded, but maybe it’s because it’s Friday. I wonder if everyone is out . I’m at the south exit of Shanghai Station. I heard there are quite a few shuttered shops around here, so I’ll take a walk. I thought maybe it was just people who hate China posting these things, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. When I looked into it, I found a lot of articles. Apparently, young people today, especially young people in China, often say online that Shanghai is collapsing, and that there are a lot of homeless people. Apparently, young people are sometimes sleeping under bridges here. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to see the area, but I’d like to see it from that perspective. Restaurants around here are open as usual. Around the subway entrance, there are shops looking for tenants. There are a few here and there. There’s a vacant shop here, too . There’s a restaurant here, but maybe a little further out? It’s not really a deserted street , it’s just that there are no tenants. This place and this place are empty. It’s a pretty big building, but it looks like there’s nothing there . It’s raining so hard. There’s no shop around here either. Is there something open? No. Everything’s closed. This place, too. It’s really a deserted street. It wouldn’t be surprising if there were shops here. Maybe it’s just a coincidence. It would be fine if this building wasn’t looking for tenants, but I walked under the underground passageway and headed north . I’m heading towards the north exit. It definitely looks like there are no shops. There are more shuttered shops than I thought. Even if a shop opened here, no one would come. There are convenience stores and such. A privately owned shop. The restaurants around here might just be closed . It’s like this. This place isn’t open either . Hmm. There aren’t many people around. Maybe it’s because it’s raining. This place looks like a warehouse. Yeah, this place is open. I see. This is what the area around Shanghai Station looks like . If you ask me if this is real, I’d say it is, considering the area. The rain is so bad I can’t walk. Looking around the area around the station, there are definitely a lot of empty shops. Even if there are shops, I don’t know if they’re open or not . It’s basically empty, with no tenants . This is the north side of Shanghai Station, the opposite side from before. They say this area used to be bustling, but maybe it’s a little less lively now. It doesn’t seem to be as lively, though. But the Outer Bund over there is bustling with tourists, so it really depends on the location . It’s raining so hard. There’s one more place I want to see in the downtown area, so I think I’ll go and check it out . I took the subway. This is a wholesale clothing market called Chipuru. Chipuru is a place in Shanghai where you can buy cheap clothes, but it’s not as lively as it used to be . Let’s look at it from that perspective. Is it really not busy? I’m heading to Chipuru now. This area is already super quiet. There are cars passing by, but there are no people and no shops. This is Chipuru Street. It says Shanghai-Cheng. There’s a lot of wholesale going on here. Is this the street? What’s going on around here? But they’re open. They’re open here too. Let’s go inside. Okay . I got caught. Fake? Friends? My teammates . I’m out of money this time . I’ll come again this time . Thank you. You can also get taken to a fake shed like this . They’re open. There weren’t many shops here last time I came. I came here when I searched “deep local” and this place came up. However, the article was from around 2020, so now urban development has progressed and the deep streets and slum-like areas have disappeared. If anything remains, it’s the old streetscape there, so I thought I’d go and check it out. I want to see the old streetscape, so this time I’m going to the deep section . There’s a KFC over there and local places over there , so it has a very local feel. There are paintings on the wall. It’s cute. Amazing . There’s an address written here, but it’s not really a closed street, it’s just shuttered shops . It’s quiet. I wonder if this used to be a beauty salon. It’s a Heisei era with a very Showa-era feel. There’s a streetscape like this with photos on it . Is this a temple? There are often paintings on the walls. Like this. It’s like a photogenic spot for cats in vending machine trash cans . There’s a cute public toilet with a cute pattern on top . What’s this? It has a rural feel. Seriously, the streetscape is lovely and cute. There’s Mickey Mouse. The walls around here are filled in. Maybe they’re not in use anymore. Isn’t that a tuk-tuk? A motorbike? Wow, that’s really cool. It’s quiet. In an article I looked up , there were photos of stalls and flea markets in places like this, but they’re not open now. Maybe they’re closed because the weather’s bad today? It would be scary to come here at night . The electric wires are all messed up. Fitness equipment. I might be bad at this. It’s peaceful. It smells a little like poop today, too . It smells more like poop or a toilet. The paintings on the walls are really beautiful. There are lots of paintings in this city. I saw people taking photos here and there. I went to KFC . I think they were ordering from mobile, but the waiter lent me their smartphone. The total cost was 23 yuan, or 460 yen. It was warm and delicious. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Sweet and delicious. What did you think? Shanghai’s shuttered streets. The rain is so bad I can’t take it anymore, so I’ll call it a day. I’m sorry it turned out to be just a walking video, but central Shanghai is still as lively as ever. Since Yuyuan Garden is an outer sanctuary , I can’t really say the overall economy is worse . I get the feeling that some areas are not doing as well as before. I hope the area around Shanghai Station will do better. It seems that the problem of homelessness among young people is also becoming a serious issue, so young people need to work hard . Japan, too, should do its best. 我喜欢诚实的人，不管如何，这都是你最真实的旅行不是吗？即便就是有不足的地方，能说出来也是好事，至少越来越多的中国人看到应该去想方设法弥补一些外国人的友善意见。
互相学习，互相交流。这没有任何问题。一个国家一个城市全是好的而没有一点点的负面是不现实的。全世界你都找不到这样的绝对完美无缺的城市。只有不断的创新和弥补，全人类才能进步的更快！人们会记住过去但也要勇敢的面对未来，这无论是中国还是日本。
题外话：希望两国的政府都能处理好彼此之间的关系。我从不认为也不相信亚洲两个最具影响力的国家比全世界都愚蠢。他们都非常聪明，我相信两国一定会处理好彼此之间的关系。无论如何双方请都要学会努力克制自己，一旦冲动即是魔鬼。千万不要再让80年的事情再度重演。
一个人的一生都应该也本应该是幸福圆满的。

2022年疫情封控结束后上海确实少了很多人，也冷清了很多，各行各业目前都很难做，店铺很多都在招租，消费力也下降很多，同时就业市场也很不乐观，作为上海人深有感触，上海最好的时光已经过去了,这些都是这些年政治因素导致的。

上海城中村地區とか上海老街辺りの1930年以前から一族が住んでいた立ち退き者達は，🇨🇳からの立ち退き料金で，誰もが億万長者になっています。そこの開発資金が集まらなくて，最近，土地開発がストップしているのです。
その上海の古い建物エリアは，建物自体が古過ぎて，下水施設が作られるよりも以前の建物であり，トイレ設備が元々無くて，その一帯は公共トイレが点在しており，住民は，そこに自宅でした💩やオシッコを運んでいたので，💩臭いのです。オシッコも水洗で流れるタイプで無くて，壁に向かってする垂れ流しなのです。上海には立ち退き後に，開発ストップして，閉鎖したまま，そのままになっている地区が幾つかあります。立ち退き後にそのままに放置されている建物の入り口は密封されているのです。
上海の一等地の店は家賃が高いので，売っているものに上乗せされた代金です。上海に住むヒトは安いエリアに買いに行きます。
だから家賃高い場所から廃れていきます。
大阪ミナミも1番土地の価格が高いエリアは，ビルごと駐車場だったりするのです。
かつて🇯🇵心斎橋で，フンデルトヴァッサーはんデザインの店が建てられて，一階には子供用の宝石店がありました。🇯🇵バブル崩壊して，その建物は直ぐに更地になり，駐車場に戻りました。数年間位しか存在していなかった建物ですが，ワテはフンデルトはんのファンだったので，ママチャリで何度も，その建物を拝みに当時は通いました。
🇨🇳は1億円以上持っているヒトが１億人以上いるので，🇨🇳バブル崩壊後も30年くらいは貯金で，その人達はやっていけるんだと思います。
現在，東京マンション高騰しているのは，🇨🇳の富裕層の投機だと噂されています。

上海的商场太多了，每年有很多新商场开业。像上海站这里，由于火车班次的迁移到了虹桥站和上海南站，就算我住附近，去外地都要去虹桥坐火车，再加上年代已久，周边居民区的拆迁，上海站附近商业确实不如以前了。
